DONT EVER COME to this place — they are complete scammers and modern robbers. They told me over the phone that the rate was $60 per hour, but when I got there, they demanded $600 per hour. Even though I only used the forklift service for one hour, they charged me $900. I told them I couldn’t pay, so I called the police. When the police arrived, they acted just like them. In the end, I was forced to pay the $900. They are total robbers. Do not come here. I have evidence in my hands and will file a complaint against them. See you in court.
Do not use this place. The workers customer service is horrible. You walk in the door and all the workers inside, not one of them even stopped talking to one another to acknowledge us walking in. One guy finally addressed us with “what you want!” We went back to them this Saturday because online says open 24 hours and the lady tried to charge us a $50 after hour fee to get our belongings out of our car. How hard is it to add to your website that yes your open for towing 24 hours but anything else is normal business hours. I will let my insurance company know that we do not want to use them ever again!
Super fast! Courteous and was very efficient and knowledgeable. He had a call up and before we even got out of our car the truck was pulling up into our driveway.
We were on vacation in Florida and had one of the worst experiences with this towing company. Our car was towed from Walmart, but Walmart told us directly that they never even called for anyone to tow it. To make matters worse, we were charged twice the normal amount — and the car was only towed half a mile away. We could have literally walked to where they took it.
When we went to pick up the car, they didn’t ask for any proof of ownership or even basic information before handing it over. That felt completely careless and unprofessional.
Between the false justification, the outrageous cost, and the lack of any proper procedures, this was an incredibly shady and frustrating experience. Definitely not something you want to deal with on vacation, and I would strongly caution others to be aware.

This place is a total scam. They had my car towed in under 10 minutes while I ran across the street. It’s obvious they target out-of-state cars just to make easy money. The whole setup is predatory, shady, and unethical. If I could leave negative stars, I would. Stay far away from this company and anywhere they patrol.
Beware! This towing company is predatory and unethical. My car was towed within 10 minutes of parking while I quickly ran across the street to pick something up. They clearly prey on out-of-state cars, and is nothing more than a scam. If I could give zero stars, I would. Do yourself a favor and avoid parking anywhere near where these people operate.
Amazing customer service and wonderful job fixing our tire. We are on a military base and blew a tire. The technician came out to us and fixed our tire within 45 minutes total. We must have called 10 people who couldn’t come and our roadside service probably called more. We are so grateful for this company and the wonderful people who work here!
Above and beyond service!!! Ethan was the absolute best got in right away had it towed so we didn’t have to worry about that one bit!!! It was over all an amazing experience for the circumstances!!!
This was my first time ever needing a tow truck, and I was honestly a bit nervous. Both of my front tires were down, so I called White’s Wrecker Service for help. Ethan was exceptional. The office staff was as well. Had an issue with my McLaren. Needed a tow to my mechanic. My car is low to the ground. Ethan took his time and loaded my car without a hitch. The best! Highly recommend
They didn’t wait 24 hours to take our vehicle from the walmart parking lot and in fl you have to wait even if you see someone leave the lot , very unprofessional and we will be filing a lawsuit on them for STEALING our car and holding it for ransom, and KEEP the receipt guys! Because they are scammers and don’t take card!

Tow from lots next to public parking, take cash only, initially didn't allow us to inspect that car, charged more than the amounts listed on the posted signage. Beach office (8705 Front Beach Rd, Panama City Beach, FL 32407) is not listed as one of their addresses on Google maps.
I am sure no one wants to have a tow truck experience. But, if you’re going to have one, this was the best it could be. We didn’t wait long, our car was handled with care, the driver, Josh, was super kind and helpful, and- all on July 4.
You would think with four brand new tires, one would not need towed due to tire issues! However, both times within a month, AAA dispatched Whites to our rescue.

Did a excellent job towing my car from Walmart parking lot after I went shopping and walked to McDonald's about 400 ft away.
Walmart in PCB(front beach) is unbelievably aggressive in towing anyone not in the store.
Plus side they actually used a dolly on my AWD car instead of dragging it.
The driver than came to pick up my vehicle was very unprofessional, rude and very racist he told me his was going to call ICE on me cause I told him I had already cancelled it before he got to my car location and I guess dispatched didn't notify him , I had to call 911 cause he was getting very rude and aggressive...he was smart enough to leave before cops got there....company shouldn't tolerate nor hire this kind of people gives company a bad rep...I would not recommend them
They get a zero, very unprofessional, rude and this man showed hate. Racist man, told my husband he looked illegal and was going to call Ice, because he cancelled the towing. And still drove off flipping him out.

I believe companies like this should not be operating in the market. Instead of providing genuine assistance, they exploit people. Who charges $12,000 for just three hours of work?
We experienced an accident involving only our truck and trailer. The driver had to brake sharply to avoid a collision, which caused the load in the trailer to shift and damage both the trailer wall and the truck cabin. Instead of receiving fair help and a reasonable price from the towing company for a seven-mile tow, we were shocked to be charged $12,000. To make matters worse, the company threatened that if we didn’t pay within six hours, they would add approximately $1,000 per day in fees. This feels more like extortion than legitimate business practices.
I am left wondering what kind of laws exist in Florida that allow towing companies to legally take advantage of people and jeopardize their businesses.
These folks get shit done!! Southern hospitality at its finest . Very helpful n easy to be around.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE on Dec 31st, 2025/ 02/01/2025!!!!!!!
First and foremost, I am a local and was at an establishment called "The Liq". Mind you, I park there ALL the time. I stayed in the establishment for 1 hour max and walked out to my car not being there.
2nd - I called the number on the toll sign, to get a RUDE & NASTY white lady on the phone. She had no sympathy and did not care about my car being towed. She also hung up in my face when I asked her the reasoning on being rude. I wish I would have gotten her name.
3rd - Once they FINALLY got to the destination where my car had been towed after me waiting 30 mins, I expressed to the older gentleman that I was a local and parked there all the time. His response was "if you were a local you would know better."
I have also attached a picture of the two cars beside me still sitting there when I was attempting to leave the establishment.
What put the icing on the cake was having to go to an ATM to get cash(which also charges a service fee) because they do not take cards.......
The only good thing I have to say about this whole situation is the younger gentlemen who did not charge me taxes for getting it out.
All in all I had to pay $150.00 to get my car. I am a local, AND I park there all the time.
This place is horrible, money hungry, and have ZERO compassion for this. They should be ASHAMED!!! Especially the rude nasty white woman they have answering the phones.
