When I needed to go back again service technician (Josh) checked the whole system to make sure battery was charging properly and set me up with a new battery that should work even better.

Walked in knowing my cars battery was gonna be a difficult install (in a weird place) and the travice helped me get a 5 year battery for cheap and the install (that I didn't expect them to do) and on top, even helped me get a good deal. I'll be coming back to buy any replacements.
Travice, the technician who installed my battery, did a phenomenal job. It’s rare nowadays you find good quality customer service and I’m glad I drove and paid the extra dollar to have this kind caring gentleman install my battery. Wife's Interstate battery had an issue today so we took it straight to the Interstate store. They tested it and changed it out in about a half hour or so. Very quick. The old one lasted 6 years and 4 months. We've been very happy with them over the years.
