I had a great experience at Felton Holly Kia! This was my first time visiting, and I originally brought my car in for a recall. From the moment I arrived, everyone was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. The service team went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. After I picked up my car, the service manager even called to make sure everything was okay — which I truly appreciated. They also addressed an additional issue that I hadn’t originally scheduled for, and my car is now running smoothly. Overall, I felt valued as a customer, and they made the entire process easy and stress-free. I will definitely be returning for future service needs!

Took my 2020 Kia Soul S for a recall. Service was able to schedule the software and the update on the ignition on a Saturday for me. Work went great and I saw my salesman. Jeff remembered me and asked if everything was ok with my car. I felt like I was part of the Holly Fenton Kia family. If I need another car, I know where I would buy one again.

I will never buy a car from Holly Kia. I have been there 3 times looking to talk about a K5 no one even came and talked to me. I will not buy a car that is market adjusted almost 5 grand just because you have it on the lot. They will make a sale no matter what but they won't get my money. I'll be taking my business to Hertrich Kia of Easton.

They completely wasted my time and disrespected me. Had a scheduled appointment to test drive a car 12 Feb. They even called me to confirm my appointment to come by. I get there and greeted at the door to a “yeah I could have sworn we sold that car the other day”. Then I talk to the salesmen and he says “I’ve been looking at other cars you might like all day”. I drove 45 minutes to find you lot to see a specific car for a schedule appointment that they even confirmed with me. All so they could waste my time with cars that weren’t even remotely the same as what I was looking for. The disrespect is beyond me.

Wonderful service experience at Felton Holly Kia this month. They replaced the defective trim on my 2021 Telluride at 59K miles and now my car looks great! The new service manager, Joe, was very helpful every step of the way. Thank you!!

Service department used to be great, then they changed staff, cut amenities, like offering a loaner vehicle if they need to order a part, increased prices, and no longer send surveys following service appointments. After replacing my 2017 Sportage’s SECOND catalytic converter, multiple staff members harassed me that they had replaced the (cheaper) catalytic converter with a KIA factory, more expensive part then the one they had previously placed. Calling me multiple times daily for several days until told to never contact me again, or I would pursue action for harassment. They also neglected to perform an engine diagnostic, after multiple requests and would not tell me why my car needed the radiator and 2 catalytic converters replaced. I will never get service here again. 9 year customer lost. I’ve notified everyone I know who owns a KIA. Avoid at all costs

I always have great experience with the Service Employees, especially the front desk team. The ladies have great customer service, they keep you informed of your vehicle service status and communicate well. Marjorie my car service technician is also great in sharing the diagnostic details and great with the service tasks. My vehicle goes home cleaner as they offer free car wash service-icing on the cake!! Thank you Service team and keep serving with Excellence!

First buy at this dealership and had an outstanding experience. Steve was great in finding the model I wanted ahead of my schedule visit. The whole process was smooth and efficient. I drove back home that night on my new Seltos. Highly recommended.

If I could give this company 0stars I would! I recommended this dealership in good faith that they would sell my mom a good reliable car, but instead it was everything but that! She had a very disappointing experience with this Kia dealership. When she purchased her car, she was clearly told that all charges would be covered if the vehicle did not pass inspection, because she lives in PA and not to mention it took almost 6months for her to even receive her tags. Now that this Kia is under new management, as they say and everyone has been fire the new manager is suddenly claiming they “can’t honor” what she was promised. That is unacceptable. A dealership should stand behind the agreements made to customers, regardless of management changes. This feels extremely dishonest and misleading. If they were not going to honor that promise, they should have been upfront about it before selling her the car. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking for honesty, transparency, or integrity. Buyers beware!!!

NICE PEOPLE, BUT THERE SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. I HAD TO TAKE MY CAR BACK NUMEROUS TIMES FOR THE SAME ISSUE. I HAD THE CAR LESS THAN A MONTH. AFTER I GOT MY CAR BACK THE SECOND TIME I FOUND OIL LEAKING OUT THE TOP OF MY MOTOR AND THEY HAD JUST HAD THE CAR FOR ALMOST TWO WEEKS. THERE WAS A LOOSE BOLT THAT I FOUND ON THE VALVE COVER

I blew out a tire yesterday and called first thing this morning to get it fixed, after speaking to the manage, he took time out of his busy day to come help me. My tire was completely flat and I didnt have a spare so he came to my house and changed my tire. After having an awful day and two littles with me so sitting at the shop would have been difficult, this was a blessing. I am so grateful for the service they provided me and will continue to go to this shop for all maintenance. I highly recommend Felton Holly Kia!

