I recently purchased a motorcycle that was previously purchased from Mansfield Auto by another person, long story short, the title was damaged. The owner went over and beyond to help me get a get a new copy... He could've said it's not my problem you did buy it from me... instead chose to help me... I very much appreciate him and his staff...Highly Recommend!

Purchased an engine from these guys in October for $2,500. They called me and said they dropped the engine with a forklift before they could ship it to me and that it was damaged. Casper told me he would refund my money. as of December 7 I still have not received my $2,500 refund or the engine that I paid for. update:12/17/24 still have not received my money. The response that I received my refund is false. I am still waiting for American Express to refund my money as mansfield auto is not willing to. They also will not respond to Amex which is why this is taking so long.

Very good Comunication and getting exactly what i was expecting good quality on parts and great service. Will look foward to keep doing business I drove all the way from ny to get my parts.

Went to Mansfield Auto Parts looking for some hard to find parts. The employees were very helpful and were quick to pull the parts from one of their parts cars while I waited. Parts were well priced too. Highly recommend.

Absolute horrible person of an owner. Came in screaming saying he told me 5 times to move my car. I never saw the guy before that. Parking lot all chipped up, busted up, no stall lines and piles of parts, dirt asphalt, only about 4 cars in an acre parking lot. Handicap and all and he tells the counter person not to ring me out until I move my car. I had no idea what was even going on, and I would have gladly moved car but the beratement never stopped. Don't do business here.

The guys were great. Ordered all the parts that I needed(whole front end) and the next morning they were all ready for pick up.

Quick, easy, and upfront. No smoke and mirrors. Straight and fair pricing. The only critique is that I thought the A/C Compressor I was getting had 58k miles on it, but I was given one with 76k. Considering it's a subaru a/c unit, they usually last a decent while, and it's my fault for not saying anything anyways so it's all the same to me.

Terrible waste of time! I called before I drove a hour to verify this place would have the part I was looking for. I was told it was on the shelf ready to go. When I got there I was told they could not find the part. A WASTE OF TIME

Dealt specifically with Kasper. Professional, prompt, punctual. Needed a particular part, was told that it would take be available next-day. To my surprise, a few hours later, I get a message that it was pulled and ready for pick-up! Maybe it was circumstance, but this change of events made my entire day better. Would 100% come back for future needs based on my first experience. Thanks Kasper and team!

The guys there helped me out with my caliper issue I was having with my car. They were all very kind and the used parts I got from them, were just like new, for great prices. I will be using only them for all parts and work I need on my cars.. they have great prices, great used parts, the guys are kind and honest. I recently had a good experience here. I bought a replacement engine for my niece's 2014 VW Jetta diesel. The engine was super clean and damage free unlike a lot of salvage yards. The miles were a legitimate at 72,000 and the price was fair. The guys there carefully loaded it onto my truck. Furthermore customer service was very good and the front office has been renovated. The stockroom is organized and clean. It's much better now than the previous ownership, and it's much better than a lot of salvage yards that I've been to over the years. I will definitely go here again! Thumbs way up to Mansfield Auto Parts!

Blake was the gentleman at the desk when I walked in without an appointment. He was gracious and asked "how may I help you?". We proceeded to discuss my problem to sell my vehicle. He answered all of my questions in a professional, intelligent manner. As a woman I have not had such a positive experience in the Auto business before. We made plans to help with my problem and ended on a very positive note. I recommend this business A+. Thank you very much ?

These guys are great! Called to get parts for my Infiniti G35 and Blaze was very helpful. He told me the parts would be ready to pick up in a week and he stuck to his word. I picked up the parts and the condition of the parts were exactly as he described them. They definitely took the time to carefully remove the parts so I would get them in amazing condition. They have really great prices compared to others. Customer service is an A++. I will definitely be coming back for more parts!!

Call to order parts The kid at the front counter was so rude said they couldn’t deliver because of the price of gas offered to give $20 for gas never delivered the parts called to ask why said it didn’t happen. When I asked if my parts be delivered tomorrow and I wasn’t gonna pay the extra $20 for gas he said oh yes you are or I’ll cancel your order. He never answer the phone stating what the business name was had to ask if I was calling the right number. I order a lot of used auto parts I have use this business before I am so disappointed asked to speak to the owner he said he was the owner when I said that he wasn’t he said I have to email the owner.. This kid does not belong Customerservice I have no words.

I have been here a few times and each experiance was respectful, and pleasant. The employees are knowledgable and willing to help out in any and every way that they can. I was beyond satisfied with the customer service I recieved. I will for sure keep this place in mind for future projects and I recomend checking it out for all of your vehicle projects and needs!

New management is always friendly and honest, quick with a joke or conversation and really put you at ease. They thought they were giving me bad news that the engine I put a deposit on had a cracked block which they found during thier removal inspection but all I needed was the head anyway which they sold to me with everything attached for less then I could have hoped for just the cylinder head! Fantastic service, thorough inspection and honest, hard things to find today. Can't say enough good things about these guys.

Bought some new (to me) rims and tires for my car and they gave me a very good price. They were also very friendly and helpful, answered my questions and made sure I was getting exactly what I was after. It was nice because I don't know a whole lot about cars. Seemed like a father and son running the place. Nice guys. Note: This business changed hands sometime last year, so any reviews older than about 7 months should be ignored. They have been fixing the place up and every time I've gone in, it has improved in appearance since the last time.

we ordered a windshield wiper motor, gave Walter All of the info we needed including the VIN number, they sent us the wrong part. When I called Walter, his response was "what do you want me to do about it" then said he would have to look into who made the mistake, them or me. he then told me to send it back and he would reimburse me, well that was 3 weeks ago, he keeps making excuses, blaming his secretary, I've given him all the info he needs, still nothing, THIS MAN (WALTER) IS DISHONEST. he owes me almost $100 to be honest I wouldn't give them even 1 star, but that's the only choice I had

They had a steering rack for my 90 jetta and my only regret is not knowing at the time that they sell online new for $40, I had paid more like $75. That was really my ignorance though, and the service was decent. Thinking of goin there again.

I called these guys for a transmission for my father in-laws dakota. We put the deposit down and they told us they would have it in two days. Here we are a week later and I still have no transmission. every time I call them they tell me that it will be there in a half hour and when that doesnt happen and the day comes to an end they promise me that they will have it the next day. I'm going on a week of next day promises and once this job is done ill NEVER use Mansfield Used Auto Parts again.

These guys are awesome. I have a 1998 BMW 318I and was looking for a trunk tailgate deck lid. I found this part using a salvage yard parts search on the Internet and their part came up as 000 A in quality, and that is exactly what I got. I was able to go into the yard and look at the part before purchasing which is unheard of these days. The fact I was able to see the car and the parts before purchasing them made me buy more parts off the car I needed. They were willing to instal them on the spot, although I declined because I prefer doing my own work. Don't be afraid to haggle "with these awesome people" as I bought my parts below asking, and that is what it's all about if you ask me. I threw out a reasonable price and it was accepted. I will definitely buy parts from them even though it's a two hour drive from where I live!
