If I could give them a zero I would. Towed my truck and trailer in a lot we payed to park in. Owner was there in the lot towing other cars when I arrived back. The truck and trailer were gone. When I asked him what time he towed it he lied and said 5 pm. He said he had no record of me paying. I showed him my email. I called the Melbourne police department because they are required to call it in before towing and they said they called at 2:31 pm. At that point we still had hours left in our payed parking. The owner still kept lying because he did not think I would call the police department which I did after he made me pay $500 And he also stated he was going to charge me $1100 and that this was a deal and the best he could do. After I found out he lied and called his office to confront him, his secretary Gigi came and met me to return my money. He was too much of a coward . He damaged the truck and trailer. What a crook and liar this man is!!
While assisting Brevard Co Sheriff’s deputies on the scene of a fatal accident. One of your drivers, verbally and nearly physically assaulted me in the middle of US 1. As I lunged out of his way to avoid being run down, the red Christmas ribbon I had found in the grass, left my hand and with the east wind, blew into his windshield. At which time he then stopped, which is all he needed to do in the first place, jumped out and proceeded to then threaten to kill me for throwing things on his truck. Manly man stuff then fell out of his mouth and I’m sure it made him feel better. After point out that someone had just died in that wreck, he screamed he could care less. At this point I decided that I’d rather live another day so I fell all over myself apologizing to him so he’d let me live. Great company you’ve got going here. Would love to see how he treats his mother. Truck #30. US1 across from the marine supply guys. Witnesses came by and talked to me after he left.
Kendall Towing is the absolute worst company imaginable. They have no posted rates, no official pricing, and they only accept cash—without issuing a receipt. We were initially told the fee was $425, but within 15 minutes, the price suddenly jumped to $478, seemingly out of thin air, just because we tried to prove we had been at the plaza. There is zero transparency, and their prices change at random. If you don’t want a nightmare on your hands, stay far away from this company!
Bro showed up quick. He was a chill guy. Helped me out. Price was straight. Hooked up my truck and towed it to my house no problem. My real axle snapped and the wheel came completely off the truck and left me sitting just barely into the parking lot. Definitely recommend
I had a wonderful experience with this company! I called last minute on a Saturday and they were at my house in 30 minutes. Keith was great, explained the entire process to me, and even let me drive the car onto the truck! Amazing customer service and very fast. Pricing is also extremely reasonable! I would highly recommend them!
After a family friend was killed in a motorcycle accident the Melbourne PD called for a tow. Kendall towing responded and towed the motorcycle to their facility. The next day within an hour of closing the distraught and grieving spouse was contacted and informed that the motorcycle needed to be picked up and the cost was 632.98. Storage Indoors fee of 57.06 however the motorcycle was outdoors at pick-up.A up to 250.00 Lien release fee was imposed. No compassion was demonstrated by this company and could have waved or lowered the lien release amount. What a disgrace to take advantage of grieving spouse. Word to the wise is stay clear of Kendall Towing and Recovery. There are other tow companies in th Melbourne area that would show more compassion. Couldnt post with at least 1 star.
It is my opinion that these people are a shady predatory towing company. Rediculous charges, exaggerated mileage, unethical practices, unprofessional people. They prey on beachside teens and visitors. In my opinion, running their scam on Good Friday just shows how low they truly are. We dont want scammers like them operating in "our" community. As you can see in the owners response they make an accussation that the vehicle operator went to the beach yet they refuse to inform the vehicle operator who saw him specifically and not one of the occupants of his vehicle walk across A1A to the beach. Refuse to identify his accusser and refused to provide an authorization from the property owner requesting the vehicle be towed. No video/photographic evidence. (was it a paid parking lot spotter?) The vehicle operator has sales receipts in hand from both Tiki Cafe as well as the Surf Emporium but they were not interested in hearing him out. They charged the vehicle operator a $56 Gate fee explaining that it was a holiday (Good Friday) and they had to have someone come in to open the lot gate. When the vehicle operator arrived the office was open with 3 employees in the building and a 4th employee "driver" showing up with another towed vehicle. There was another young man (target) also paying to get his vehicle at the same time. He was also charged a gate fee. They charged the vehicle operator for 16 total miles. 8 miles to and from the tow sight. A simple map quest search verified by our odometer is just over 5 miles. They also charged a $250 Lien Release Fee. They vehicle was picked up within 3 hours and when the vehicle operator asked the older man who opened the gate what a Lien Release Fee was he said, "I dont know, its something the State puts on there."
