I recently purchased a used Ford Edge from Bolton Collision Repair and had an outstanding buying experience. Dave and Susan were very friendly and professional. When I arrived, Dave handed me the keys and told me to take my time, get a good feel for the car, and come back when I felt comfortable. When I returned, I told him that I was interested but wanted a look underneath. No problem. He put the car on ramps, gave me a creeper and light, and once again told me to take my time and have a good look. Dave hides nothing. He made a really good impression on me, as did Susan. Once I had paid, she got the car registered for me very quickly and I was out the door with a nice, clean, low mileage Ford Edge. I recommend BCR Cars without hesitation.

From the moment I walked in with an unrealistic insurance appraisal for my rear-ended vehicle, they handled everything with professionalism and care. My car was finished earlier than expected, and the repair work was absolutely meticulous. I pulled out of a parking spot at the CVS in Manchester and a 5 inch protruding railroad spike in a yellow concrete barrier ripped the bottom of my bumper shield. I reported it to CVS and even pulled out the 12 inch spike to show them. The whole thing was irresponsible and dangerous. Then I needed to get it fixed. I chose Bolton Collision because they were close, had great reviews, could give me a quick estimate and they were kind to me on the phone. Instead of telling me that they had to order a part that would take forever and charge me a fortune, Dave the owner fixed it on the spot for a very low price. If anything ever happens to my car (or I need to go to CVS), this shop will be my go to from here on out. Great people, fantastic service. Their high reviews are warranted and trust me, you won't be disappointed.

Bolton Collision is amazing to work with. They have gone above and beyond with every experience I have had with them. I recently the side of my car. The fender was pulled out a bit and needed to be repaired. I brought it is and talked to Chris. He said the cost to repair it would be between $50 and $100 dollars. I scheduled the repair. It was ready within two hours and when I went to pay Chris said there was no charge. They are one of the most honest businesses I have ever worked with. I would give them 10 stars if I could. You are in great hands with Bolton Collision.

These guys are legit. I travel for work doing disaster relief and purchased a ford f-250 with 20k miles on it. Due to work I couldn’t see it in person so I trusted the salesman from Alabama. I went with the purchase and got the truck shipped to me. When I got it i realized the front quarter panel was in a wreck and they did a terrible job with the repair. The finish didn’t match, there was a hard paint line between the two colors, and you could see swirl marks where they filled in the repair with bondo. The dealership refused to right their wrong so I was left finding auto body shops to do the repair for me. I came back home to Connecticut and stopped in to Bolton collision, Chris helped me out and came in with a quote half the price of the body shops in NC. He was very transparent and told me how they tried to charge me for a lot of unnecessary repairs. They really did a great job on this repair and even gave me the old fender to keep. The pictures might not show a lot, but it is a huge difference in person. Great work (pictures show before and after)

While my car was parked it ended up getting hit by a car backing out of there spot. Front bumper was pretty messed up. I had never had to go through the process of finding a shop to fix the damages on any cars of mine so I was pretty stressed trying to find the perfect shop and someone I could trust with my car. Once I came across Bolton Collision and saw the reviews and their experience and time in this business I knew I had to go with them. Once talking with one of the guys there name Dave, he helped the process be super easy and made me feel super safe and confident to give my car to them and reassured me it was in good hands. To say the car came back to me perfect is an understatement. It was completely in awe when I received the call to come pick it up. Not only did they finish the project early but it was just amazing on how well the outcome was. Chris replaced the back bumper and components on my Kia sedan. He was professional, courteous, and he relieved my anxiety about insurance issues and time frames. My car looked brand new when I picked it up some months ago. It continues to look brand new! I don't know what he cleaned the exterior with, but it repels dirt! I am a very happy and satisfied customer! Bolton Collision has my highest recommendation!

I was wandering all around my area looking for a suitable car to tow behind my motorhome. Everything I was finding either had major issues or over $10k. I stopped into Bolton Collision Repair because of a sign they had in front of the building saying they had "6 Gems under 6K". I had always assumed the cars they sold were ones that had been in accidents. I WAS SO WRONG. I spoke with the owner, Dave, and he told me that most of his cars were auction cars. That was fine by me. He had a cute little standard shift Hyundai that totally fit my needs and was from Virginia so it was super clean underneath. Dave let me take the car to a friends body shop where it got a full inspection. All it needed were some new belts. Dave said no problem and put them on along with a fresh oil change and a full size spare tire for free with purchase. I got the perfect car for me for an amazing price. There were no add on fees either. Just registration and emissions testing and sales tax. They are my shop of choice from now on. Oh and they even installed my tow package for a super reasonable price. Thanks Dave & Susan you and your team are the best.

Bolton Collision is a great place to bring your vehicle when it needs any type of body work. The folks at the facility are so nice to work with. They are very good at estimating the cost of the repair, the length of time it will take them to fix the damage, and they even take care of little things in the area of the repair that have aged over time. This the third or fourth time I have brought my vehicles to their facility because I know the care that Dave Wilson's staff takes to satisfy their customers. They are very easy to deal with and they possess so much integrity. I highly recommend Bolton Collision to anyone who is looking to have a vehicle repaired. You will not be sorry! I will be going back there to review their used car lot when my grand daughter gets her drivers license this fall. Dave and his team did a fantastic job of bringing our restoration project to a beautiful end. Their price was very fair and I'm extremely happy with the results. Hats off to Chris especially, who wrestled the final decals into place with much sweat and angst (i have ooone moooore to see you about:) I received frequent updates and was encouraged to stop in to observe the process over a few weeks which is unheard of. My Ram TRX was rear ended in a parking lot and the other persons insurance wanted me to use a direct repair shop of theirs with terrible reviews which wasn’t gonna happen. I saw all the great reviews of Bolton Collision so I brought it to them. They did not disappoint. Chris was super helpful and put me at ease that my truck would be taken care of well. He knew I was a car enthusiast and cared a lot about my truck being taken care of and he went above and beyond to make sure that it was. The repair was done in a timely manner and they did an incredible job matching paint and making it good as new, possibly even better. They also cleaned it before I picked it up and it looked fantastic.

I busted up my truck pretty bad and Bolton Collision did a wonderful job from start to finish. Such an honest family run business. I didn’t have rental coverage and they loaned me a courtesy car at no charge. They always kept me in the loop about parts and work done. They fought insurance for me. They are easy to get a hold of when you have questions. His staff is courteous. This business does not try to pork your wallet. I will most certainly be returning to them for oil changes and routine maintenance. Last year I purchased a used truck from them, the sale was easy and no hassle, they were upfront about the repairs they did to it. Sometimes you back into things and don't want your insurance company involved. Dave met with me and was honest about doing something that was not necessarily going to make the car look like factory new and that it would probably take a week. No problem. The car is paid for and I didn't want to spend a ton of money on it. Brought the car in on a Friday and it was done Tuesday morning. You can't even tell I hit anything! Amazing work! Honest, clean and ethical. Wish I could give them 6 stars!

I had been searching for a shop to paint my 67 Mustang within a reasonable budget, when someone recommended Bolton Collision. Dave gave me a fair price, and best of all said the price was set. Other shops had said the price was dependent on "what they found", with no way to give a firm quote. Once Dave got started I received regular email updates and photos , and invited to stop by with any questions or to see the progress. Dave's team, in particular Jim and Matt are very courteous and friendly, and were willing to discuss the progress. I wouldn't hesitate to take work there in the future, and highly recommend them to anyone. It's very nice to find a friendly honest business like Dave's.
