They recently finished a complete interior makeover in our 1976 VW Bus. The suggestions, care, attention to detail, communication and workmanship were absolutely outstanding. Treated the makeover like it was their own vehicle. Little things like exposed paint they did not like were completely repainted. We have numerous examples. Highly recommend them.

High quality work, at a fair price. New Castle Auto Upholstery repaired the driver seat in our Subaru Legacy which had several tears on the side bolster. They matched the color perfectly and it now looks brand new! Despite it being a relatively small job, Bob was flexible with scheduling, gave the job his full attention, and had the car back quickly.
Took my motorcycle seat to new castle upholstery and showed them a picture of a custom motorcycle seat. They were able to duplicate it exactly just from the picture. Excellent work and great customer service!

My 04 Mercedes clk500 had convertible top separation along the sides of the rear window. Bob, of New Castle Auto Upholstery, took the time to explain exactly what was going on with the top and the steps it would take to either repair or replace the top. Even though the shop was extremely busy, he scheduled me a time to come in and I couldn't be happier with the results. Quality craftsmanship, pricing and customer transparency are what New Castle Auto Upholstery excels in. If I have any other convertible, upholstery, or leather reconditioning issues I will definitely use New Castle again.
I went there the other day to get an estimate to repair a seat for a car I’m trying to sell. I must say this place is a diamond in the ruck they did an amazing job a little expensive, but it’s worth it. The seat looks brand new as if they came from the factory, so I will highly recommend this particular business.. the owner is very friendly, and he also will work with you.

I bought a used car and the back of the convertible top needed to be reglued. They did that and also a few other minor things that I hadn't even noticed and charged me a very fair price. I was referred to New Castle Upholstery by my mechanic and they were great from start to finish. Very professional, highly recommended!

The headliner on my 1999 Corolla was old and dilapidated. They did an EXCELLENT job installing a new one and I’m extremely pleased with it. The guys are professional and kind. To my surprise, they also cleaned and vacuumed!

Needed to get the front seats of my 2001 Honda CR-V changed back over to the original cloth seating. Reasonable pricing and the guys did a great, quick job. Only complaint I have is that the driver's seat upholstery doesn't seem to be completely tight (has a few wrinkles) and the driver's armrest is loose, but other than that I'd say they did a pretty good job. Been waiting to get it done for a long time and glad I could find someone to do it. Bob was very helpful and patient in the process of setting up an appointment.

Bob is great and his work is even better. Had a 1976 Celica with some aftermarket seats that didn't quite fit dimensions and he was able to trim them down to fit without compromising their look or function. He also reupholstered the rear seats to match the new front ones and they look like a factory match. He also redid the headliner and A-pillar trim and they all look great. Quick turnaround on top of everything. Will definitely be returning for some work on my Impala!
I rarely write reviews, but I just had to in this case. Bob is a magician. My 2003 Buick needed a new headliner and the dashboard had popped up as many Buicks of this era have done. Not only did he fix both problems beautifully, but when I got the car back the inside was cleaner than when I dropped it off. He is very meticulous and really knows what he is doing. I had asked others about fixing the dash and no one wanted to attempt it. No problem for Bob. Did I mention--his pricing is also very reasonable. I couldn't be more pleased and highly recommend New Castle Auto Upholstery.

They did a great job replacing my Z3 top, and I saved a considerable amount of money when compared to the dealership price. The top is not a BMW part and doesn't have the zip-in window, which means the back window is much larger than the original, and visibility is greatly increased, making this a superior part. The job took a little longer than expected to complete, and to make amends, the owner detailed my car for free. Wish my mechanic had that policy.
