I made an appointment for the next morning and a concierge came to physically inspect the car and give it a short test drive, which I accompanied him on. Before that happened, I received a call from Ariel in the main office shortly after I made the appointment to confirm details and answer any questions I had. She was professional, friendly and really knowledgeable. Jose, the concierge that came out was equally impressive. I received a check on the spot and the only step left is for WhipFlip to send a flatbed to remove the vehicle from my premises. Assuming that will go as planned, I highly recommend this company!
This company is useless, I don't recommend it. A person came to pick up the car and the first thing he looked at was where I live and said, "Who the hell lives there?" He didn't even know me. I have all my bills at this address, but the old man has no education. It seems that because I'm Hispanic he wanted to treat me that way. I don't recommend this company. It's better to use We Buy Any Car. They are more professional and treat you much better. They can also give you more money for your car.
Very bad experience. For sure they are looking to beat people. My car was top on the line, mint mint mint condition. 120k miles. No dash lights. They took about an hour with 100 pictures of nothing just to say "the check engine light isn't on but at 120k miles it could come on, you never know" I looked at him like he was crazy. Lets end this right here. Goodbye. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!
Yesterday I had the pleasure of working with Jared while selling my vehicle. Jared was excellent and explained every step of the process and what he was checking for. He was very professional, friendly and down to earth and I enjoyed interacting with him.
That will whip flip to sell my car one of the best experience ever the concierge that came to my house was Jose Lopez took real good care of me was very true with everything to offer. Nothing was misled. JOSE was one of the best person that I’ve ever met selling my car I would definitely deal with wood flip again.
The process of selling the car was easy. Although, the final offer was $300 less than expected and I had to negotiate with the concierge. I accepted a lower price because I was referred to Whipflip by a coworker. I was supposed to receive a $100 gift card as part of the referral program. The program touts that the person that recommends the seller gets $100 and the seller gets $100. Well, I sold the car on May 10, 2025. Whipflip took possession a few days later. I contacted Whipflip by email on May 30th 2025 to inquire about the $100 Amazon referral gift card. No response. I called several times--no response. Checked all my emails-including SPAM. VERY disappointed that I did not receive the Amazon gift card as promised.Customers shouldn't have to fight to get what is promised. See attachment from their website. To me, this is fraud. I will be contacting the BBB.
Christian was excellent : he is the one that setup the appointment. he was straightforward l, honest and very attentive to my needs & requests throughout the car selling process which was pretty fast ( just couple days to pick up the car after my sale appointiment)
Additionally, Chris went overboard to retrueve my license plate which I forgot to take off when car was picked up.

Edit based on response : when they receive low reviews the owner always says not a customer when 100% them (I have the bill of sale from them and proof even if you want to lie here), or debates reviews claiming to be faultless. A company who feels they need zero room for growth, and are perfect= red flag! Constructive criticism is essential improvement
Set up an appointment to have my car picked up and they completely ghosted me.
Furthermore, this company is super unprofessional with their responses. I texted the person that had been texting me the entire time and got no response. I sent a message to their “customer service” and got an automatic response saying that someone would reach out with a response, nothing. Pretty sure they decided to ghost me after I questioned whether they were going to change their offer in person like they did to many others.
But yeah thanks for the good luck, the dealership offered me 1k more than you guys did. Brush up on your professionalism before you try to run a business.
This company WhipFlip is awesome!! Easy to work with and fast. Chris guided me through the process and was very, very patient with my separation anxiety regarding my car and answered all of my questions. Matt followed up with me to confirm my appointment. He was very professional, nice and accomdating. Marcia also made me feel comfortable with my separation anxiety when doing an inspection on my car. She was patient and her work was through. Every one was so kind and professional. I definitely highly recommend this company and will use them in the future if needed.
Very friendly on the phone. On the phone after hearing that some of the problems with my truck was fixed , the offer dropped $400.00. They then raised it 250.00. Scheduled a guy to come out and after 20 minutes he gives me a quote of half of the original offer. Wasted my time. They knew ahead of time and the truck is as good as presented on the phone. Be careful maybe it will work for you

