Clark was amazing today!!!! He is very knowledgeable and helpful and he listened to my concerns. He came up with a solution pretty quickly,!!! Excellent customer service skills you guys did awesome hiring him keep him and give him a raise!!!!!
Mr. Lance Clayton is my main contact in this store, when all else fails he always has an answer. I call him Sir Lancealot because he always seems to be everyone's knight in shining armour, he has excellent customer skills , and everytime I'm in there he is always juggling multiple things at one time. This July 4th he was in the store when he should have been on vacation, he had to drive back from his trip to make sure the store was open and everyone had what they needed. Lance is the last of a dieing breed and I hope that people realize that when people of his kind of dedication retire, that things will not be the same. Thank you Mr. Lance for always giving it your all! Bobby is very helpful too.

If there was an option to give them 0 stsrs I would. The manager at this store is unprofessional (my name isn't "baby"). I needed help with a simple task but because I am a woman, they tried to sell me whatever else they could get me to buy.
Dominic helped me tonight right before close with windshield wipers, I bought the wrong size and he helped get the correct ones and install them on the front and back. He was super patient and picked new wipers that were similar in cost despite them being much larger than the ones I previously ordered. Thank you so much!
I asked for 2017 Escape brake lights. "Can't find it." Then he sold me two bulbs which turned out to be turn signal bulbs. Went back for brake bulbs. He sold me a another pair. Turns out this car LED brake light assy has to be replaced, not just bulbs changed. I took the bulbs back, unopened. "We can't take electrical components back." Unopened and he told me these were the right bulbs! Not so good on identifying parts, and a poor return policy. I won't do business with this store again.

In and out under 20min. Today, I visited this location, and the sales associate was welcoming, courteous and quick to assist with diagnosing my battery was bad. Back inside to find a replacement, the shelves were stocked, ready to go for a replacement. The manager as well was courteous welcoming me to their store. I wasn't able to get names as the sales associate, he was working quickly to change out the old and install my new battery before a storm hit. I am so grateful for him to safely get me back on the road. 10 stars.. Highly recommend using this location for your auto needs. Thank you gentlemen!!
Updated my review to a 1 star, less if I could. Never have been treated so rude and disrespected. Beware if you're a woman use caution going here. They will treat you like you're an absolute idiot and try to rip you off in the process. Will go out of my way to avoid this location.
Stopped in today for assistance with a bad battery. I was ready to give up on checking my warranty and had called multiple stores before hand trying to track down where I purchased it from, not understanding why it wasn’t showing up on their records. Lance took the time to help me track down my last battery purchase, as I had ordered my previous battery online through Advanced Auto Parts to install on my own (So I was not in their system). Lance and Juan assisted me with a replacement and got it switched out in no time. They provided friendly, above & beyond service. So thankful I stopped in to this location!
I went to this Auto Store and my battery had died I was assured by a gentleman named Juan that assured me everything was going to be ok. He got me another battery but said I would be glad to change it out for you but I'm the only one here right now. Then the manager Lance told Juan he could change it for me. I just want to share I went into the store at 7:10 in the morning the gentleman named Lance opened the door for me even though they don't open up till 7:30. I explained that my windshield wiper was stolen he went out and looked I guess the entire thing blade wiper everything had been stolen. He went out there and fixed it all for me. I just want to say thank you so much to him and Nikki for being so awesome!!!!

Advance Auto on 450 S Wickham Rd deserves 5+ stars. The kindest man by the name of Lance helped us out today in diagnosing the problem with my newer car (warranty JUST expired) and he is replacing the battery for me. He is knowledgeable, kind, funny, and deserves 10 stars for a great customer experience. Today started out as a bad day, but thanks to Lance’s upbeat attitude and reassurance, I’m feeling much better about my car and the fix.
The employees are the nicest I have every had in an auto parts store. Very attentive and helpful. Definitely my favorite auto parts store in Melbourne.
Wow. Bob and Jason were a big help. I would have never been able to fix my truck without there help If you have an automotive problem I would go see these guys.
Called earlier in the day needing a part they didn't have in stock, they had it there within 4 hours ( I was not able to drive to another store that had one in stock). When I got there they had it set aside and ready to go. I appreciate the help they provided. Very polite and professional and I am sorry I did not get the young man's name but I came for the belt tensioner, you know who you are! Haha thank you very much for your help and patience!
Honestly, I am that girl that knows nothing about cars and gets easily intimidated. The gentlemen at the front (beginning initials K & J) helped verify I had the right numbers for the splash shield rivets and clarified air versus cabin filters. They were courteous and gave helpful advice! Thanks for helping a girl out!!
I popped in to this store at 8:50pm and they had the bulb to fix my brake light. $3 later and a 2 min job I had my brake light fixed. Great job Advanced.b
The customer service is terrible. I have called the commercial side for parts and been put on hold right away. Then I call from another phone to O'Reilly Auto parts and get taken care of right away and order the part. Once I hang up from O'reilly, I get back on the phone with advance and I'm still on hold for another 10 minutes and then I hang up. No point in trying to use them. Use to be good customer service but now its horrible.
Bought some windshield wipers a couple weeks ago and the one over the drivers side
wasn't working right, and I was having trouble seeing out in front of me. Asked Ricardo if he could help, so between him and the other guy behind the counter, they
were able to bend the wiper arm back into place and now it works great.The cost, zero
and I'm a customer for life.
Outstanding customer service! Traveling through Florida and stopped for the night in west Melbourne. Battery died and after a jump start went to Advance. They were helpful and replaced the battery in our truck. Price was fair market and the employee did a great job.
