Had a dead battery and a slight hiccup with the warranty. Staff went to bat for me and was completely taken care of. Excellent customer service!

I was in ocean city for the weekend and my battery died. I got it started, drove to advance and they Put my newly purchased battery in for me which was awesome, but it was no small task because the battery had been in there so long. They were struggling to get it out and the lady that worked there was the one that did it for me and it must have taken over a 1/2 an hour. She never complained in 95° heat and she got it done!

I called CarQuest in Bethany Delaware they won't install batteries because it being cold and they have no bays to do it but,Advanced Auto will! I just purchased a DieHard Battery,they installed in 10 minutes while it was windy and very cold 👍 Kudos to Advanced Auto Selbville Delaware

Diehard batteries last 6 months and advance doesn't honor their warranty. Get a car battery anywhere else. Otherwise some parts are good here. But none of the batteries are any good.
