The service is very terrible they sometimes act unfairly as if they can go to tow your car and well you are there present you show your license they show your papers and they are still like that they are taking you the car when they can't give you a chance a chance to be able to negotiate it there are also very racist people who are also for being one from another country despite not having their papers and his license they come and discriminate against one As they are also people who do not know how to respect because they and sometimes speak with bad words they address you as the words and not them are addressed with respect and suppose that in this world we all deserve respect but I think they do not know him then it makes me a very bad reputation or a very bad part of them to publish that they have good towing service when they behave the too arrogantly and still overbearing and still badly spoken
If i could give 10 stars i would , my wifw tire popped on highway while she panicked i few tow trucks and all 24 hours service but all told me they closed ...... i called junk mans towing loterly first ring answered and dispatched a driver to her fast real deal fast withing 15 mins driver was there tire was changed and she was back on the road headed back in town ... TOP CUSTOMER SATISFACTION GREAT LEGIT TRUST WPRTHY PEOPLW I RECOMMEN JUNK MANS TOWING ... DO NOT CALL ANYONE BUT JUNK MANS TOWING AND THIS COMING FROM A BLACK MALE / BLACK FAMILY .... I must tell everyone one NOW DO NOT USE JUNK MAN TOWING they ruined my car would not pay for the damages that they did in my car and ended up charging me extra and they stole the property out of my car . DO NOT USE JUNKMAN TOWING ON CLEAR LAKE ROAD THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF
After my daughter got in a terrible accident I asked for my car to be delivered to a specific dealership and was promised by the driver that it would happen with no other discussion about anything else. They chose to ignore my request and took it back to their impound lot so they could rack up more money. All they care about is taking advantage of people that are in need of real assistance. The owner actually hung up on me when we were having a conversation and never even once apologized about that. I offered to pay when they delivered it to where I requested, and would give them a credit card in advance to do so. He wanted me to use some money app to pay him under the table that I don’t even know about and obviously I’m old-school. What Legitimate business doesn’t accept credit cards? He was very shady about the whole thing. I told him I lived out of state and he said tough luck!!!! Never use them or you’ll get robbed as well!
Just had my car towed a long long way, thanks to this company it was super easy! Great price, Thomas was great to talk to on the 2 hour ride! Awesome all around!!!!!!!
Was prompt and on time. Had no issues with my scat pack. I've worked on cars all my life and this man was knowledgeable. Will use them again in the future.
Shady business , was waiting for a tow from another company when they pulled up claiming to be the company who was going to tow me. Turns out they weren’t. Would of never allowed them to tow my car if I known this. Make sure to double check who people say they are.
What are rip off!!! Do NOT deal with these people. They need to be taken to court. Over $700 for a car that had been towed without any warning for less than 24 hours. What a bunch of criminals.
I needed an early morning towing and was lucky to get ahold of Cameron at junkmans towing. He told me the price upfront and was there quick. I highly recommend them for your towing needs.

Once again Thomas the driver arrived in 15 min. All other tow companies make you wait at least 1-2 hours. Thomas had my husband and my Jeep home safely in about 45 min. Thank you Junkmans towing for outstanding service.
Professional, courteous, arrived in about 5 minutes. Thomas was absolutely the nicest guy, flat bed truck so no damage to my vehicle. Absolutely would highly recommend this business.
I had a bad day made better by Thomas at Junkmans Towing tonight. My call was answered on its second ring and a driver was promised in 20 minutes. Thomas kept his word and was promptly present at the scene of my needed towing for my truck. I paid a fair price and had a warm and safe ride back to my home. It's good to know great service is still around.
Let’s face it, if you are in need of a tow truck, you are looking for quick, quality and fair pricing. That is exactly what I experienced. From the moment I called they were very professional , told me how long it would take, who would be arriving and made me feel comfortable in an uncomfortable situation. Cameron was the gentleman that they sent out and he was a true gentleman and total professional. If you need this service, do not hesitate to call them. Great service across the board, great pricing in my opinion and exactly why I dont pay high prices for fancy 'roadside assistance'! Blew a tire on my way to work, took to Google despite my hesitation and this was one of the top company's to pop up...so glad I called them. Dispatch answered right away and gave me a quick response time on arrival and pricing no bs you know before they get there. Despite the awful traffic due to another highway shut down, Cameron got to me quickly if not before quoted time. All tracked via text too so you know! He handled everything start to finish quickly and efficiently. I have paid more to get my vehicle unlocked in the past than I did for this great service, by scammer listings that show up in a mini van and are super sketchy. Or waited 3x longer with fancy roadside coverage! Huge thanks to this company for their honest advertisements, great pricing and to Cameron for his diligent work. Aside from all that... as a female traveling alone I felt safe and not scammed, they are now stored in my phone for any future booboos as they can do it all. Thanks again Cameron!

When my car broke down on I-95 speed limit 70, Junk Man's Towing was there within 30 min. I also received text to let me know when the tow truck was 5 mins away. I was towed to their shop and they fixed it!! From tow driver to repair the staff was great, amiable and sincere. A blessing when your far from home. Thank you.
Stellar service!!! I was in a really bad pinch and needed a tow at 1:30 a.m. and these guys came through when nobody else would. I had a wheel bearing go out on my boat trailer and no other companies would help me or even answer their phone. Not only did they send somebody out quick but the driver named Thomas that came out was impeccable! He made the whole tow as easy as possible. On top of it all the price was unbelievable! I highly recommend junkman's towing.

This was 4th company I called, and probably the smallest but they were the biggest help ever. I called in from a different for someone in FL I didn't have an exact address and I barely had directions. Adam so not problem give me the guys # that needs the tow I'll figure it out. Adam figured it within minutes and didn't mind it being on I95 (2 of the other companies won't go near 95). Thomas the driver was awesome, kept me updated on his eta and awesome company for drive to vero. I will definitely use them again if I'm in their area and need a tow and I will be recommending them every time.
They do the best job for the best price. Adam is the only mechanic I use and he's a great guy. Also got him saved on my phone in case I need a tow. These guys are quick, friendly, and professional.
The gentleman who assisted us with the vehicle pickup was amazing at his job, informative, polite, and arrived promptly. The services included notifications about how long it would take for the guy to arrive, which was within 15 minutes from the initial call, as well as notifications alerting us to to his arrival up to the five minute away mark. I thought that service was awesome. The truck and flatbed was excellent quality that did the job quickly and efficiently. He paid cash on the spot, exactly what was initially offered without any issues. I will indeed be calling them again to remove more vehicles and I will definitely be recommending them to anyone who is seeing vehicle removal. Excellent service, excellent employee, exceptionally impressed being.
Our belt broke on our car and they were able to pick up our car in 30 mins and was able to fix our car at a reasonable price. Customer service was top notch and they sent use videos via text to explain what was going on & explained things to us! Adam & Cameron were excellent!
