Excellent company would highly recommend there service we were from out of town camping and they came to our rescue to tow our vehicle the driver was great and super fast response time took very good care if our vehicle as if it were his own thank you so much what a wonderful job

This is hands down the quickest and cheapest. Keep in mind these other tow companies change their rates at night . If ur reading this review go with this company!!!!
My car broke down at a dangerous intersection and my insurance company set me up w/Prime Towing. Wait time was 45-75 mins however they had a driver there in about 20 mins. Driver was very efficient and had us out of there in no time! Everyone was very polite and helpful. Thank you again! Would highly recommend to anyone needing towing services!!
Nick is by far one of the most professional and caring people I have come across in a long time. Prime towing & recovery sets the bar for great service and professionalism. Nick arrived sooner than stated, he also brought me a cup of coffee because he knew I had used my morning coffee to put out a small fire that occurred when my truck broke down. Chris from the dispatch called and checked on my well being and was very polite and genuinely concerned about me and my passenger. I had waited 2.5 hours for a tow company that had texted me that they were 5 minutes away 3 times and never showed up. I will recommend Prime towing and recovery to everyone I know. Prime towing & recovery has been doing my towing for years. They are Very professional and easy to deal with. I highly recommend them if you are in need of a tow or repo.
We have called Prime Towing on multiple occasions. Once my kids were stranded on the side of the highway in Philly after hitting a deer. Prime was there within 30 minutes and had them off the road. Another time, my son's car died and Prime had it to the dealer within an hour. I highly recommend Prime for fast service and great customer service.