If I could rate this place 0 stars, I would. I had rear brake pads changed here in April on a 2020 KIA Telluride. First brake pad change needed in the 50,000 miles and two years that we owned the car. That was 10,000 miles ago. Travelled up to NY where we hit freezing temps for the first time since the brake change, and on top of a hill in the middle of nowhere with my family, the passenger EPB seized and stopped working. Could not move the vehicle- 25 degrees, 6 inches of snow on the ground and more coming, 5PM on the Friday after Thanksgiving, with my wife and two daughters. Thankfully I was able to find service and get a ($200) tow to a local shop that was willing to look at the car on Monday (so we rented a car to come home to DE, and will have to return to NY once the car is fixed). Turns out, the actuator and EPB motor housing are both cracked and were pried on at some point (…hmmm, wonder when that happened?) So I attempted to call the service department here twice, couldn’t get to a human, so I took my lunch break and went and visited the service manager. His response? “If you had brought it to my shop I could help you out, but I’m not going to do a thing about a car that’s in a shop in another state.” Offered to order the part at his cost and give me a free oil change after I asked repeatedly and pressed him for options. Unbelievable lack of accountability and lack of integrity, and just a complete unwillingness to help another human out. Don’t trust this place with your car for the sake of you and your family-they will let you down.

I couldn’t ask for a smoother trade in and purchase of our new 2025 Kia Telluride from this dealership. Pete Spedden our sales rep was very personal, professional and very knowledgeable with our questions and purchase of our Telluride! We couldn’t be happier. I never write reviews or give feedback but I have to SHOUT OUT Joey Sivak at Holly Kia in Felton DE. He has been nothing but a freaking BOSS when it came to finding the right vehicle for me bc I am PICKY and want specific features and certain colors. Joey went above and beyond sending me different cars throughout the days leading up to purchase of my new 2025 K4! The customer service from Joey and everyone else at Holly Kia Felton is outstanding. If you’re looking for a new vehicle I definitely recommend stopping in and chatting with Joey to get you on your way to a new vehicle! Thank you Joey for everything you have done to get me into my new car!! YOU ROCK!!

We purchased a new 2026 Kia Sportage Mario and Eric were GREAT ! We been shopping around for a while finding the right family car, where we didn’t feel like we were getting ripped off big time. Pohanka Kia in Sailsbury really tried to rip us off big time told us one price then when they find out we weren’t financing with them they added $9,000 more on top of the price originally said. So happy we stop at Holly Kia in Felton to check them out. Great business there and would shop with them again for sure, and recommend them anytime! We are very happy with our purchase!

Love my KIA but the service department…in 4 years I haven’t had a single service that actually was completed on time. There is always an excuse and NEVER an apology. Need a loaner? Nope? Ask for a reason? Silence. And FORGET proactive communication. When they ask you what time the car is needed and you say no later than noon, if it’s not ready, CALL ME. I shouldn’t have to call or show up only to find out that the process is just starting. If there was an option, trust me, I’d take it. Truly the worst customer service!!!

I came to Felton Holly Kia not fully looking to buy a car and drove out with a 2022 Chevy Equinox. I had spoken to Joey on the phone the day before and agreed to come in on Saturday to look at the vehicle. I arrived and the vehicle was sitting right up front waiting. From the time I got there til the time I left was probably the quickest time id ever purchased a vehicle. All the staff were friendly and courteous and Joey went above and beyond to help me out. I've worked at alot of dealerships in my life and having seen the good and the bad these guys are definetly among the best. Highly recommend them

Went to Felton Holly Kia for scheduled oil change. Received call telling me drain plug had been stripped. Need to order new oil pan. Get call 5-6 days later saying car is done. Picked car up ,while heading out to dinner wife hears wierd noises. Look under car ,oil pan cover is dragging on road. Go back to dealership .Mechanic looks at problem saying he has fixed the problem. Im good to go on my way. Get 2miles down the road same noises. Turn around and go back. Now Mechanic is telling me im missing striper plate to hold pan up. I tell them it was there b4 oil change. Their response is "no it wasnt our head of maintenance did the work". Told me that they would order new one. Week later call to find out about my part , am told i need to bring car to shop to figure out what's wrong. Apparently they dont know what im talking about. Ride back to Kia they look at it again. Telling me it needs stripper plate. 20 minutes later they tell me we are good. Asking how they got the part so fast. Am told " sorry we found the original stripper was found in garage from original oil change:" plain and simple salespeople were great. Service team SUCKS

Giving the dealership an overall 3 star rating for poor communication, lack of follow up, disorganization,and unfulfilled promises. I do want to note, however, that our salesman, Jordan, was outstanding. I'd give him 5 stars - for sure. He want above and beyond to accommodate our needs, even meeting us before normal business hours after he coordinated an oil change for us. I'd certainly buy from Jordan again - just not at Holly Kia in Felton.

This team was an absolute delight! By far one of the best experiences I’ve had buying a vehicle. Byron is an amazing associate , he helped me through the entire process, broke down the numbers for me, and got me into the car I wanted with the payment I wanted. Tina is an absolute breath of a fresh air. She keeps the environment warm and welcoming and acts as if you are family from the moment you walk through their doors. My third visit to Felton Holly Kia was an absolutely wonderful experience! Ms. Marjorie Smart was very professional, pleasant and appreciative of my time. The work was completed in a very reasonable time, and sooner than expected, and even got vacuumed and washed! The waiting room is very comfortable, with free WiFi, coffee, tea and water for customers. I will definitely be returning to this dealership going forward for all of my service needs!
