I had been trying to buy a Toyota in South Florida for several days without any good results. Then I contacted Toyota of Melbourne, and Sam immediately offered me the best deal, the exact model I wanted, and excellent customer service. For me It was a long drive to get there from Miami, but it was absolutely worth it. I highly recommend Sam and Toyota of Melbourne if you want a smooth, professional, and fair car buying experience.

Our experience at Toyota of Melbourne could not have been better. Super smooth, great attitude, not pressure and they did everything possible to meet our needs. Jay was a gentlemen and is an extremely knowledgeable. We never felt like we were being “sold” and he made the entire process easy. A salesmean was unprofessional and aggressive. that's poor form. Today was the last day of some end of the month incentive and all I was there for was a collision repair quote. That salesman wouldn't leave me alone, nagged me repeatedly and wouldn't take no for an answer, so I pretended to be interested in this $7,000 discount day (29 other days they say discounts aren't possible, smh) and agreed for him to fetch a Blue Tacoma, since he's already shoved an ugly 2017 Rav4 CVT hunkajunk up my nose that I would never own. While he was running to another lot we got the hell out of there. Why 2 stars? I enjoyed a cold bottle of water after hunting for it, then I passed them around since other customers didn't know where to find them either. Free water is nice, thanks. I learned a new truck is the same price as a 1 year old truck. I learned that salesman needed Siri to find product details like the 18 gallon gas tank, what displacement V6 was under the hood, add to the story, your F&I manager will work over every customer with vast amounts of double talk, manipulation, and deception, which why I don't buy from dealers. Your salesman only asked which out of 4 colors I would prefer to buy, white, black, silver, or red. I wanted blue, he had to go fetch, and I ditched him because I wasn't a buyer and told him a dozen times. That's not an objection to overcome. Edit: Dealer replied, shows accountability, so I added a star. Thanks. The pushy salesman was an older black gentleman with a bit of belly, to help you educate the ONE salesman who drove us off.

I think the person you deal with is what truly makes the difference. I've purchased 5 Toyota Camry vehicles from this dealership over 4 years. 3 of these purchases were through Luis Carrera, the salesman I prefer to deal with. I'm 67 and I've been around the block a few times. Luis is hands down the most honest salesperson I have ever dealt with in all my years. Luis answered every question I had. If he didn't know the answer he said he would find out and he did, even if it wasn't the answer I wanted. Excellent fuel economy, real 45 to 55 mpg. The only thing that seems to be a common problem with the Camry is a flaw in the manufacturing of the windshield. My previous 2025 Camry had this issue where it looked in "CERTAIN" light conditions as if the windshield had been sand blasted and caused a glare across the windshield. The current 2025 Camry does not have this issue and is an absolute gem! Look at your windshield before you buy so you are not annoyed with this flaw after your purchase. Luis will provide excellent service to you even after the sale which is extremely important in my book!

We've been dealing with Toyota of Melbourne for quite some time now, and we just bought a 2025 RAV4 Hybrid - first Hybrid. This is our 2nd RAV4 with Dakota as our sales person, and he has done a wonderful job with each of our purchases - a 2021 and this 2025. We've gotten fair trade in values, great loan terms, outstanding communication before and after vehicle pick up, and follow-up service. We'll continue dealing with Toyota of Melbourne and with Dakota!

Toyota of Melbourne has been the best dealership I’ve been to so far. I have bought and lease from them twice already and I have had a great experience. Car salesman Fedler Eugene has been of great help, he made sure that I got what I wanted and the deal I wanted. Finance Director Pat has met my needs as well and work with me and family members to always get me as close as possible to what I want to pay monthly getting me their best coverage and gap insurance. I would recommend everybody to that dealership. They are amazing.

This is my 11th car from, Mike Durkin. He consistently finds me exactly what I'm looking for and is always fully transparent through the entire process from my trade in, finance options, and leasing options. Michael Durkin, You're such a treat to work with. My girlfriend and I walked in just looking to test drive a couple vehicles and get a feel for what the market has to offer. I asked for Michael when we walked in and a fellow associate let us know that it was his day off but he may be in for some other business. We were there to drive some cars so we proceeded to get into a couple and Michael showed up and was able to not only find a good deal for us but secure some really good terms. We never felt pressured or guilted. He lead us without Any obligation to purchase. But when the terms became very favorable and the car he got us into checked all the boxes that we were looking for, It was easy to say yes and decide that same day. The whole experience with the Toyota of Melbourne team was great. I came in for service on a Friday and spotted a truck on the way out. I called the sales department and was connected with Sam. I was set on my details to make the deal work, Sam took my wants into consideration on Saturday and did his best to accommodate. Sunday morning we were there when they opened. We had been referred to meet Monique. This turned out to be the easiest, no bs experience ever! We got everything we could ask for…a beautiful truck within our terms, some friends, and good vibes on a beautiful Sunday.
