When I needed to go back again service technician (Josh) checked the whole system to make sure battery was charging properly and set me up with a new battery that should work even better.

We came in with an Interstate battery that wouldn’t hold a charge and after testing it and finding it bad they found a comparable battery for us and made the switch. Our battery had a three year warranty and it had been a little less than two years that we had it. They didn’t prorated it or fuss about it. They just stood behind their product and gave us a new one. I was pretty impressed. These days a lot of companies won’t stand behind their product. But interstate batteries treated us really nice and I was very pleased with the outcome.
I called. They had just what I wanted. Told them I'm hustling to get there by 5. Made it home. Got the core battery. Called when I left the house. They just sold the good deal, but I'm welcome to spend twice the $ on what they have in stock....it will be a long time before I shop here again.
2 Bad batteries out of 4, 1 yr old. They didn't want to honor the warranty. They stated they would give me $9 for each core.

Walked in knowing my cars battery was gonna be a difficult install (in a weird place) and the travice helped me get a 5 year battery for cheap and the install (that I didn't expect them to do) and on top, even helped me get a good deal. I'll be coming back to buy any replacements.
Well my story is a little bit different from all these other reviews but you know in life we all make mistakes I bought this loser a car then it needed a motor and a transmission then it needed a battery needless to say he went to interstate batteries on Sarno road well needless to say he goes to jail the car sat in the parking lot a month they wanted it gone I junked it the only thing it was worth really anything was the battery which was only like a month old and I had bought from interstate batteries so I called there and I talked to this phenomenal man I need to tell you this guy went out of his way it was unreal coming to find out he was the owner Jerry I want to thank you for the bottom of my heart I had my receipt he says to me on the phone just bring it up honey we'll take care of you but sure said he did I took the receipt up there and he give me my money back and I didn't expect it all back I said to him on the phone hey about this battery I have the receipt for$60 so I continued to ask Jerry if I brought the receipt back with the battery would you give me at least 40.00 he said most definitely not he said bring the receipt up and I will return all of your money.. Travice, the technician who installed my battery, did a phenomenal job. It’s rare nowadays you find good quality customer service and I’m glad I drove and paid the extra dollar to have this kind caring gentleman install my battery. I wish there were more people like Travice because he is a very humble guy who takes pride in his job. I wish I could clone him.
Wife's Interstate battery had an issue today so we took it straight to the Interstate store. They tested it and changed it out in about a half hour or so. Very quick. The old one lasted 6 years and 4 months. We've been very happy with them over the years.
Well you know the old saying you get what you pay for! You know you're not going to be happy with something cheap right? These guys are professionals and they sell quality products do yourself a favor and get something decent.
I have been going to Interstate Batteries for years and they are amazing! The customer service is by far the best. They are always friendly and very helpful. The batteries are always long lasting with a great warranty. This is the only place to go if you need a battery check or new battery. They will never try to sell you something you don’t need. I've bought a ton of batteries here before and it's always worked out great. But today I went in there for a new battery for a golf cart. The battery I needed was backordered. Instead, they found me a used battery they had in the back and gave it to me. I will always buy future batteries here and recommend for everyone else to do the same. I needed a new battery, found out it still had another 3 years of warranty left on it. I took it to Interstate battery of Space Coast on Sarno Road in Melbourne. A young man named Dillon searched it for me and found my cost was 45% for a new one. He also helped me when the terminals were not connecting right. He could have made money putting on new terminals but he just used what I had and took off some plastic enclosure and said it’s all fixed and done. I was impressed, a young man doing the right thing for a senior woman. So yes I did gift him some cash and I will promote the store and him to anyone that needs a new battery. They have a good crew.!

Tucked away on Sarno is what brings out Melbourne's best. Courteous and efficient while being diligent and fast. Thorough in their work by diagnosing the problem other than just battery issues. Well worth giving them a try. Will not be disappointed.
I have been using interstate batteries exclusively since about 2010 in all of my vehicles. In the past month, however, I've had one battery that only lasted two years and another that only lasted three years. When I took the two year battery in, they tested it and told me it was good. Unfortunately, now the battery has to be replaced on my own dime because the 2 year warranty ran out last month. I used to get good batteries and good service from this location, but unfortunately now it seems that I'm not getting either. I have moved my business elsewhere and would recommend that others do the same.
Great service . Friendly and knowledgeable staff . Ended up getting the battery for my car for half price because of a minor cosmetic blemish . Still given with 18 month warranty . The only place I'll go for car/boat/motorcycle batteries in the future . Took 20 minutes in and out.

Great shop. Team there is very professional, quick and efficient. Had a battery replaced about a year and a half ago and started having problems. They checked the system (alternator, cables, battery, etc. and gave me a good deal on a replacement battery.
