Fantastic experience from start to finish. The team did a great job installing coilovers on my vehicle. The alignment came out perfect. After the fact, they helped me install new rims multiple times due to the aggressiveness of the curbs at both taco bell and McDonald’s as well as the occasional feral ladder in Orlando. Great group of guys that provide top notch service!
This was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had with a shop. Bob, Kyle, and Austin are true professionals and are all killing it in their respective roles.
To give some context, I had been dealing with an alignment issue on my truck on and off for 11 months. After a combined 15 visits, to 3 different Ford dealerships, and roughy 5 total weeks in their shops over those 11 months, I chose to take it to 4wp Melbourne.
At first I was wary about taking my truck to a 4wp given that they’re a “chain” and I’ve heard mixed things on certain locations. The guys at 4wp Melbourne proved me utterly wrong.
I got lucky to speak with Kyle on the phone first to explain the issues, and he put me on the schedule for 2 business days later, assuring me that they’d figure out the issue. Upon arrival, Austin checked me in, inspected the truck, and noted all the details of the issues the truck has had. Then while waiting for my ride, I got the opportunity to talk to Bob before he took the truck for a drive.
Not even 1.5 hours later Austin called me up and let me know the truck was done. When I went back to pick it up, Bob spent time to explain to me what he had to do to fix the issue and what the other dealerships were likely doing wrong. Austin also spent time talking to me about some other modifications I’d like to do in the future.
I truly cannot express how appreciative I am of these guys, and I cannot wait to do business with them in the future.

I want to give a huge shout out to 4WP and Austin, Kyle and Alex. They hooked me up with wheels tired and 6 inch in BDS Fox 2.0. Did a great install. Austin was amazing to work with.
The service today at this shop was above and beyond. I have been to several places trying to have someone remove my receiver hitch off of my truck due to an rusted ball hitch that was completely unmovable. When they had a set back due to my reciever hitch being different that expected, Bob the service manager solve the issue by using his knowledge and no quit attitude to hammer, heat for thirty minutes to removed the rusted ball hitch from the receiver. I am so thankful to this shop and it's staff. I will bring all my truck work that they do to them and highly recommend them to anyone and everyone that I know. You guys rock. Thank you so much
I’ve tried twice at both the Orlando and Melbourne 4 Wheel Parts locations to get a simple add-a-leaf installed on my Tacoma.
The Orlando location “forgot” to order the parts and had me waiting almost a month before saying “oops”….
Melbourne on the other hand was very professional until the day I arrived for my install. Parts were paid for and deposit for the install paid. Called the day before install saying I was staying during install as I had a long road trip after. They said no problem and it would only take a few hours. Only to get there the day of telling me it wouldn’t be done until the end of the day. I drove an hour and a half to this location when I could have been halfway to my destination and started camping early.
Day ruined and opinion of 4 Wheel Parts trashed. Not sure if it was because I’m a woman or drive a Tacoma and not a jeep . Or if they’re just incompetent. Either way… sucks.
These guys are awesome got my new bed cover in and installed.. I also needed a new pinion gear and was going to take it to dealer.. these guys were able to do it the next day and I save a bunch of cash!! Tks guys

Kyle, must be the best salesman in the country. Always guided me in the right direction for my lift and tires on my 2021 Jeep gladiator and pointed me in a right direction all the parts needed for my 2025 JL. Truly wonderful experience working with these guys you need it, they got it or they will get it for you and get it done and done right!

This is a great shop! Everyone here is super courteous and goes out of their way to help make things happen. My rig is heavily customized and they were willing to make phone calls and send emails to find the parts needed for the repair. I was even able to come back later the same day. You can tell these guys love what they do! 100% recommend stopping by!!
Changed rating. Everyone gets another opportunity to get it right. Four people working in your store and I walked around for 15 to 20 minutes and not one person greeted me or asked me if I needed any help. I called the store and talked to the manager. He apologized and said they’re philosophy is do not high-pressure sales. He said they don’t talk to people unless they have a question. So I’ll change it from a one star to a three star as I don’t think that’s appropriate. I think everyone should be greeted with something as simple as: hello, welcome to 4- wheel parts.
Love this place, they do excellent work and very friendly .. They installed a 1.5 lift kit on my 2023 ford Bronco Sport outer banks and a nudge bar with LED lights.. I highly recommend them

Words cannot express how happy I am I went to 4WP!!!! I told Nick my idea and he made it come true! He was amazing throughout the entire experience. Joe and Kyle did outstanding job on my truck and got it completed a day earlier than expected. Austin and Alex were out front engaging it all of this, they have the best personalities! When you walk into a place And feel like you've known them for so long is amazing! Everyone there is so friendly and in doing this build I felt like family their. Customer service like theirs you will not find anywhere else!!!

I am thoroughly displeased with the service I received for my vehicle. As an owner of three jeeps, I can assertively declare this as the worst service I've ever come across. I seriously question the competence of the technicians, given that I own a top-of-the-line 2018 Rubicon in impeccable condition. It was brought in recently to have a new rear bumper, tail lights, and running board installed and the outcome was anything but satisfactory.
The technicians not only inflicted damage while extracting the old taillights and other original parts, but they also botched up the installation of the new taillights. They would shake and sway dangerously every time I opened the door. Witnessing such carelessness in their work was absolutely distressing.
When I returned to the service center to address these issues, I was informed that a manager would not be present for another three days, and coincidentally, that's the earliest they could rectify the errors. To make matters worse, they had incorrectly mounted my license plate. And to add insult, they installed a wire to my license plate for motion sensor not used
The whole experience has left me more than disappointed and genuinely outraged. After spending over $4,000 only to have my exquisite Jeep ruined is simply intolerable. I cannot recommend this service to anyone with a clear conscience. If my vehicle is not thoroughly repaired this week, I will be compelled to seek legal assistance.
Had suspension repairs done on my new to me JK Jeep recently and did excellent work at a fair price. Took my JK back a couple days ago because I was having difficulty getting my doors removed from hanged and they helped me out free of charge! Thank you so much it was very much appreciated! See you in near future for upgrades on my Jeep
Wow, an absolutely amazing experience. All the employees were well versed in all things off-road. Extremely friendly and professional. Had an excellent experience with 4WP getting our Jeep Lifted and our new Wheels and tires mounted. Nick was excellent to work with. He is very knowledgeable and helped us decide that the best lift options were for our level of off roading vs daily driving. He kept in constant communication with us on the installation. We absolutely love the results, it looks amazing. I added a before photo for reference. 2.5” lift with 35” mud kicker tires on 17” method wheels.
They did a great job on my 2019 F150. I purchased the RC 6 inch lift. All the staff are very professional and always willing to help. I recommend them for you 4 wheel drive needs price was better than most places for install as well!
Great experience! I drop off my truck to get some RC 2 inch leveling struts installed. I picked it up at the end of day. Plenty of techs and salesmen there to answer my noob questions. I will be back when I’m ready for new wheels and tires. Happy with price as well and the warranty that I bought with it for some peace of mind.
