I had major issues with my car. Wendy treated me with nothing but kindness and respect and Andy is awesome mechanic I would refer him to anyone and if you’re looking to get your car fixed and you have European perfect spot and reasonable prices thanks again.
Please disregard the negative reviews stating that the owners of this business “racially profile” and that they’re “racist” because it’s simply not true at all. I have known the family that owns this business well over 20 years and for someone to make an accusation about their business that is way out in left field like that, is just ridiculous. They don’t discriminate from ANYONE! Those negative reviews are from someone who wasn’t happy with the answer they got so they felt that had to accuse them of something as outlandish as this. They do awesome work and I’d recommend them to anyone.

This family owned small business is amazing they kept me from spending too much money on a car not worth it. As for the negative reviews as a Hispanic family we got nothing but care and helpfulness from them. They asked me for my budget and told me what I could do with in the budget to get the car in a bit of better shape to sell it. Their estimates were below cost and less than others and honest and other places are going to just take my money. I am glad I listened to them and keep my money for a better car.
Make sure you walk in with your bank account balance written on your forehead, so they know if your worth an appointment, discrimination and it's finest.
They don't like Black people. If you are black do not spend your money here. The mechanic a good guy with no recourse. However if they employ a lady like that ,don't spend your Black dollars where you black skin is not respected.
Someone I know was racially profiled and was asked how much money does he have. He was there for a repair. The woman repeatedly talked over him and was very rude! The mechanic tried to smooth it over and explained that she didn’t mean it the way it sounded. She assured him she meant it the way it sounded wanted to know if he can even afford the work and then asked him why doesn’t he get it fixed where he lived. He then said that she doesn’t want his business. She then replied she sure doesn’t! What a horrible place!
Can't rate on their work, was never given a chance to go that far. Was repeatedly asked how much money I had, and they wouldn't even look at the car. They didn't think I could afford the repair, although they never looked at the car and didn't know what repairs it needed. If this is your garage and they treat you well, great, I'm happy for you, but as I walked to the door and told they didn't want my service, I'll never return. This was my experience with them, glad it wasn't yours. Hopefully customer service is better with others. You lost a customer before we even started.
Always feeling good whatever has to be done to my cars in this place, you know car is in the right hands. Andy knows everything and does the right way.

Wendy and Andy are the best in the area for Mercedes repair. They are my go-to when it comes to any regularly scheduled service or repair work required on my vehicle. I once made a mistake recently by allowing 'towing' restrictions from my insurance company to have them take my vehicle to another well-known foreign vehicle repair shop and the short-story version is that repair shop needed to refer to Wendy and Andy for advice as to what repairs would be needed. That answered all the questions I had as to who was the authority for trusted maintenance/repair work that I was going to hold true to.
As a company they offer honest advice in repairs with more than fair pricing, especially compared to the MB dealership or other specialty foreign repair shops. I am very particular about who I entrust with my vehicle and not only do Wendy and Andy know me, but their technicians are also friendly and recognize me by name. That goes a long way for a customer and even more they've made me feel like family to their business. Wendy and Andy work very well together and sometimes in working with a dealership where the service writer will be the one to communicate with the customer, Wendy covering the front of the office, is very knowledgeable in the service work requested. I am often asked where I take my vehicle for service and without hesitation Wendy and Andy are my immediate referral. A major thanks to all of the money they've helped me save from repairs other shops may have pushed on me for no reason, but even more for how low-stress it has always been in taking my vehicle to them.
