I was searching for an Electronic Transmission Control Unit (TCU) for a 1991 Mazda B2600 4x4 and found County Auto Salvage on the Internet. It is a rare item that nobody seems to have. I spent over a month sending messages and making phone calls to anyone and everyone. 90% of them never bothered to reply or return calls. Three individuals from County Auto Salvage replied to my inquiry almost immediately. Eric made an extraordinary effort to try and find the part. I even paid them upfront in order to expedite the process. From what I understand, they even had a remote salvage yard remove a part and provide pictures of the part. Unfortunately, the part was not compatible with my vehicle. Further efforts were made with continuous communications to me and finally, I decided to ask for a refund so I could use the funds elsewhere. The refund was immediate and there was never a problem with these folks. I will continue my search but feel that it's important to recognize Eric and his associates for their outstanding efforts. I was looking for a inside rear view mirror with dimmer for a 2003 MB SLK. Mine had got what they call "a halo affect" right in the middle of the mirror and it was no longer being manufactured so I had to find a used one. After going to 4 different salvage yards and going to one that sent me a faulty replacement mirror, I called These guys. WOW. I gave them the part number and within 20 minutes they had the part and called me back. We agreed on a fair price, less than the faulty one I got from the other place and they shipped it out that day. When I got it is was clean and in almost perfect shape. I was truly surprised and impressed by this, I was looking for a hard part for a 1984 Toyota. We got a link to a site that is connected to multiple salvage companies. Now the sceptic in me was am I getting scammed, well let me tell you no I was not. Not only was the customer service outstanding the product was checked by them multiple times and they gave updates on the item. I will use this company again in the future for others car projects in the future. Highly recommend.

I had concerns at spending a large amount for a 22 year old hood latch which almost exceeded the value of the vehicle, but it was the least expensive I could find one. Nevertheless it arrived in a timely fashion and worked well to replace mine, which wasn't working. Hopefully my vehicle's longevity will justify the cost.

A Non trustworthy Auto Salvage, Just lies to sale their junks, stay away from people like this. I bought a transmission from A guy name Tim and I was told by him that it comes with 6 months warranted and the Transmission was delivered on 28th February and it took my mechanic to April to installed it because he was so ocupied and after installing it, Mechanic found out that the transmission was defective and was skipping and I contacted Tim and reported the problem and he insisted that he wanted to talk to my mechanic which I gave my mechanic the phone and the mechanic explained the weak performance of the transmission and I finally requested a return and refund but Tim refused to accept a return. His reasons that it has no warranty that its over 4 month the transmission was sold. How is it 4 Months now? what was delivered on February 28th while a problem was reported on April. while he refused to accept a return. To make long story short, Just stay away from this Tim and County Auto Salvage LLC. Scammers!, Period.

Dishonest, would never use again. Ordered a motor, was told by Justin it had 71k, was running and tested. Arrived at my shop, ran a Carfax on it. Had at least 128,5xx miles on it and was not recently run and needs to be rebuilt. Due to it being a hard motor to get, I asked for a partial refund because it needs to be rebuilt. They would not refund anything. Nothing worse than a liar. I tried to negotiate the price lower since it was basically a block that needed to be rebuilt. They would not. Attached are the photos of it when my mechanic took it apart to rebuild.

I started with googling 2005 VW Jett MK4 rear door. I selected Country Auto Salvage because they had the door color to match the rest of the car and the glass, handle, wiring harness and speaker were included. Fit was guaranteed This made installing a breeze. The only down side was the amount of damage on the door, granted it’s a salvage door, I would have liked to been made aware of the dents, rust and road rash on the door prior to receiving it.
