Them being able to pick up and handle paperwork and payments on the spot is wonderful. It was hell me having to have someone drive me around to different dealerships only for them to lowball me on the offer. I had Ariel and Chris, the concierge help with the sell both awesome for how much they put into coordinating everything given my work schedule. Took about 11 days for the bank to close out the loan I'd definitely recommend using them.

From start to finish, my experience with WhipFlip was phenomenal. The website was super easy to navigate and to get information from. Working with Ariel to coordinate the whole process was excellent, she answered all of my questions and made it easy for me. Chris was awesome as well, coming out and testing our car and being an advocate for us when we suggested a certain factor may bump the offer for our car up. Then, we made the deal, got our check, and I deposited in our bank account within like 30 minutes of getting it. Tow truck came for the car within about 36 hours or so. Overall 10/10 service! I'll be coming back to these guys & recommending them to family & friends.

I recently sold my Hyundai Kona to WhipFlip and the process and services could not be easier. I was a bit hesitant at first as I had not heard of their services before however I gave it a shot and got an offer from one of their Reps who had coordinated for one of their concierges to arrive to my house the same day! I did not want to trade in and get myself into another loan, so selling was my preferred option and the way they seamlessly worked with my financing to purchase it from me which was a huge relief. The concierge, Safiyah, that came to my home was kind courteous and efficient; Within an hour my vehicle was inspected and purchased. I will be using this service again and have been highly recommending it to my friends and family.

Tried 5 online services to sell my Camry and WhipFlip was the most competitive and offered the best customer service. Completed their online requested car info and once I accepted their offer, scheduled their Rep ( Patrick ) to come and review the car. It took approx 15 minutes to complete his review and than he printed out a corporate check for payment. Quick and easy!

In the beginning I had a little bump in the process with an employee not showing up to look at my car at all. But I spoke with Ariel about the situation and she was very empathetic and apologetic and promised to make things right and you know what she did. She dispatch Chris over and it was such a pleasure to deal with Chris. He is knowledgeable, funny and professional. He helped with my process tremendously. I would highly recommend this company. They were the highest bidder and very professional. So much better than having someone off craigslist, eBay or offer up coming to your home and you don’t know what their real intentions are. Wow! I am honestly impressed with how easy and quick this process was for me. Not to mention the pricing was spot on. I had my car picked up within 24 hours of contacting WhipFlip. I dealt with Lauren initially and she was extremely knowledgeable of the market, and cars in general. Which, being a female, you don't really come in contact with other women that really enjoy cars, engines, modifications and so forth. Everyone I dealt with made the process comfortable. This is my first time ever selling with them. I read all of the nice reviews that people gave and thought it would be good for me to sell my car. My car had a lot of troubles because of the simple fact it was sitting for two years so I had to do a couple of things to get it started the gentleman that looked at my car was very rude nonchalant and had attitude the whole time. I had a whole parking lot next to my parking lot. He parks two doors down from my house and then comes and see the car, he sits there and tell me and the other people that I am with They said I can go ahead and process the paperwork and we can get this going. I was told that I will have two days to get all the things out of the car before they pick up the car. The gentleman got an attitude about that said he will call somebody and never came back when I I did look at my phone. I had a missed call from him called him back and all of a sudden they are not taking my offer that they gave me. I asked him why again he was nonchalant and just said they pulled the offer. I wasn’t happy about this because he sat there and lied to my face and other witnesses that was there that said that the paperwork was going to get processed I am going through a lot and needed that money right away, and I had the worst experience ever. I actually called someone else. I don’t know if it was a manager, but I actually called the office and talked to a lady. She said she will get back to me within 20 minutes. It’s been a whole two hours, if you do sell your car with them, make sure you’re not selling your car with Greg because he is nonchalant and he’s not going to be nice to you and he does not have great customer service

Everything about the process of selling my car was made easy by this company. They even increased the original offer on the phone. When the examiner came to inspect car and pay me he was very professional and did everything he could to see that I got the payment they offered which I did in full. Kudos to WhipFlip. I had offers from five other companies which couldn’t come close.

So I DIDN'T sell my car to them due to the circumstances of another individual buyer getting to me with money very quickly. HOWEVER the experience with them was awesome! They reached out to me, within a matter or a few hours Abby was there to look over the car and while she was there another person showed up to buy the car. Abby was super kind and understanding of the situation. Assuming the other buyer didn't show up it seemed like it would have been a super seem-less transaction. Highly Recommend and personally will use them in the future...

Amazing experience!!!! Was very skeptical at first as this could not be this easy. Well an hour after accepting their offer which was $1600 over Carvana (again skeptical), they came out and paid. Everything went exactly like they said it would. Car had a loan and was paid off within days. Took a lot for me to trust them at first but their Car Concierges immediately eased my hesitation. I am truly happy I chose them . Saved a ton of time and hassle and for the first time selling a car it was actually enjoyable!

