Was able to fit me in when they had some openings and were extremely fast! Friendly staff and knowledgeable people. Didn't push for extra services, but informed me of all the things they flagged on the inspection which was included with the service! 10/10 reccomend!

The service they did for my vehicle was excellent. The place was clean and ALMOST everyone I dealt with was professional and nice. They're only getting 2 stars. Because the service manager Joseph was not nice. He was rude when I my wife went in there for service, he acted as though she was intruding and interrupting him. He was short with her and made her feel unwelcome. I'm not sure if I will ever go back because of the way Joseph treated my wife and it's a shame because I like the place other than that.

Charles, Joseph and Shellie went over and above to help me with my tires. I came in just before closing and they chose to stay and replace all four of my tires without hesitation. They could have sent me away to return the next day, but chose to help. I am greatful to have found a wonderful auto repair/tires location near my new home. I am so thankful...

Shellie is definitely the star of the Alachua Firestone!!!! We had a window motor go out, and she warned us because someone previously messed with the glass we might need a new window glass in addition to the motor. 2 days later (had to wait for the motor and it was the weekend) she calls excited to tell us that the window glass would be fine!! No crazy upsells or pressure- just her sweet smiling face. Will definitely be using them more due to her kindness!!

I would like to say a Big Thank You to Miss. Shellie and her staff. While Heading to The Happiest Place of Earth for the 1st time in my life. Going down I75 my hubby notice the tire light on & the truck swaying. We pulled off on the next exit. Went to one tire shop & they couldn't get us in. I called Firestone and the sweetest person answered. Miss Shellie staff got us in and out with no problems. A1 service. Thank you again ?

I went in for a rotate and balance tires plus a front end alignment on Thurs.. I was told I need 4 tires which I made an appt. I was driving yesterday and smelled something. When I opened my hood there was my oil cap on top of my radiator cap. I had barely any oil in my engine as I added 3 quarts of oil. I transferred my tires to a different location almost 30 mile 30 miles away. They offered to de grease my engine which I responded you won't touch my truck but will pay for it to be done. No need for my oil cap to be off.

Even before arrival they were very courteous and helpful answering all my questions. I was able to get in and out and thoroughly they kept me updated about my vehicle. Shellie was extremely helpful

Great customer service! Had to leave my car overnight but was kept updated the entire time. Was ready the very next day and was glad to see they verified and found other issues and fixed them. They were clear in explaining what was wrong as well with the prices before they took any action. Happy with the service; definitely recommend.

I never write these reviews but I had to do it this time because this Firestone went above and beyond any auto care I’ve had in my 73 years. I had an accident that caused some damage to 2 tires. In having them replaced , a couple of other issues surfaced on both tires. The service team called around to find out the best price on the parts needed. They were able to fully resolve the first issue. The second issue they advised me to wait because the part needed was very costly and they saw that the alignment was anlmost perfect on the tire. They assured me that the car was safe and they would check the wear on that tire after each oil change to see if it was wearing more than the other tires. They were committed to my safety and keeping my total bill as low as possible. I felt they were authentic and caring. I really appreciated all the time they took with my issues. Also I left there feeling like a team of competent folks had my back. They treated me like family ( in a good way). I’ve driven the car for two days and I’ve noticed how straight it is driving. Im grateful to have found people I can trust!

I’ve gone to this Firestone in Alachua twice now, once for an oil change and tire rotation and the second time to get my tires changed and do a wheel alignment. The service advisors here helped me with everything I needed and were very friendly and patient, and I want to thank Shellie personally for making sure I was taken care of and well informed with my auto care! Happy to come back here again and recommended it to my coworkers as well.

I drove all over Town trying to find my tire size and had no luck anywhere. I finally stopped at Firestone and Shellie took care of everything right away. She found the tires, got me scheduled fast, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I really appreciate her professionalism and great attitude. Shelly went above and beyond to help when no one else could. Highly recommend!

