It is clear now that your company will not plug a tire. They claimed it was not repairable even though the nail was in the middle of my tire. They only wanted to sell me a new tire. I said no and took my car to another shop and they looked at the nail and said no problem to fix it. After they fixed my tire, I told them what your company said and they just shook their heads. Does not give me any confidence to do any business with you again.
Staff alerted me when bringing my vehicle in for an oil change the wear bars were showing indicating the tires needed to be replaced. Last month I had the brakes and back rotors replaced at a different chain. Nobody said anything about tires needing to be replaced. I truly appreciate it.
I've been there a few times with my vehicles and customer service was amazing and the timing was perfect.. This time I brought my corvette there and service was excellent and was informed of a very small issue that's an easy remedy. Ty...
I walked in and was greeted kindly but what I needed done they didn’t do no more without a certified transmission tech and he gave me names and locations for other shops very appreciative
Made a 9:30 appointment and dropped off my car at the Dover location at 8AM. After a round of golf (about 5 hours) I returned to check on my truck , and they had not done the work. I asked the mechanic at the front desk and he said “we haven’t gotten to it yet.” Extremely poor customer service and attitude. I don’t recommend.
The Firestone in Dover is open Sunday!! We finally took advantage of this extemely convenient option. It wasn't crowded, as it was by appointment, and our tires were rotated right on time. Hooray!
I booked an oil change online. The wait time was reasonable. The staff were friendly and informative. They provided an estimate for additional work that I needed and it was reasonable as well.
Typically I speak with Cody when I come in to have service done or to purchase tires. He always listens to my concerns and treats me with a smile, respect and professionalism. He explains everything that is being done as well as any additional services which are suggested. He is one of the faces of Firestone as folks enter needing some sort of assistance. He represents Firestone very well.

Vinny fit me in this afternoon to deal with a flat. By 5:30 the technician determined it couldn't be repaired. Shortly after six, I had new tires. Everyone was so helpful and wildly efficient. I am grateful.
Won’t return here. Scheduled to have one tire replaced at 12 noon. They wanted to add service plan on the tire but I declined the offer. When I dropped off the car the order included the service plan plus a $21 car inspection I didn’t ask for. It wasn’t mentioned until I reviewed the order. They removed the extra charges before we left. Over three hours later after several calls were unanswered, we finally found out they haven’t got to our car yet. Four hours later we show up to see that haven’t attempted to get the job done From shady extra charges, not answering the phone and ,wasting my time, you may want to consider going somewhere else.
The auto service is Exceptional but some of the store facility issues are concerning. At store 013994, in Dover Delaware, the bathroom is in HORRIFIC condition. The toilet sits only 10" off the floor. The Handicap bar is hanging and there are approximately 20 holes in the wall where it has been unsuccessfully reinstalled. It is very dirty also. Apparently the new District Manager has told the store that coffee is not to be provided to customers as it has been for several years! The cost is too much! For the amount of money that I spend at this location, you would think that the Firestone Company could spend $.75 on me for a cup of coffee.

The assistant manager, Cody, was a lifesaver. He went out of his way to help us when we needed our tire fixed right away. Exceptional customer service!
Slow! Watch numerous customers in the store wait excessive amounts of time for routine maintenance. It seemed Firestone had more reasons they couldn’t repair vehicles than the vehicles that were returned to customers repaired. My vehicle was not repaired properly either. I saw a lot of employees not working, joking around, and eating in the lobby. Not impressed! One dude had a nail in his tire. An hour later someone came out to tell him it was not repairable and he needed a new tire. An hour to find the puncture? Is that not what they specialize in? I did not see one customer leave satisfied
I called at 9am to see if I could have my car towed in for a diagnostic and potential repair that day. I spoke to Matt and he said it would be no issue for them to look at my car today and figure out what was going on with it. He promised to call me with any updates as soon as he had them.
I checked in at 3pm since I hadn’t heard from anyone. The person who answered the phone told me that they didn’t even have my car there, and that there was no record in the system of it. Since I knew it had been towed there at 10:30, I asked if they could please check to see if my car was physically present. They verified it was and told me that they wouldn’t be able to look at it today, they were too busy.
So not only was I given false promises over the phone, I wasn’t even notified of the delay. This is some pretty poor customer service and poor communication among the employees.
I start going to Firestone because my sister always talked about how well they take care of her and her vehicle. She was right. Great service, affordable and friendly staff. Cody is always great to deal with.
Easy to schedule an on-line appointment. When I called, my call was answered within three rings. Cody was kind and efficient in clarifying the service I needed was offered at the location. My appointment started on time and took about 30 minutes, which I found reasonable.
I am handicapped and this business doesn’t provide a clean and safe bathroom for public use. I stay with my SUV three hours. I used the bathroom but I couldn’t get off the floor from the toilet for several minutes.
I came in for a tire rotation and the work was done quickly and the staff was courteous, however, the waiting area was terrible. Dirty and I'm not sure if the chairs are ready for the dump or if they got them out of the dump.
The Firestone staff, from the greeting to the services, were great. Serpentine belt change, conventional oil change. I was given a front splash guard for free. Our car is getting there.
My back brakes went out with no notice. Due to it being a weekend Honda couldn’t work on them. I reached out to this Firestone and they were able to get me in a few hours later.
My first thought was they are going to try oversell me and say all my brakes and rotors needed replaced. After arriving I had to wait about 30-45 minutes for them to pull in my car and inspect the brakes and rotors. They advised that my rear brakes and rotors needed replaced but my fronts still had 1mm left before they needed replacement. They recommended just my rear brakes. The total cost was $484 which was less than I was expecting to pay.
Moral of the story, this Firestone was honest, fair priced and the guy working the counter seemed to be very professional and cared about the customers. I see there are some lower star reviews, but my experience was overall great.
Only recommendation is to upgrade the chairs in the waiting room. They are aged and need replaced. .
Pulled into the parking lot on a Sunday around noon with the doughnut spare that I had to put on at the toll plaza a couple of miles away. We still had a couple hundred miles to go to get home from vacation. They were busy and had a small crew on the Sunday of the holiday weekend but still took care of us with a plug and a patch. Did not try to sell us that I need to buy a new tire or any other gimmicks. We were out and back on the road in about two hours…..if we lived in that area I would use them for my auto care!!
