I brought Rob a junkyard LS 6.0. We went over the build and what it would take to get to the desired HP under boost. Rob was always there when I called with questions and was there for guidance. The build was done on time for a great price!! Thanks again Rob, Ill definitely be back!!!!
Yeah I know I thought I was going to the right place for a coyote motor !!!he said he was the only one that could do aluminum engines had everything to do it!!! He claims he gave me prices for parts I called him and called them he told me he couldn't find the parts he said there's a shortage on parts I told him I built two motors already and I didn't have a problem buying parts 2 years later charge me $300 to take it apart kept telling me couldn't order parts didn't know where they were at couldn't find parts you don't know how hard it is to get parts that's excuses . He told my engine builder he called with pricing our parts never did it's lies how could he call me when he says he lost my information if he loses someone's information that's not really organized is it.... I have my engine builder talk to him just to find out his lies I don't even think he can remember his lies if you like to be lied to there you go you got the place to go....
I had some balancing work done for a classic VW beetle engine that I'm rebuilding. A random search for a local automotive machine shop brought me to this shop. I believe in supporting small businesses as much as possible. I try to buy locally and use local services as much as possible. If a business does good honest work, shows up on time, communicates well, pays attention to detail and prices fairly, I'll support them and be loyal. This is a professionally set up shop. They provide a very much needed local service. They strive to do the best quality work from what I can see and discussions with he owner were professional. They are not going to cut corners here. It'll be right or they won't do it. If you need this type of work done, give them a try.
I've known Rob for years he's a great guy and a wealth of knowledge and experience he can get your project situated he has an awesome machine shop and is a great engine builder he keeps a variety of parts in stock you can't go wrong stopping by
After trying several highly regarded shops and leaving without a bunch of money and highly disappointed I took my hot rod to Space Coast Speed shop and was shocked at the service I got. Not only were my problems with my car resolved, the owner stayed in touch often to advise of progress. I am tickled to death with the performance modifications made and the service I received. I only wish I had more "problems" so Space Coast could address them.
