They always have what I need. But, some things made in china.

When I moved to Harrington Napa was the only parts store in town. If they don't have what you want they can get it usually the next day. Jeanie has been there the longest and has the most customer experience. She knows what they stock and where it is at.

Top notch part store with a great staff. A guy named Mike K was a tremendous help to me and I even met the manager who was very nice. No need to go to another part store.

I went in there because I had a coupon and I bought the stuff that was on the coupon and they forgot to deduct the coupon --- I never thought to check until after I got home!!! I got cheated out of $4.00???

Battery died on me and it was almost 5. An employee, I believe named Robert, offered to help me change my battery even though it wasn't a standard service. I am not happy about the sudden expense but he gave me a good deal and made an extra effort. Made a terrible situation bearable.