Everyone at this Firestone is so helpful!! I went with some coupons I got in the mail. They did everything I asked (for a decent price) and made us feel welcome. Shellie is amazing!! She ran everything through me before and after. I wanted a place I could go where I could trust. My new place for my truck!! Thank you to the team at Firestone!! Already had an alignment and balance on the truck from another shop (Mavis tires) and was disappointed with there work so came to the shop to ask if they could help. Everyone that was on shift at 10am Oct 26 Sunday where amazing and all knew what they needed to do to fix the problem and explained it and showed me what may have been causing it. After a balance and alignment from them they were able to fix the vibrations and now the truck runs buttery smooth. Thank you to all them I will be a regular customer with you guys! Thank you!

Fast, friendly services. Clean and professional facility. Had to make an emergency long distance trip and was due for an oil change. Charles was able to immediately work me in saving me valuable time. Highly recommend this service center.

I was excited to visit the new Alachua Firestone store and my visit paid off! I highly recommend them! My customer service person was extremely helpful, polite, and professional! The work was done in a timely manner. I will return again with any other needed auto service.

I have had two interactions with this Firestone and both were fantastic. The team members were very friendly and professional over the phone as well as in person. The first was an oil change and I was happily surprised by the thoroughness of the free service inspections that were offered along with it. They sent an email including pictures and detailed notes of everything inspected. And when I got my brakes done with them I was able to make an appointment, drop off, and pick up all within about 3hrs on a Saturday! Very impressed :)

I came here expecting your typical corporate in and out while being treated like a number by drones drudging on with their day. I was wrong and ii've never been so glad to be so disappointed. I am no mechanic, as such, when diagnosing that grinding or 'Pfft fft fft fft ccrrrhhhhktt' sound on my vehicle, a good salesman will take you to the cleaners. However, I did not have a good salesman, I had a phenomenal salesman. Elijah is a masterclass in finagling both what work you need done while trying to sell you more work. This is not a bad thing. Not only was it respectable when i turned down the recommended work beyond what was required but I will most assuredly get that work done at a later date here and no where else. Mr. Elijah is is to blame. His warm smile, welcoming demeanor and assuring responses guarantee my return to this location. However, it's not only sales that makes this location so great. The master of his craft behind the scenes that all who come here seeking aid need to know about Francisco. The man, the myth, the legend in the flesh. Not only did he recognize an out of spec part pertaining to the repairs on my vehicle but he insisted on ordering the correct part. The man could have cut corners with a patch job while I would have been none the wiser but no! His integrity and pursuit of perfection in his work makes him second to none and worthy of your respect and admiration. Any shop would be so lucky to obtain such an honorable mechanic. The chaos that was the week long endeavor of my simple repair does not go unnoticed however. Things like this happen with such complicated and in depth machinery and we take those who service our needs for granted. We demand perfection from these men and women while our impatience clouds our judgement as we do not ponder on the issues they face with manufacturers and the like. My situation being handled in such a timely and professional manner was clearly only possible because of the managerial cleverness. Charles no doubt had his work cut out for him yet he danced dexterously around the issues and solved the problem in not only a timely manner but without missing a beat. The part was swiftly ordered, arrived and was properly installed so completely that one can only enviously dream of having such a well funtioning team. My hat's off to you guys. Keep up the good work.

I thought that I would give Firestone in Alachua a try with changing my oil in my Expedition, because the price was reasonable. I was pleased to see that the mechanic (Francisco) used a courtesy floor mat and seat cover. I noticed the mechanic's attention to detail throughout the vehicle inspection and oil change process. He indicated that there was a problem with the drain plug (from the last oil change at another shop) and showed me the damage. He indicated to me that he would try to install a new plug and get a positive seal. He was successful in doing that. I appreciate the extra effort, and I will be going back for future repairs.

I had a great experience at Firestone in Alachua. The staff was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Service was done in a timely manner and I felt confident about the work on my vehicle. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, which made the process even easier. I had a great first experience at the brand-new Firestone Tire in Alachua! I came in for an oil change, four new tires, and an alignment. Or technician, Logan was professional and thoroughly took the time to assess everything carefully and explain recommendations without any pressure. I really appreciated how they kept me updated on the progress while my car was in the shop. Everything was completed on time, just as promised, and the pricing was very reasonable. Great service all around, I'll definitely be coming back!