I was referred to WhipFlip and to give them a chance instead of going with Carvana.
I had my info updated and vetted. Offer received and I accepted. Appointment made and I waited for my appointment. The inspection took a long time in the cold Pittsburgh weather (at least 45 minutes).
After waiting the representative informed me that after reviewing all the pictures his supervisor dropped the offer by $2600 dollars from initial offer agreed upon. He indicated that the dimple on the roof (probably from hale damage) was considered structural damage so they reduced the offer.
I corresponded with Arial of WhipFlip three times and not one of those times did price reduction come up. I would never have wasted my time setting an appointment had I known because it was as if I went to a virtual used car dealer and got low balled with a bait and switch offer. Classic unscrupulous practice just like at the used car lot. Not transparent.
Had a great experience communicating with Roger through live chat and Marcia was wonderful to work with. She has an amazing personality and made sure everything was right from checking my car to the paperwork. She definitely deserves bonus or promotion. I also like that the process was pretty fast.

I recently sold my Hyundai Kona to WhipFlip and the process and services could not be easier. I was a bit hesitant at first as I had not heard of their services before however I gave it a shot and got an offer from one of their Reps who had coordinated for one of their concierges to arrive to my house the same day! I did not want to trade in and get myself into another loan, so selling was my preferred option and the way they seamlessly worked with my financing to purchase it from me which was a huge relief. The concierge, Safiyah, that came to my home was kind courteous and efficient; Within an hour my vehicle was inspected and purchased. I will be using this service again and have been highly recommending it to my friends and family.
I had 3 conversations with the representative when selling my car. The representative even asked why I was selling the car because the service history and carfax were great. Worked out the details and offer. The representative came to pick up the car, inspected the car and told me everything looked great. Then after 45 minutes, they decided to reduce the offer by $2000 because I owed less to the bank than they expected even though they had already seen my payoff letter. I refused the lower offer and the transaction was done. Such a waste of time. They do not stand by their online offer.
Amazing experience! Joshua Santiago was so easy to deal with and PATIENT! I had originally started my sales process about 3 weeks ago, not realizing how long it would take for my bank to send my title to me. Joshua stayed with me the entire time, checking in and even winning my business when another offer came in. Once I finally had my title in hand, Joshua was able to accommodate my schedule and get me on the calendar right away. Amazing experience!!!! Was very skeptical at first as this could not be this easy. Well an hour after accepting their offer which was $1600 over Carvana (again skeptical), they came out and paid. Everything went exactly like they said it would. Car had a loan and was paid off within days. Took a lot for me to trust them at first but their Car Concierges immediately eased my hesitation. I am truly happy I chose them . Saved a ton of time and hassle and for the first time selling a car it was actually enjoyable!
In the beginning I had a little bump in the process with an employee not showing up to look at my car at all. But I spoke with Ariel about the situation and she was very empathetic and apologetic and promised to make things right and you know what she did. Completed their online requested car info and once I accepted their offer, scheduled their Rep ( Patrick ) to come and review the car. So I DIDN'T sell my car to them due to the circumstances of another individual buyer getting to me with money very quickly. HOWEVER the experience with them was awesome! They reached out to me, within a matter or a few hours Abby was there to look over the car and while she was there another person showed up to buy the car. Abby was super kind and understanding of the situation. Assuming the other buyer didn't show up it seemed like it would have been a super seem-less transaction. From start to finish, my experience with WhipFlip was phenomenal. The website was super easy to navigate and to get information from. Working with Ariel to coordinate the whole process was excellent, she answered all of my questions and made it easy for me. Chris was awesome as well, coming out and testing our car and being an advocate for us when we suggested a certain factor may bump the offer for our car up. I tried to sell them my 2019 Mirage 66k miles, and all ima say is if your car is not “perfect” please find someone else. They sent out an inspector on minimum wage to inspect my car and she thought it was “knocking” because the engine was louder then normal lmao. I took the car to CARBUYERUSA who THOROUGHLY INSPECTED IT and they gave me $6900. Remember this car was supposedly “knocking” in her words. Whipflip wanted to offer like $1 or $2k. I can’t even remember because the offer was so awful. Save your time! Carvana and CarbuyerUSA will gladly be your best friend!
Wow! I am honestly impressed with how easy and quick this process was for me. Not to mention the pricing was spot on. I had my car picked up within 24 hours of contacting WhipFlip. I purchased this Nissan Leaf in 2021, from a shady dealership in Felton Delaware. Unfortunately, used cars are not covered under the DE Lemon Law, I lost a considerable amount of money.
