I can not say enough GOOD things about Atlantic auto brokers! From start to finish, this was hands down the easiest and most stress free car buying experience. My husband and I own a landscaping company in PA and we took the 2 hour drive here for a truck and it was worth every minute of the trip. Christian helped us every step of the way! He was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He made the process seamless and was extremely thorough. This is a family owned business and you can truly tell. Everyone helped with the sale in some way! The truck has been great to us so far and we were so pleased that we purchased a 2nd truck from them just a few weeks ago! This will be our go-to place anytime we need new business vehicles. I have to say Atlantic Auto Brokers has been the best place I have ever bought a vehicle from. They made every part of the purchase super simple, did not try to push you into a purchase and encouraged test drives and really getting to know the vehicle before buying. We did end up having some issues with the vehicle but Spencer has been working with us every step of the way to get the vehicle straightened out with no hassle which a lot of dealers don't make easy. Excellent service! Bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee and it needed a new radio. It wasn't covered in the warranty, but the owner's went half on it anyway. I Live a Hour and 30 minutes away but they had a vehicle I really wanted. Wasn’t able to get that vehicle but I did leave with a vehicle I absolutely loved. Spencer was beyond great. Spencer and Holt are the best! I drove 5 hours to pick up my new used car, and won't hesitate to drive again for my husband's truck when they get one! They are an amazing business! Even when something on my car broke( can't remember what Holt called it) on my way there, they still gave me what they promised on my trade! They went above and beyond to take care of me. If I could leave 6 stars, I would. I purchased a Benz from them and had the most pleasant car buying experience. The owner and staff are kind, super friendly, reliable and professional. LET ME TELL YOU- I have left 5 different dealerships crying… I took a chance and heard from a friend to come to AAB and as soon as I walked in the energy hit me. I found them because they had the exact car we were looking for. My mother is in her 80’s and had an accident that totaled her car. When she got the rental car. It was clear she could not get a newer vehicle. Too many bells and whistles. Atlantic auto brokers had the exact same year make and model of her old car so the transition was seamless for her. We’ve had it for a couple of months now and it’s perfect. No issues whatsoever. Holt was wonderful helping us along the way and we were very touched when the owner met with us and prayed with us for my Dad’s battle with cancer. Thank you to everyone involved in the transaction and we’ll definitely come back when the need arises.
