Hello, I just have one complaint about the woman working the first shift. She's rude and treats people very poorly. She should be fired because as a customer service representative, she's a terrible employee. I'm going to file a complaint with your company because this isn't the first time she's treated me like this, as if I were something strange. You shouldn't have this type of person working in customer service. I'm also complaining because every time I go, she treats me terribly. If you don't take action regarding this woman's behavior, I'll file a complaint to have her removed. I've been a customer for years, and no one has ever treated me the way this woman has, and I haven't seen it with other people either. You shouldn't have that woman in that position because, honestly, as a customer service representative, she's a terrible employee. Thank you. I hope action is taken on this matter.

I bought the last tube of Mobil Extreme grease and the website immediately changed to out of stock so kudos to accurate inventory control.

Phone was ringing off the hook and they never rushed me or made me feel like I was a burden … worked very well as a team in person and for phone calls … not easy to do

Alexis was great she was very helpful didnt think twice to help me out with battery issue at 835 tonight i would give her 10 stars shes a pro at testing intalling batteries

The staff was incredibly helpful and helped me find the exact items I needed for my car. They went above and beyond in assisting me. Absolutely recommend.

I bought a battery at another location & the guy was just very unhelpful & rushing me out the store saying they don’t do installations. I then came to this location & both employees were very nice, & the gentleman who installed my battery did it in less than 5 minutes. I know which location I will be coming back to!

Great service, the parts auto tech was very knowledgeable without me asking, went to car, change my wiper and without asking change them am thankful I found my new parts store

Went in to get a new car battery as my old one (bought at a different Advance location) was corroded. They were able to look my previous purchase up in the system and replace the battery at no charge since it was still under warranty. The guy who helped me confirmed the corrosion and helped install the new battery. Great service close to home!

Some very nice people work here. Very helpful, quick on there feet. Not too busy. Came in tonight, needed a new in line fuel filter for scooter. The different gas station than I normally went to had aluminum flakes in the fuel. It clogged my filter. I came here and they helpped me pick out the right one and now my bike fixed. Thanks guys!

Shout out to Gregory on shift 10AM 7/26/22 We had been searching for the right battery for an excavator all day. Went in Greg had it sorted in less than 3 mins. Absolutely saved the day. The machine fired up first turn thanks greg!!!!

Not busy. Got help quickly I'm updating to let this company know how Amazing there employee's are. Page helped me 3 separate times in 2 days finding stuff for my old truck. So knowledgeable and professional. Along with another young man with a nice old Ford was also great. Thank you

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Theres a younger woman who works the parts counter (I wish i rememberd her name) but she was absolutely fantastic. Im a female mechanic and often battle large male egos at other parts counters. She handled all of my questions with poise, was extremely knowledgeable and is definitely raising the bar for her co-workers. Because of her, this will be my go-to autoparts store for all of my future needs. Give the girl a raise!!

I called the store, he was polite! Scott came outside tested my car and quickly told me what was wrong. He gave me options to help me with the issue! He was quick, polite, and fast!

Had some exhaust trouble... Scott was absolutely the best representative for Advanced Auto I've had the pleasure of dealing with. Very helpful and professional. He guided me the right way and went above and beyond to make my experience top notch. Clearly a man who cares about his customers, not just his paycheck. Very happy with this store.

I do my own oil changes and put full synthetic in my car. Advance Auto runs awesome sales on a 5 qt jug of oil, and you usually get a free premium oil filter. All for less than $40. And if you ever need a battery in a pinch, you can order online and pick it up at the store. So I’ve heard lol.

i have never experienced a more unprofessional, uncaring auto part store and ive used advanced all arpund CT. the staff puts you on hold for around 10 minutes everytime and forgets to pick up the phone. have tried 3 times to order a part. multiple times have they said a part would be in at a certain time and ended up receiving that said part 2 weeks later with no call. the last experience i had will be the last time i ever use this location. was told my parts would be in and 2 weeks later come to find out the part was never ordered after my payment. dont use the windham advanced auto. theyre employees dont give a $**t about u or theyre store.

The employees know about cars this makes it so easy to get what you neeed. Thanks for giving me the right information I need for my vehicles The whole team at Advance auto is awesome They take care of you Thanks guys

This is a good auto parts store. Everyone I have dealt with has been helpful and knowledgeable. They always have a range of parts in terms of quality and price. So if you are as broke as your car you can buy a cheap part that will get you through until you are more flush, or if it's closer to payday you can pay for a quality part that will last a while.

My first time at this Advanced , was waited on by a young women who's name I found out was Paige, First thought was "what does she know" boy was I wrong she was really smart and friendly. Advanced is really lucky to have her

Great for fluids, wash items etc. Not sure how parts is never needed to use the store for those items

If ignorance was bliss this would be the happiest place on earth.Complained to corperate about the uneducated staff.Anyone can look up a part on the computer but to have the knowledge to properly install or use the item is not with all of the employees at this store.Go.od thing my husband properly reviewed the product or we would of made a $200 error based on the information given to us by the sales clerk.Knowledge is power so double check what these morons tell you