Couldn’t give zero stars. I parked at a restaurant ate and went to several other stores. I got towed for illegal parking.. was towed about 6 miles and they charged me $480. I could not pay with a credit card, had to pay cash or cash app. The lady on the phone said the city sets the tow rates, this is false! Nothing on the sign indicates the rates. Beware of this Scam company!
Complete scum of a company, shameful. Not a service to help you but instead catch you parking in a 1/4 full parking lot. Trying to enjoy a weekend day after a long week at work and they have a “spotter” seeing you walk over to the beach and tow you, charging you $500 hours later. Oh they only take cash as well, it’s a shame places like are allowed to operate.
if i could leave 0 stars i would. the place itself is a mess with trash EVERYWHERE, super unprofessional. they waited for us to park and a walk to the beach, where we park every time we come here (every week). the owner with his “i hate people” shirt then waited and proceeded to smile as we aimlessly looked for our car. things got heated, as these situations do, and he screamed and cussed so loudly at us that other people came to check on us. they only accept cash and do not have an atm on sight. super rude
This place is a scam! Charging each person towed $480 today that was towed from beachside 15 minutes down the road! This is NOT what the county has given as the charge per vehicle! This is illegal! Not to mention the location looks like it’s from a scary movie!
Absolutely a horrible company do not use as they removed a truck from my property without proper paper work . Smashed window and dragged my truck up a flat bed with it still in gear without any concern. Will be taking legal action first thing in the am .
I had the pleasure of being able to rely on Kendall Towing & Recovery. I called nearly 10 tow truck businesses. None were able to make it out to me before an hour and a half except Kendall Towing & Recovery. Once there, Brandon was exceptional. He was professional, courteous and clearly knowledgeable/experienced. He helped rescue my wife’s birthday with how efficient and diligent he worked. Thank you, Kendall Towing & Recovery.
I would never in my life, EVER voluntarily use these people. That lady that sits behind the computer with the dog is rude as hell. Hands down the WORST customer service EVER! She needs to clean the inside of that filthy office!!However, there was another little lady in there that was super sweet, I hate that I don't remember her name. My review excludes her but that other lady, this is for you!!!! I'm not surprised at all of the 1-star reviews that this so-called company has and the few reviews that they have that are more than 1-star I would be willing to bet that they are fake. If Kendall was the only towing company in Brevard County, I would NOT call them. I would much rather pull/tow the car with my own bare hands! And for the record, I have started the process toward making a formal complaint on this so-called establishment.

Well if you like damage to your property that is built in 1982 you should call Kendall towing , and furthermore maybe if I park my motorcycle in my living room they will have to get a warrant in order to tow that?
if i could give it 0 stars then i would. the drivers are completely unsafe on the road. whoever was driving truck 30 on september 28, 2023 needs to get off of the road. they nearly hit my honda cr-v and was tailgating traffic, swerving and weaving in and out unsafely. nearly hit multiple vehicles
Do not do business with these people. They towed one of my vehicles with valuable items inside and took it to the scrapyard on accident instead of to their tow yard
Kendall towing and John Rios allowed my truck to be stripped while in their Impound Lot. In a written police statement, they stated that they did not verify the owner of vehicle before allowing thief into their impound lot and my vehicle was stripped of tires, tailgate, headlights, tail lights, and battery. They do not take responsibility for damages on their lot so I have to take them to court. They also do not bother to look up VIN numbers to see if vehicle could have been stolen. They are the reason Tow Companies get such bad rapport.
