Outstanding company and staff. Here we were stuck at almost midnight, stressing out not knowing what was wrong with the car. Once I talked to Tony, we could feel our stress level disappear! So personable and knowledgeable. Rob came out real quick. I don't even know where to begin with the exceptional service we received from Rob. We thought it might be the battery but were afraid it was actually the engine (2012 Toyota Camry with almost 200,000 miles). Very quickly Rob was able to go through the car with us. He almost immediately identified the starter needed to be replaced after testing the battery extensively. We went through options and Rob was super accommodating. Sent me links of starters and went and picked it up for us. He installed it in less than a half hour! Rob went above and beyond and is truly the most helpful and personable guy I have ever met. He even popped my son's front bumper back in from a prior accident just because he saw it! Nothing is better than someone giving you total piece of mind with your vehicle. That's what we received and more! Thank you Tony and Rob. You guys a truly the best!
I had Tony great guy kept me informed the entire time of towing my truck kept me updated on status and where abouts through his whole trip and was very professional. Previously I had tried going threw AAA they were no help and left me waiting for hours for no tow. Express towing LLC saved my day!
Awesome service!! Tony came out with short notice on a holiday weekend and didn’t even hesitate towing something other companies said could not be towed. He safely rigged up our boat trailer ( with the boat on it) and brought it to the shop.

I’m so grateful my car broke down because otherwise I wouldn’t have met Anthony. I used Express Towing recently, but my car also needed work. Anthony is a mechanic as well and offered his services. I needed my car fixed in one day. He gave me a fair quote, picked it up, kept me updated as he did the work, and towed it back. I knew he was the real deal and my car would be in good hands. Anthony was amazing! I called for a tow today because my car wouldn’t start. I thought I had a bad starter. The driver came and noticed that my car just had a loose battery terminal. He could’ve charged me the tow fee, but he didn’t. I thought it was awesome. It’s nice to know that there are still honest people out there. Will definitely use them again if I need anything.
This company is amazing! Not only was he the only person to call me back but he was able to come onto the Navy base and tow my vehicle back to Norwich for me so we could fix it at home and managed to get it in my driveway on a hill which was no simple task! Very reasonably priced and super personable as well. 10/10 would recommend!
Great customer service. Really helped me out during with a tow. Was a rainy day and I was broken down in a dangerous spot he truly saved the day. Along with his professionalism he is also a certified mechanic and was not only able to get me to a safe destination but he was also able to fix my vehicle the SAME DAY!!! He went above and beyond to help me when I had no one else to turn too. Highly recommend
