Why go anyplace else?!? Called Autozone, they did not have the part and told me I had to go to the dealership to get it. Called Advanced Auto Parts and they had it. Not only that, but the man came out, crawled into a very uncomfortable position under my dash, and put the part in for me without being asked! Saved my brake lights and my battery! Thank goodness for places like Advanced Auto Parts!

I just came back after purchasing a battery for my Kia Sedona. I was so flustered because my car wouldn't start. But Broghan was kind and patient with me, explaining everything and helping me out to the parking lot. Excellent customer service. Thank you Broghan!

Parts not in stock. Ordered in from other locations but were almost 2 hours later than expected. This delay created a very bad set of circumstances. Yet the guy at the counter was knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant. The delay was not his fault because he could only relay the expected delivery time.

My car battery kept dying because my tail lights wouldn't turn off, so I figured out what fuse to pull and got it jumped. I brought in the fuse to AAP off Eau Gallie and Steve looked at them told me it wasn't the actual cause. He came back with a very simple looking plug and told me it went in the back of the brake pedal. I went outside and couldn't figure it out. So Steve kindly came outside and pulled the broken plug and installed the new one within 2 minutes! I can't express how thankful ? I am for the knowledge and completely 5 star customer service I received! Thanks again for all your help!

Had to have the battery replaced today on my wife’s car. The guys checked the warranty and found it was still under warranty by two months on a three year warranty. They replaced it and installed it on the spot. Then they gave me a 20% coupon so I got her new wiper blades that they also installed. The guys were nice, knowledgeable, friendly and fast. Very helpful, even when they don’t have the parts on hand they’re always able to help me what I’m looking for from another store or ordering them. I believe it was Jon who helped me and he was very nice and helpful

Talked with the manager who listened to my automotive needs, very friendly, courteous , and very knowledgeable on how to resolve my issue. I hope he is there next time when I need professional advise.

I had no idea what I was doing, but the guys working at advanced auto parts in Indian Harbour Beach were so professional and friendly. They made me feel so comfortable and were really helpful! I highly recommend.

I waited 15-20 minutes while two employees struggled to find a part. It seemed as if their system doesn't accurately show stock locations, since they both said "It says it should be near [another part]" when I asked about it. Since I've never had this issue at other locations, I wonder if it's more to do with employee training than a systemic problem. Either way, I'll take my business to other AAP locations and other businesses. They did keep trying until I threw in the towel, so kudos for that.

I walked in the front door straight to the counter and had a new wiper blade paid for and installed by the salesman within 2 to 3 minutes! Excellent service and wish I'd seen the employee's name as he should get credit for the 5 star service!

Disrespectful treatment by one of the workers of this store when I try to show him what I was looking for was not what he wanted to sell me, he just turned his back on me and went to the back of the store, then I tried to talk to him and he responded in a disrespectful way the costumer always right. I know maybe nothing happens but if your worker had a bad day IT IS NOT A COSTUMER PROBLEM

I wanted to share my experience. I was in a horrible pickle w a dead battery and no one to help. I searched “Auto parts” near me and found Advanced Auto near me. I called and spk to a really nice guy, named Steven. He gave me comfort and let me know, I was not alone and he would help. The following morning, Steven came and looked at my battery and found it needed a good charge. He then proceeded to remove and take to charge for me.WHAT AN AMAZING THING STEVEN. I WILL FOREVER REMEMBER YOUR KINDNESS. What a great Employee , person, Role-model and FACE FOR Advanced Auto. ❤️❤️❤️❤️Thank you for being a good human. I hope others learn by example from you.

Wow. 7 20 in the evening jeep battery total dead did not turn off jeep. Probably would not restart. Advance had the correct battery and a nice gentlemen installed at no charge. Wow the services here are Great!!!

Thank GOD for BOB who will take his time to answer questions and actually help u with any thing you need BOB goes way beyond good costumer service..

Unbeatable customer service. Manager helped me today with an RV battery issue I was having, offered the technical advice I needed to fix my problem. I have had several similar experiences here in the past. I received no such assistance at the competitor across the road.

The Indian Harbor Advance Auto Parts are the best -- they have helped me more than once with batteries, and key battery. They saved me a ton of money figuring out how to put new battery in car key. Love these guys --

Auto zone wouldn't kelp me change out my battery because it was raining, 2 older gentlemen at advance said no problem, gave him a good tip, nice place , nice guy's, highly recommend this place.

Very nice staff. You don't find places where employees go way out of their way to help you like Advanced did for me yesterday. They went above and beyond to assist me. I was broke down about 1000 feet from the store. The manager advised me to have my van towed over and they would test it. Rachel tested my battery and starter. She explained all the read outs very detailed. I'm car stupid ? She explained everything so I understood. It was a starter and she explained how it works and showed me on the new one what section did things. Friend changed my starter in the parking lot, Advanced even let us use some of their tools. I will be using advanced for all car parts in the future. Thankfully I have a couple of friends from my son who can put the parts on. Thank you Rachel and staff.

Great customer service with knowledgeable caring people who work here. Mike was a big help with answering questions and helping to make sure we saved the most amount of money we could being on a budget but still needing to purchase parts for repairs. Every Advance Auto Parts store I have ever visited has been a good experience.

Michael was extremely rude to us when we came in to get a battery check. Michael did not acknowledge us when we said hello and then made us wait over 5 min before finally acknowledging us (we were the only customers in the store). Michael also used a phone call as an excuse to further ignore us, but the worst part is when another employee showed up and tried to help us, Michael yelled at him and told him to stock some things in the back. This is out of the norm for this place, all the other staff is very friendly.

super friendly and helpful. Jose swapped out my battery fast and expertly I might add, just a great experience. They also changed out my wife's headlight a few months back for the cost of the bulb and were happy to do it. I'm a dedicated customer from now on. thanks guys

My battery died and they made it completely stress free. Ian and Jaime came and jumped my vehicle, installed a new battery, and got rid of the old one within a half hour. Very knowledgeable staff that goes out of there way to help a customer. They gave me several battery options and never tried to sell me anything I didn't need. Would highly recommend them.
