I cannot tell you how wonderful the guys were here. I'm an older lady that went in for a battery and everyone was simply amazing. The price they gave me was the service just took it to another level.
Napa has a large inventory of auto parts, which is great because they usually have what I need. However, it can sometimes be difficult to get help from an employee. I would recommend going in with a clear idea of what you're looking for.
These guys and gals at napa are the best great customer service and Product selection that you can't get at any of the other auto parts stores kudos to these people
Quality parts from local professionals. Locally owned and operated by a former employee, who still makes sales calls on customers and still works in the retail store as well. Definitely recommend them over the new guys in town for better warranty service and less hassles in the long run. Some stuff might be slightly more expensive, but I've been burned enough with cheap parts from the new guys and hate doing things twice. Shop here period.
Update March 2023.. stopped in today to get some wiper blades and the owner himself spent about 20 minutes with me and then offered me 2 free Napa tee shirts too.. great bunch of people.
I've been a regular customer here for over 20 years. This is my go-to place to have hydraulic lines made. Get all different types of diesel fuel filters, water separators, hydraulic filters etc here. It's very rare that they don't have what I need in stock.
I love Napa auto store! Very helpful, not some of the time but all the time courteous!! man they give you what you need not what they want to give you! I highly recommend Napa over any of the other stores there in town
NAPA is my go to auto part store. Staff is knowledgeable unlike many of the other competing chains. I was a little disappointed that the rear rotors I picked up for my Jeep JKU were made in China.
This has nothing to do with the local store but I would like to see NAPA as a whole try to source and supply American made parts.
I am willing to pay more for domestically sourced products.
This store is run by a local family and--along with great service--has a great selection of parts. It's the only parts store I'll visit. I strongly recommend it. They know how to take care of their customers.
The Willimantic Napa is incredible. I have been getting my parts from them for years with NO issues. These guy are very knowledgeable, provide great service, and stand by their product 110%. I couldn't be happier with them and I highly recommend them for all of your auto parts needs.
The prices may be a bit more than other parts stores, but the quality has been far greater, and well worth the extra, in my opinion.
Also, just for reference, the store is AFTER Willowbrook street, not before it, as Google Maps shows. Directly across from Northeast Recyclers.
