When I replaced my factory bumper with an aftermarket bumper, I lost the hitch receiver and Connecticut trailer was able to install a beautiful new hitch in no time whatsoever at a fantastic price in and out in a couple hours and they re-engineer the factory seven pin plug with a new plug so I am ready to go definitely the place to go for Anything trailers and towing related! Great people!

Red Cross has (Shelter) trailers that are inspected and inventoried to be mission ready. this year we contacted CT Trailer Frank Cruz for assistance in replacing all tires on trailers that have to be towed to Bolton, tires replaced, and towed back to various locations. CT Trailer in Bolton made this task so easy, they scheduled (3) trailers in a day! remarkable! and we were able to bring one at a time, fully loaded for sheltering, tires replaced, and we left the next one! we got individual invoices to document vin and registration, and they worked extremely efficient and our task was complete by efficient, friendly, professional service. definitely 5+ ( RED CROSS) STAR WORTHY !!! TY FRANK AND STAFF 👍🏻⛑️

The service department helped solve an issue with my trailer which I needed for the weekend. I dropped it off without making an appointment (my fault). They understood my need, and took care of the problem and I was able to keep an obligation! Very friendly, helpful, and customer focused!

CT trailers ordered a specific brake controller to be installed on my 2025 Ford Explorer ST for me. The ordering and installation was a seamless pleasant experience due to Michael and Ryan in the service department. Michael ordered the controller for me and had it delivered to CT trailers. The advantage to this controller is that only a small knob is visible rather than a fairly large box containing the electronics and a slider knob. I had intended to install the small knob in a blank space on the dash. Apparently the new 2025 dash design does not allow it. Ryan evaluated multiple locations which were not optimum. He did not give up until we determined that it would fit on the steering column. He installed the controller and made it look like a factory install. Ryan was very professional and carefully installed the controller as if it were his personal vehicle. I cannot say enough about Ryan and if I need similar work in the future, I will seek him out. I am extremely satisfied with this company. Thank you Michael and Ryan.

I had my 7 x 12 freedom trailer picked up, tuned up and returned by Connecticut Trailers. It had sat in my yard for eight years so you can imagine there was deterioration. CT Trailers in Bolton Ct is without question a 5 star dealer for all your trailering needs. I've purchased two new trailers from them in 2024. A 7x16 Bravo Cargo and a 7 x 16 Bwise dump. EVERYONE from sales to service knocked it out of the park. Their products are very well built and dependable. Their prices were right on point and these trailers were worth every penny. They offer a double warranty program on their trailers which is a no brainer and I haven't seen that offered anywhere else. Thank you to the entire staff at CT Trailers....5 out of 5 stars!!!

Fantastic experience! We found ourselves in a pickle at the outset of driving some 18 hours towing a cargo trailer. Our brake controller had failed, our brakes needed adjustment, a fender replaced, a tire replacement, a new bearing cap and safety check. In less than three hours, they had us back on the road. The icing on the cake was Ryan being able to fish out the wire for the fender light! Ryan was ACE and did not mind our bazillion questions and curiosity; Frank booked us in and was very helpful squeezing us in the same day; Julie and Michael at the front desk were warm, friendly and informative. And I don't know the name of the person who answers the phone, but we'll call her sunshine. She answered the phone cheerfully and with such joy, each time I called I wondered if I had gotten a trailer sales place. These people were an amazing team. What was stressful for us ended with reassurance, good value and security knowing we would be safe driving down the road. Oh, additionally, they recommended a great small restaurant across the road to grab a bite while we waited. I wondered given it was attached to the gas station.... We were not led astray, it was fresh, had great variety and was darn good food! Connecticut Trailers also sells and services (aside from trailers) all kinds of power sports vehicles. Can't speak to those services but would trust that everything they do, they do well. No hesitation in recommending them. Top notch!

But thanks to those Fantastic people they helped to guide us and then stayed after hours on a holiday weekend to make repairs and get us back on the road in time to make our Gig. Many people at the Feast would have been very disappointed had they not helped us. Very professional work and fair prices to add to the great service. We can't thank you enough!

Very pleased with my Norstar steel flatbed from the team at CT Trailers. Dara from sales was friendly and responsive. Frank and the entire service department did a beautiful job on the install and made sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend.

DONT BUY AN ALCOM/ MISSION alunimum trailer if you want to do real work, like daily. They don’t stand behind the warranty of a broken frame and I’m stuck with a trailer that is useless and $8800 in debt. Mission/ Alcom has you only talk to the dealer which is CT trailers in Bolton,CT, where I bought it. To start, I transport cars back to my four car hauler and needed a new single car trailer. I told Anthony I would be towing at least 4 cars daily. I was debating over a steel trailer or mission 22 ft aluminum trailer. I bought the mission because I was told it could hold more weight, over 6000lbs. Not that I pulled that heavy. I had it for a month and all the welds broke and the ramps were on the high way, that was fun. I went back to CT trailers and no help. Two months later the fenders fell off from the welds. Yes, I use this every day. Now comes the bad. I had it now for 13 months and the frame in front of the front axles broke from the welds. I brought it up ct trailers, they said a diagnostic fee would be charged and then a warranty claim, but they thought the trailer was 10yrs old. I said no it’s a year. I have a diesel truck and it’s very dirty. Well 3 weeks go buy, so I had to buy a steel 2 car trailer to continue while this was being discussed. I get a call from Ct trailers manager saying it will not be covered because I used it to much. And over loaded it. I then showed them Cat scales that it was never over loaded and I had 40 BOL that show the weights of the cars I was pulling. So I called Alcom in MAine. What a waste, they say they only make the trailer and give to the dealers and the dealers handle the rest. So, now back to the ct trailer, with a better option. I paid $13000 for this trailer and it is useless. The service manager said there was nothing he could do. Another two weeks go by, I contacted a sales rep from alcom, and still nothing happened. Then ct trailers being nice said they would split the repairs if the trailer was brought to Alcom in MAine. I was like ok maybe. Then he tells me it’s $2500 to tow the trailer there and couldn’t give me an estimate on a limited lifetime warranty. That’s another thing, read your warranty and reviews about the trailers. So another two weeks go by, I get a text that I need to pick it up ASAP and they won’t charge me the diag fee. So, I waited until my truck was fixed and picked it up last week! I’m out $8800 which is the balance I owe to the bank! I’ll put up some pictures! I hate to do this but $13000 for a year. The dealer doesn’t stand behind its product! This now cost me Another $2500 to fix! Just paid $2200! Don’t buy aluminum

Perfect experience! I ordered an enclosed car trailer working through design and options with Dara! Through several meetings many questions and changes were resolved. The trailer was built and delivered to CT Trailers in timely fashion. At pickup issues regarding connection to my RV were resolved with the help of parts and service personnel, while Dara oversaw every turn. Yes I intend to tow the 24’ car trailer with our 35’ RV. Throughout the process Dara and the entire team at CT Trailers were attentive, pleasant and professional!
