The employee Jayme was genuinely the kindest, patient, and most helpful staff I’ve met in an Auto Parts store. I could not be more appreciative for him taking the time to help with our complicated requests.
Steve is awesome he is very knowledgeable and very helpful always has a great attitude and very people friendly something you don't find anymore these days whenever I need something Steve is the one I go to

Sorry , but done using these guys and it’s to bad because it was the most convenient for us . The guy sold us the wrong fuel filter and we had to get a ride ( my car was up and not drivable at this point ) and go the 15 mins back there . Gas ain’t cheap and time is money too . We asked for a gift certificate or something and he refused very rudely . Didn’t care that he sold us the wrong part at all and we’re set back time money gas and a ride . I’ll head over to ORielys from now on .
These guys are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They will try to assist you with any problem or point you in the right direction. Use the app for discounts and deliveries.
I used to use the Advance in Ware, they were great. I've used the one in Windsor, also had great customer service. Today Stafford lost my business over an $8 set of blinkers after giving me the wrong part, and then refusing to take back the opened package. Had I been the one to take them off the shelf, I would've understood. This isn't the first time I've been given the wrong part, but it is the last time from this branch. Luckily there's an O'Reilly's a few buildings down.
The place is typical of this chain, so nothing is new there. The only problem I found was in the pricing of the item I researched online. There was a sale on the item, but when found in the store was none. At the register I was charged a higher price than listed on the display and had to show them that the price was still lower. So, check online first before buying...there may be 3 different prices.
They are always helpful and go out of the way to get you the correct part plus they will back up their part and let you return them if there was trouble with part and staff is always there to advise you on correct approach on your vehicle and will test your battery and differant things on your car for free
I recently bought a new battery for my lawn tractor. Took me 98 days to figure out it was defective. The warranty is only good for 90 days. The manager stepped up and gave me my refund, with a little work on my end, hence the removal of one star. A company that does right by the customer will far succeed a company that won’t.
This place is ok for buying things like oil, air fresheners, and wax. Their actual auto parts are low quality. Moreover, it seems like their computer systems are not very good as I've had about a 50 percent success rate in getting the right parts from behind the counter. For parts I've given up on this place and go out of my way to shop at NAPA.
If I could give them 0 stars I would un helpful rude don't know know their parts don't know how to use computer customer interaction sucks.. horrible never will give them any business again.. don't waste your time go to napa
As a woman it’s hard to go to places that men go to most of the time. When I asked for help and what I needed to find the guy just pointed his finger in the direction of where the item should be that I was looking for. Of curse when I got there the item wasn’t there and I had to walk through the whole store looking for it. Once I found it I came to check out and had to wait with a heavy part in my hands. The customer that was at the check out offered for me to get my item checked out before him, which the guy working there said no to because he was already helping him and didn’t want to start over.
The folks working are usually knowledgeable and well trained, but on occasion you come across ones here and there that complain about anything and everything to you, and give you an attitude because they are frustrated with their job. I started going to the store in Enfield because the whining became too frequent and I'm a pretty busy person for the most part
Guys here generally have the right parts. Most of the employees know what they are talking about. I go here all the time. Friendly service with a smile. They have my business over Napa!
Idiots working there. Ordered online to save money and pick in store. 30 minute later and 20 minutes in the store and they tell me it's not in stock they can order it and pick it up in a few days..I'm done with them dumb employees. Zero Stars