Kendall towing had not one shred of kindness, not one! For my grand daughter when she went to pick up her deceased mother's car. They even announced that they were not even going to try to help or discuss it. They would not let her get belongings out of car also. They just want to be able to keep the car longer, to charge more money to this young woman. And from reviews I've read, they have no manners, no skill and most of all , no kindness and compassion for their fellow human beings. I had to click the star to post. No stars for you!

Cause I've only read 4 good reviews, and 2 were from people who wanted other cars towed and 2 who wanted their own towed. Maybe broaden your horizons a bit? People have strife in life, and kicking them when down.....? Does it help?
These guys are contracted by Tavistock HOA to prey on homeowners and their guests who park on the street inside gated neighborhoods at night, a practice that is very common. Take notice, these guys will snatch your car and hold it ransom, in our case a few hours cost $550. This is absolute robbery. They argue that these rates are set by the county and state. This system and its ridiculous extortion style setup should be criminal.
I required their services after flipping my vehicle and was worried about the experience I'd might have after reading the reviews prior to coming in. The people leaving poor reviews must have had bad attitudes and took a negative approach because the staff were very friendly and the price was about what I expected it to be. I even paid to have them drop it back off at my house the next day and they didn't charge me an additional day for holding. Thank you guys very much!

I parked at a business to have a meal off A1A in Melbourne. The “spotter” for Kendall Towing had my car towed because she claimed I was parking to go to the beach instead of the restaurant. It took over 10 minutes to get ahold of someone by phone at Kendall Towing and over another 10+ minutes until they admitted their mistake. They refused to get my vehicle back to me. The man at Kendall was incredibly rude. Didn’t even offer to pay for my Uber ride to pick up my car which they had towed.
Had a bad day, my truck died on the way to work, someone called and had it towed. Went to pick it up from Kendall Towing, I’ve never had my vehicle towed before, it sucks but they were really nice and personable. It was really quick and easy to get my truck back and if something like this happens I’m glad it was by a company as professional and personal as they were.
DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY!!! Car was towed in a residential area overnight- we picked it up within the first hour they were open. 8 mile tow. Charged $286.93! $80 fee was tacked on for staff to pull the vehicle that was parked in their lot in plain sight 25 feet to the gate!!! Called to discuss breakdown and I was told "they can charge what they want when their staff has to move a vehicle." I work with tow yards all the time professionally and this is the most horrific padded bill I have ever seen. I will be filing complaints. BEWARE- You only have 30 days in Florida to file a complaint against a tow company.
Our HOA told us to mann la w sure the cars were moved before 7. We leave at 6:45, they towed our car before 6:30. They left several cars on the street close to where they contractor was supposed to start working. At 8 am those same cars were still on the street. The contractor was knocking on the neighbors doors to ask them to move because it was past the time. Yet my car that was far from the start point had bees removed almost 2 hours prior.
There is no way this was not done on purpose, the lady on the phone was super dismissive and told us to wait until 9 to speak to the owner. They took our car first because it was the easiest to load, what?!?! The cars that were a priority were all still there, contractors couldn’t start working at almost 9 am because THOSE cars are still there
The ethics of this company are shady at best.
Horrible place. Owner is loud and rude. The establishment is a mess and has dangerous metal strone about doorways. This caused a customer in front of me to cut her toe open. Second the owner after seeing this became off the wall loud and disrespectful. Calling the woman names and screaming about being an ex marine (that part made no sense.) I would never trust a company that acts of runs like this. Farrrrrrr better places to give business too intown.
Big Jake was able to tow my vehicle same day for a good price. He was very professional. 27 years in the business. If I need a tow again definitely will hit up this business. 10/10