I sold my 2016 Mazda 3 to them a week ago. I wish I could rate them higher. The process was easy and no stress until I cannot get in touch with whipflip. I’ve called and left messages but no one will call me back. They bought my car a week ago but won’t pick it up. It’s blocking my back yard as I live in the city. If they don’t come get my car they paid for I’m going to start getting citations because I cannot mow my lawn or get my trash out. I’m trying to be so nice but now it’s so frustrating. I just want them to take my call and advise what’s going on but they are ignoring me. I didn’t even know about 99 fee until they subtracted from my payment. WhipFlip I just need you to get car you bought and ease my frustration.

I tried to sell them my 2019 Mirage 66k miles, and all ima say is if your car is not “perfect” please find someone else. They sent out an inspector on minimum wage to inspect my car and she thought it was “knocking” because the engine was louder then normal lmao. I took the car to CARBUYERUSA who THOROUGHLY INSPECTED IT and they gave me $6900. Remember this car was supposedly “knocking” in her words. Whipflip wanted to offer like $1 or $2k. I can’t even remember because the offer was so awful. Save your time! Carvana and CarbuyerUSA will gladly be your best friend!

If you are selling your car, I highly recommend WhipFlip. They are professional and courteous. Everything can be done virtually, and payment is quick. I purchased this Nissan Leaf in 2021, from a shady dealership in Felton Delaware. Unfortunately, used cars are not covered under the DE Lemon Law, I lost a considerable amount of money.

They are terrible first they knew everything wrong with my car which was a timing belt needed told about the noise and they still went over a full 2 diagnostics from 2 different places and still low balled me they offered 2500 minus the $99 for towing so 2400 when they got there to do the “inspection” I do that because it wasn’t a real one they make up their own minds with it. They dropped it from 2400 to 900 then they were supposed to get it because we paid $99 for towing and still hasn’t came now I can’t get in contact with them

When first learning about this company, it Didn’t sound legitimate, especially, with a name like whipflip, But it has fantastic employees. So if you are wondering about the integrity, of the people here, They are top notch people. Ariel Mears. Is one of the most fantastic people I have ever dealt with in life, There was issues with a check that she resolved that I had to get reissued, That got taken care of directly with the CEO, So that is the Good. Despite that, I will never sell them another car again unless they change some of there processes. They state that they are the easiest way to sell are car, I don’t find this to be true. I have sold cars to companies like this before, but the offer cash. I don’t think I got good value because I sold a running car for $300.00, in which I was Offred $300, Also the Check is super restrictive, They try to make it so can’t cash it a check cashing place, so you have to face a delay in cashing a check form a business that many people don’t fell comfortable depositing it in there bank, because of all I went through with that that will keep me from using this company, like How dare a company to restrict how you want to cash a check. But I will say that they people do exactly what they say, I think the company has amazing staff with empty, just not good end user processes.

Way to easy. I am glad I used their service. I felt like the price I was offered was fair. It took a very short amount of time to complete the transaction, from doing the online stuff to when the check was cut. Stephanie was GREAT to work with. Stephanie was on time, professional and friendly. She made the process quick and easy. She throughly explained the process. After inspection she was transparent about some minor cosmetic that dropped price by $150. I was still pleased with offer. They are super rude. Today I tried to contact them to inform them that the vehicle I wanted to sell them was no longer in my possession and at the same time to prevent them from coming and wasting their time coming to pick up the vehicle. When I called it was 9:15 in the morning, my appointment with them was at 6pm and the person who answered me began to question me about the reason why I wanted to cancel my appointment. I answered that the vehicle is no longer in my possession. to which he answered annoyed: "you sold it!! and I said "yes" and he cut off the call without even asking for information about the appointment to cancel it.

Very professional friendly over phone however the offer they made now is 1200 less 2 days later so I won’t be doing business.

Nick gets a fantastic! This was my 1st experience of selling a car through the internet and WhipFlip did a great job. I spent time with Camille on an online chat before proceeding and was quite pleased with the offer they provided and scheduled a meeting for the next day. Nick called and showed up on time, praised the great condition of the car, took a short drive, and found everything to be exactly as described with Camille. Took a little over an hour, signed the title and other documents and they printed a check right then. They have notary credentials so no need to find a notary. The whole process was very professional and easy to do.

My experience was truly amazing! I have been trying get rid of my car but every where I went they were low balling me below the KBB value. I found Whip Flip on Google checked them out gave my info they contacted me the same day came out appraised my car and gave me way above what others were quoting me.
