I normally don't post reviews but thought I would for this situation. My daughter's car broke down last week and she was a mess. I called jacks for a tow and they got there very quick, the driver Christian was amazing and very professional and made sure my daughter was ok and safe and was comfortable the whole time. I was in an auto accident on Friday evening and one of Jack's tow trucks responded quickly. I've made two phone calls and both times he was very helpful and had a nice calm tone. The yard was easy to find and easy to get to my wrecked truck.

Had a radiator hose blow out and my truck overheated on I-95 a little before midnight. It was a cold dark night and I thought I was pretty much screwed since it was so late. Luckily Jacks took the call and had their Tow Driver Eric able to find me despite being off the side of the highway. Eric is a bright guy, very mechanically inclined which is a rare gift for young men these days.
Not only did Eric have my truck loaded quickly, but he told me a lot of knowledge for my truck and similar makes. When we got to my house 30 minutes later Eric was kind enough to stay around for a few minutes and help me find which hose blew out or if it was the radiator itself. He ended up finding it was a clamp that broke off and which hose had disconnected. Had it not been for Eric I would have spent a lot more money than I would have needed to on a repair. I really appreciate him going above and beyond to help me out.

I was in an accident and instead of taking my truck to my house a couple miles away, the driver persuaded me to take it to his yard because driver at fault would be responsible.....totally not the case, I still as the innocent had to pay for this towing and storage after it sat there for 2 weeks. Nobody informed me anything and I had to do all the investigating myself to find out I was going to pay for it all....I highly recommend using any other services. These guys are smart/slick at the mouth and will do anything to get as much of your money as they can, Regardless of your wishes.... Also believe they stole my chest waders out of my truck....dirt would be complimenting this company.

Jack's Wrecker Service was recommended to me by a friend. When my daughter's car was, sadly, declared beyond repair at the dealership in Cocoa and needed to be towed to SE Palm Bay, I called them. Within a couple of hours, her car was home and in the garage thanks to the expert care of Tom. From beginning to end, great service which was greatly appreciated. The charge was reasonable and Bill, with whom I spoke on the phone, was very helpful. Big thumbs up!
Sean did an absolutely terrific job.
We had a 7,000lb bobcat excavator that slid into a pond. We were pretty sure this excavator would need extensive repair IF he could even get it out. Sean showed up and did an EXCELLENT job towing the tractor out of a VERY nasty area. It was suctioned to the bottom and had very few strong points to pull from, but he found them. The tractor had 0 damage and started right up after. We were all very impressed, and the pictures do not do justice of the situation. Great job Sean and we will continue to use Jack’s as long as they are around.
We purchased a 34’ long class A motorhome that had been converted into a tiny home, and thus had no driver seat or controls including steering! It was located in a precarious wooded lot and required some deft maneuvering to extract it such that it could be loaded onto Jack’s Landoll semi trailer for transport over the road to our home some 40 miles away. The Jack’s team (Bret and John) were able to shift the vehicles transmission into neutral and release the parking brake from beneath the rig. After much careful maneuvering and trimming of trees, the RV was successfully extracted and loaded onto the Landoll. Upon arrival at our home, which also had its own set of logistical challenges, the RV was offloaded and successfully maneuvered onto my driveway. Not cheap, but performing the impossible never is! A challenging task well performed by the Jack’s Wrecker Service team. Many thanks also to Gilles for coordinating and scheduling! Highly recommended!!!

They were super friendly. One of the guys offered his help at the business by trying to help my husband boost the battery to see if it would start. Another guy, I think his name was Pete, went above an beyond. We had the scooter towed to our house. My injured son was the only one home at the time and Pete unloaded the scooter and he even put it in the backyard for him. I am super thankful he did that. The service at Jack's Wrecker was freakin awesome. Thank you guys.

My luck has just been the best lately. Jack's helped me out AGAIN. This time, Pete showed up and got my car home safe. Jack's is my first and only call at this point. Every single employee that I have delt with over my past 3 tows have been incredible. I highly recommend this company.
Tom showed up very quickly and was super personable as well as professional. It's not like anyone is happy to get towed but if it happens again, I'll be calling Jack's.

Drew and Troy helped towed my vehicle when I gave jacks a call. Great drivers. They were quick on response time and even called to make sure they were given the correct address. Upon their arrival they immediately greeted me and went straight to work. They even cleaned up the spill that my car made. Overall great experience with these two.
