Alex is an awesome salesman!!! It’s the vehicle as to why i only give one star. If i could but none then i would. i’ve had my vehicle for not even two months & i’ve been having issues since day 1. From buying a new battery , to buying new tires because one had wire coming out of it, getting my alignment fixed, now my steering won’t work. To mind u i purchased a bmw which is not cheap! If i would’ve known the car was messed up this bad i wouldn’t have purchased it! To sell bad cars like this is utterly ridiculous!! Usually getting a car would put u at ease but this car as been beyond stressful for me! I Wouldn’t recommend purchasing from them ever again. I haven’t had a break with this car since i got it!!
The cars seem ok but tried reaching out to them twice and no reply. Decided to stop by in person it didn't go any better as i could not get anyone to assist me. So my search for a car continues
I purchose a 2010 BMW 528i with only 2000 down they did no care about my credit score or anything else they only ask for down payment, insurance and driver license, this is the second vehicle I get from them and I love it
My parents bought a car from the owner who promised a great car....within 6 days the check engine light came on so the car was returned...they was charged $600...for a car they couldn't drive and had to return...I recommend everyone to go to bel air auto auction where he buys all his vehicles and bring them to Delaware and sells them for triple the price....bad business ...coming from the owner Ihis word was a lieguess he
Went to this car lot purchase a Mercedes..was guaranteed by owner that the car was 100 percent good...check engine light came on in 6 days returned car and was charged over $600 ...bad business..do not recommend anyone to this car lot hurting for cash.....people work hard to live....they say do not trust used car lots that guarantee anything unless it's on paper....I recommend everyone to go to bel air auto auctions where he purchases all his vehicles....and come to Delaware and sell them for double...if you don't believe me ask him to show you proof of where he bought any of the vehicles you will see all most every vehicle came from bel air auto auctions....for pennies
This place is a joke don’t go there!!! I put money down on a car they told me I needed more money than I had so I told the salesman how I had to work it because I was on a fixed income. He said fine so when I came to pick up the car they had sold it out from under me. With no BBB phone call or anything!!!! Beware!!!

The absolute worst! I had been inquiring for a vehicle over a month. They kept telling me to wait, it wasn't ready. They NEVER contacted me.
Finally I called back 1 1/2 months later and they had an attitude with me.

These guys are the only car dealers I've met in 43 years that are HONEST! And they have some so many favors for me at no cost, it's just the best place I've ever done business with! You really have to check them out. When I first came several people said they were honest and nice etc. ,but I was like, yeah right, an honest car dealer...lol Over a year later and I see they weren't lying!
Little pricey for their cars but maybe that so they can have negotiation room. Would be a good place for a low down payment but the total price was to much for me to over look... didnt have as much knowledge of vehicles as i hoped but a friendly place to go for a vehicle when in need..
Seemed like a nice dealership, Carl was nice and straightforward. However, the sales guy told us one price, and when we came back to buy the car, it was another price. If they would have been honest with us from the start and tell us they can't do the price we agreed on then it would have been ok, but they weren't. I'm not saying this is a bad place to go, but you may need to just deal with the owner, because what the salesperson says and what the owner says is two different things.
We visited on October 25, and were welcomed with very friendly people. Carl cared about what we needed and made sure our needs we're met. Great vehicles at a great price. I highly recommend!

Very friendly good customer service very pleased. Salesman very down to earth and very very helpful. I wish they had a little more inventory but it is tax season so with that being said I came in without a car left with a car plan on purchasing a second vehicle with them as well.

Bought my 2000 5 series 528I BMW from here and every time I bring it back to get her detailed or go get something small fixed. They are very good at doing everything right , fast with a smile. I do recommend this place if you want to buy a car. My car has no issues. And I love how she rides.
