Came in today needing help with getting two key blades cut for a 2018 Ford Ecosport I just purchased for my daughter. While another Ford Dealership could not help me, I was in and out in a jiffy. James & Tyler(as well as the entire parts team) could not have been any more friendly, professional and eager to help me out! I am truly impressed.
I stopped by the parts department and very nice gentleman named Shawn Grezaffi was so helpful .He answered all my questions and was so informational .I will definitely let all my friends and Family know the amazing customer service I was provided from Kelly Ford .

Went to have oil change with (to me) need for rear brake pads & turning of rotors..... They were ok, got tire rotation, new wiper blades, oil change & brake ck. and was out of there in an hour.

It was such a easy experience and overall I'm extremely happy with the service he gave me and the car I purchased. I had to bring my toddler with me and they catered to him throughout process.
