Absolutely top experience. They replaced a clutch on a 16 year old Mini Cooper and despite having some problems getting correct parts delivered, finished the car on time and exactly at the quoted price. Which was $1000 less than a dealer quoted. I had an unrelated question about the AC, and they recharged it at no cost before I left. I'll definitely take future repairs there.

What can I say...Craig and Kyle are top notch that really know there stuff! I'm out of state and came across Manny's Imported Auto for a PPI on a car I was considering. Scheduling was easy, they were always there to answer the phone but it was their intimate knowledge, attention to detail and holistic opinion on the car that really won me over. I pride myself on my research and am really up to snuff on the particular vehicle I was looking at..Kyle was quick to point out those key parts to look out for - I was impressed... My only gripe is I'm out of state and can't leverage Manny's more regularly for my vehicle maintenance

Hands down, the most professional and trustworthy auto mechanics. I have nothing negative to say about them and have been going there happily for decades. They are all subject matter experts, kind and a pleasure to do business with.
My wife went to Manny's for checking on the clicking metal sounds from a place near the rear left tire. I thought it was break-related. The mechanic there was so nice. Checking things very quickly and he was able to fix the sound quickly with tools and our original parts from our old Toyota Sienna. Based on the what my wife told me, the sounds might be something loose and there were rust in our car. Since it was free of charge, the mechanic did not give us any document of what the issue was. We just have a regular good running car without the annoying clicking metal sounds from the back of our car. My wife wanted to pay something for the checking and fixing labor, but the mechanic insisted that there was no need. My high school daughter said to me: "The world is not a lost cause." I agreed. There are nice and good people out there. Manny's is an example of goodness.
Good honest people. I went there beacause i had a engine misfire. They found time in a very busy day to check and fix my car and didn't even charge me for it. Thanks again Manny's auto

I have had my cars serviced here for 15+ years and Manny has always communicated clearly what NEEDS to be repaired with my car VS what should be looked at in a couple thousand miles.
My husband and I brought my son’s car in to see why it didn’t want to start. Went to a place before coming here and the guy wanted to charge me $1,000 for computer board. At Manny’s $100 my son got his car fixed. Real honest guy and can’t say we’ve come across many mechanics like that. Would highly recommend.
Mannys is an excellent shop, extremely knowledgeable at assessing the ACTUAL problems with any car. Only shop I'll bring my range rover to get work done.

These guys are an amazing shop! I have a 2002 diesel Volkswagen and they helped me get it running. They're super helpful and have a really quick turnaround time.
Manny's auto helped solve my car's oil leak problem a few months ago, that time I feel I can trust them. But this Monday I went to do the oil change and do some mechanical check, they told me that my car's rear shocks were broken, and the repair needs more than a thousand, I was shocked at that time, holy Jesus! At Tuesday, I went to another car care center in Vernon, they gave me a more reasonable price even lower than the price I found on the Internet. I think I will not come back here again. I think If you do not care about the price, their service was trustworthy.
I've been coming to Manny's for years and years. He and his crew have serviced 5 of my Saabs, 2 Subarus, and for the last 4 years, my Mini Cooper. Always pleased with the service, maintenance & repairs.
It's too bad since manny's is only imported garage in this area but I can't say I had a good experience. I brought my older Mercedes in because I needed the gas tank removed and cleaned. Manny drained the tank and put a new tank filter in and charged me $200 (not fixing the problem). He said he didn't want to work on my car cause it stank due to running veggie oil. Except the car has never ran on veggie oil (since that system is incomplete). He also told me he did me a favor by not charging me for 5 gallons of diesel on top of $200 bill.
It took me 2 hours to drain the tank, remove it from car, clean it with muriatic acid, and reinstall. Maybe another 1 to find and buy the acid. So i have no idea how he charged me $200 for 10-20 minutes to drain fuel and change a $20 filter out.
My car still needs a fair amount of work done by a professional but unfortunately i won't be taking it back to manny's.......
I've been to Manny's several times in the last couple of years (I have an older car that keeps getting into trouble!) and he (and his son's) have helped me out every time! They are all very nice there, and will go out of their way to make sure your car is running perfectly. If you are having any car trouble- at all- this is the place to go. Fair prices, awesome employees, and your car will always come back in better condition than you brought it in!
My 2006 Saab had a hard to diagnose noise from the transmission area. Manny narrowed it down to either a broken flexplate or a loose bolt. It ended up being the flexplate. As someone who routinely repairs trucks and heavy equipment, I can appreciate the work involved with this repair. They uneventfully repaired the problem, as well as a few other minor issues. The truly impressive part is that the car was ready in (1) day and the actual bill , including the additional work came in LESS than the original estimate just for the initial repair. Try getting that level of honesty out of your garage!
