Brooke provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. She went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and made sure I understood everything about the services I needed. I came in for a wheel alignment and tire rotation, and the entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Brooke was friendly, knowledgeable, and kept everything running efficiently. It’s hard to find service this good these days, and I truly appreciated her attention to detail and customer care. Highly recommend working with Brooke if you visit this shop!

Brought the car here after a sketchy experience with a chain repair place. The problem was the AC not working. The diagnosis was made in short time and was put in writing. I was provided with a written estimate of the repair which I approved. During the course of the repair the replacement part which was delivered was defective and needed to be changed out and retested. There was a wiring anomaly which was corrected as well. They are pleasant people to deal with. Brooke at the front desk gets all the details and the owner/tech will explain the whys and hows of what the problem is.

Very knowledgeable company. Harbour Automotive was the third mechanic I took my truck to and first to get the true problem diagnosed and fixed.

I had a great experience with Harbour Automotive. Their estimate on a fairly big job was lower than two other repair shops. Katie at the front desk (who has a wealth of repair knowledge about my car and a different problem with another customer’s car) said I could bring it in the next day and it would be done the following day, but two technicians worked on it and it was done by the end of the first day. I’m happy with the results.

I have a '66 Mustang GT rag top with some original parts so I expect a few hiccups. My trunk wouldn't latch, so I took it to Harbour Automotive. Katie greeted me in the office and had Keith come take a look. It was fixed in about 10 mis or less! He also checked under the car and found a leak! So happy to have found my new mechanic! I would definitely recommend Harbour Automotive!
