I have been trying to contact them for a week to return an item. i gave left several emails. Everytime I call the office phone number no one answers. The part was in excess of $200. it actually did arrive, but it no longer needed.
Make sure you call or email. This place has great customer service and great variety of parts however it's not open to just stop in. Mostly internet sales and shipping.
Becky gave us great service over the phone and also when we picked up our VW part! Easy transaction with Seabreeze for a great price. We’ll call them again when needing anything else.

This is a five star company. They are there to work with you if you let them. The people that leave bad reviews are usually looking for something free. Their customer server is great. I love talking with the young lady on the phone. When you call and they don't answer then write them a message. If you leave a message they do get back to you with in 24 hours. I will be buying from this company again and again.
Completely INCOMPETENT FRAUDSTERS!!! Becky is totally USELESS!!! They sell on eBay too, DO NOT BUY!!! THEY GET PAID AND DO NOT SHIP PRODUCT for WEEKS, wait for you to contact them, then they ask the customer to figure it out!!! That sounds like A GREAT BUSINESS PLAN!!! Florida though, so TOTALLY makes sense now!!!
