I was in great need of a part for my car. I had called the store spoke to Emily she was absolutely amazing with all my needs she took the time to make sure she listened to my needs and didn't hesitate to assist me.
Went here last night and grabbed new windshield blades and a light bulb. Both employees were friendly & helpful in finding what was needed and helping with instillation.
Wonderful people helping me w my printout for check engine light in dashboard. Christopher so polite and kind to me older lady w compliments of my winter clothing. But he and another young woman very kind and helpful. Young man braved very cold weather to take reading for my car. Excellent customer service from these employees at Stafford Conn
Always have a good experience here. Workers are friendly and knowledgeable. They allow dogs inside too! Sign up for their reward program and eventually you get $5 rewards back.
Thank you for taking the item off the shelf for me when you couldn't find my online order that I had paid for. I would send you a picture of the email confirming the sale you sent me but I don't know how to do that 😊
Each and every time I have gone here the staff is incredibly helpful they come out from behind the counter and actually lead you to the product you're looking for sometimes you have extra help with more than one employee it feels really good it brings me back to yesteryear when customer service really mattered to most places you don't find this very often but here you will find it every time you go I highly recommend trying them out
I was in the Stafford O'Reillys within I'd say a year or so after they opened and the employees were talking pretty loud and using some curse words. I only go there if It have to. Hopefully they have cleaned up their act since then.
Their customer service is absolutely top notch. My wiper flew off in the middle of a very bad storm and not only did Rob confirm that they had the wiper in stock when I called, he recognized the car when I drove up and installed it in the rain. He was truly a life-saver. Thanks!!!!
My husband called at 2:00 pm today and got great service from Brittany. She was a big help knew everything about the part my husband needed and ordered it for him over the phone. I hope she is there when we pick up the part.
Always the most helpful staff. Supplies are good and shelves are stocked. They spend the time and effort to help change wiper blades etc. I would recommend them to anyone.
Nice store neat clean. Representatives treat you with respect and are courteous. Prices are good. Shelves are stocked. Always a decent sale going on. They have so many parts on hand. If not at store generally by afternoon or sometimes by next day.
Decided to go to O'Reilly because they had all my parts in stock so didn' t mind paying a little more for the convenience. Instead i placed an online order , waited 2 hours to get a message to call and confirm my order make sure it was me and then finally go to get my parts, and still waiting for a sensor until morning. Will not use them again and online order is useless if i have to call and confirm an order why not just call the store. 15% isn't worth the hassle
Mike was amazing help! He saw me park and saw my tail light was out and was there to help me immediately when I walked in the door. I didn’t even know my taillight was out! He changed my taillight and my windshield wipers without hesitation. He even took a look at my door and gave me advice on what I should to to fix it. I feel he went above and beyond with his service I’ll definitely be back!
Great place here went here and ordered a oil filter and they took the time to help me and get me the right part in a timely manner and made me feel welcome. Not sure of the guys name but he was a taller guy about 6ft or so and I believe he’s an assistant manager and he does great customer service and is nice to his customers.definitely will be back soon!
I had called to place an order for a part needed for my car, Dan said he had placed the order and told me to stop by 330-4 for the truck with my part. Come to find out never placed my order and had to stand around for an hour wait for the truck that was behind just to place the order again.
Just had the worse experience at this store. Was in this morning with my husband for a brake hose. They didnt have it in stock but they could have one by 2:30 so we ordered and paid for it and returned about 2:20 to wait to get it. We were informed at this point that the truck wasnt there yet, not til 3:00 now so we waited in the parking lot. At 3, we went into store again and when we asked how long, they couldnt or wouldn't tell us anything. We walked around the store for about ten minutes when an older gentleman came out and asked if we needed help. When we explained we were waiting, it was then that the young boy said the truck left Wethersfield ten minutes ago. When i got upset and asked why he didnt help us out and tell us what he knew, the girl working there, Jen, said that is not his responsibility. And she couldn't understand why we "needed this part so badly". Here it is, after 3, when this part was needed this morning and she is giving us the runaround like its some joke. And as we are pulling away in the parking lot, both kids were in the window watching us, who knows what they were waving at us. We have been buying parts for over 30 years now and this is the first time, in this field, we have had to deal with the level of immaturity and lack of customer service skills these two kids had between them. Thanks to the help you hire there, we will not bother using your store again.
I highly recommend this store . Staff are amazing, kind, and very helpful . The manager Bobby and Alex where vibrant and extremely helpful . You could tell they wanted to make sure I had the best price and great experience ;) O' Reilly did just that by price matching ;)
