Customer service, communication and punctuation is their specialty. I unfortunately get towed often and this company is setting a new standard. After initiating a roadside claim through AAA, this company promptly called me and actually showed up when they said they would. The situation was of a little bit different circumstances but Troy new exactly what to do and they went above and beyond to make sure that they helped me get out of a tight situation and get home safely. Super thankful for Troy and Get Hooked Towing!.

Get Hooked sent a driver to Cape Canaveral Post Office yesterday because my car wouldn’t start and needed a tow to the Lincoln dealer in Melbourne. This guy did NOT HAVE A CLUE what he was doing. He had to call the dispatcher and they called AAA and sent a different company. He said a dolly was necessary but that was BS.
I would never hire Get Hooked in the future. NEVER!
We had a tire blowout on the highway, called AAA and Ronnie from Get Hooked came to tow my car to the tire shop. He is fantastic, felt like family was helping me and I’m forever grateful. Thank you Ronnie!
AAA had given me a wait time of nearly 3 hours but the fine folks here went thru the trouble of expediting the order so I wasn't on the side of the road in the Florida summer heat! I can't say enough good things about this place, they actually CARE about people which is just so refreshing!
I had the pleasure of using Eric to tow my vehicle to a local dealership. Erik was professional, had an amazing attitude and was very good at what he did. I would definitely ask for him again if needed. Fantastic overall experience!
After my son sat in his vehicle on this past Sunday evening (6:30 PM) into the early morning hours of Monday (4 AM), waiting and calling AAA over and over with no real answers, he finally was advised to call Get Hooked when it was over 24 hours from the initial call to AAA. They immediately scheduled for a pick up to haul his car down to Broward County where he lives. They called to coordinate the tow with his AAA account so that he wouldn't need to be charged for the service.
I am so grateful to have my mind eased with their promptness to help him out! They deserve our business here in Brevard County! You won't be disappointed.

Timing belt broke. AAA sent another service first. After 9 hours he shows up. Can't tow because it was parked wrong direction. Called AAA.They sent Get Hooked. Dispatcher contacted me with approximate eta, 10 min.later an exact eta. From call to AAA to delivery of car about 45min. Dispatcher and Joey the driver were super. Joey went above and beyond what I expeced.
From my very first contact with the owner, Christine, I had a wonderful experience. She was so knowledgeable and friendly. She really made a stressful situation not so stressful! Her driver was right on time and also super helpful and friendly. I will only call “Get Hooked” if I ever need services again and I highly recommend them to everyone!
I got assigned this towing company by AAA and they are absolutely amazing. While the AAA aspect was a nightmare, this company’s dispatcher and tow driver, George, were amazing and very professional. George hooked up my car with such care, even though it was in rough shape. He was very through and professional and treated the car as if it was his own. I just say enough amazing things about them.
Called for a tow at 12:03pm. Was suppose to arrive within 2-3 hours. 2:45pm they say they’ll be there in 45 minutes. 3:45pm they say they’ll be there in 45 minutes. 5:00pm still a no call no show. Absolute scam. Left me stranded on the side of the road in August for 5 hours because they kept getting “priority calls”. It’s now 5pm and they won’t answer their phone or update me. They are absolute scammers and should be treated as such.
This place is awesome and Dennis was the bomb. Treated the car like his own after Budget rental trailer failed and tore the nose off of BMW Z4 because Budget refused to tow trailer with car on it.
Made us take low profile car off trailer on I95 at night, in the dark from an uneven trailer ON NEW YEAR'S EVE IN THE DARK!

The tow driver from Budget asked if we put ramps down before taking car off trailer?!?! Wouldn't car be STUCK ON TRAILER if we didn't out ramps down?

George was an awesome driver he was pleasant was a huge help. The dispatcher was also a huge help with my experience. My tow was supposed to be a 3 hr wait was only 23 minutes. I high recommended Get Hooked foe any and all towing services. Thanks again Ashley and Gearge.

After 8 hours of being on the road towing my horse trailer, my truck died. I called AAA. They proceeded to tell me that only my truck was covered, and that the tow company would not be able to take me anywhere, meaning that I would be left by the side of the road, with my horse trailer, and my puppy, to fend for myself. Hours away from home, this could have turned out to be a harrowing experience. But thanks to GET HOOKED, it was a day of heroes! After the call came in from AAA, the owner herself called me. She was genuinely concerned for my safety and inquired as to if I had horses in the trailer (thank goodness I did not!) She worked with me to help find a solution to my dilemma. My initial strategy was to rent a Uhaul, hook up the trailer, and haul it home. In learning of my plan, Christine, the owner, dispatched a SECOND tow truck to pick my puppy and I up and DRIVE me to Uhaul! Two of their tow truck drivers came to my rescue. They were friendly, professional, and tried to help determine what the issue was with my truck. One driver stayed with the truck and the trailer until the second tow truck arrived while the other driver (wonderful person!) drove me to Uhaul. Feeling I had solved my problem, I drove the Uhaul to my trailer, however, when attempting to hook my trailer to the Uhaul van, I discovered that my trailer hitch did not fit onto the Uhaul van. I was stuck again.... and THAT'S when Christine called me AGAIN to check on me. When I told her of my new challenge, she offered me a solution, she would dispatch another of her tow trucks to pick up my trailer and take it to a safe location until I was able to return and haul my trailer home.
Their concern for me, for my situation, for my vehicle and trailer, and even for my puppy, was truly above and beyond. I am blown away by how this company, as a team, helped me out today. If you have AAA and you ever need a tow, CALL THIS COMPANY. If you don't have AAA and need a tow, CALL THIS COMPANY. They deserve your business and support. I AM FOREVER HOOKED ON GET HOOKED!!
Prompt, Safety-Conscious and Knowledgeable!! We had quite the challenge with a boat/trailer stuck in a muddy retention pond. Not your typical request and this team NAILED IT! Owner, Christine stayed in contact with me from start to finish and even sent her partner, Dalton, to our location to ensure the safety of passerby’s and devise a plan to rescue the boat/trailer to avoid any damage to the town’s infrastructure, which Dalton, Jay and Thomas executed flawlessly. The Mayor even commented about the great job this team did. HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION FOR GET HOOKED TOWING.
They took forever to get there. They towed the car with no one present dropped it off at the location I left again with no one present. The car was locked so I don't know how they towed it .would have gave no stars but wasn't an option
