Slow at getting to your vehicle.. next to no communication from them. Had it 5 days and bailed on the job saying problem is MAF sensor but out time for the weekend. Had it brought back home and literally found the problem in 5 minutes. Not MAF but EGR vacuum hose with half inch slice in it was issue. Runs like new again.
Would not return. A parts cannon shooter
Charged $560 to replace 5 spark plugs. Didn't contact us with this information prior to work. Then misrepresented the cost of the parts (charge $250 for the 5 spark plugs when he paid $125 for them) and charged us 3 hours of labor. Again, to change out 5 spark plugs. We would have saved $150 by going to the volvo dealer. Who knew? Not us, and not again.
I've been here twice now for service on my GMC Acadia. Both times my car was fixed and ready for me to pick up in about 3 hours. Was told what was done and given a bill that was very reasonable compared to others in the area. I will continue to go there and would highly recommend!! He's a busy man for a reason.
