Good service. Great to be able to get a repair with used parts which are much cheaper. They used to sell nice cars but now they only do repairs and sell parts. Very nice guys.
This is a junk yard. Called in for a part, they were helpful and quick about getting the part for you even if they had to pull it off that day. Got a QUOTE on the phone for 65, when I got there the price magically jump to 85, and when I brought up the fact I was quoted at 65 they all seem to have amnesia
Harvey, Jason, and Mark are all great at what they do. Jason is a great mechanic and always has an in depth explanation of the issues with vehicles he diagnosed. Always always very helpful, and very professional. Would recommend especially for engine/ and or transmission swaps. 👍🏻
I was recommended here by family members who have known the owner Harvey for years. I had my engine replaced by them (Jason) about 2 months ago. Took them almost a month to find, which considering we have access to internet I found hard to believe it took so long to find. I then waited about 2 weeks for them to install it. I got charged a fair price, however, when I drove my car home I noticed the AC did not work, oil dipstick was broken, lug nuts were lose on my back tire which almost caused me an accident and transmission fluid was completely empty. I took it back, everything was taken care of except the dipstick which he forgot. I then started having problems with my gas pedal, could not reach a speed past 40 in which then my gas pedal and manual shift completely stopped working. Almost causing a 2nd accident. I brought it back, he claimed to fix it, same problem. Brought it back a 4th time, waited a week or so and he “fixed the problem” Here I am writing this review as my car sits in my drive way and $5,000 later and almost a 3rd accident. I called severely upset, they offered to “look at it again” but I refuse to let them touch my car. Clearly they are under staffed or do not know how to fix whatever is wrong with my car. They would be a more respectable business if they were honest up front and said they did not know what was wrong with my car and could not fix it. Very dissatisfied, I would not recommend them to fix your vehicle. At the least an used parts junk yard, they have no business working on cars.
Staff was pretty accommodating, the prices however are not. I had to pass on numerous USED parts I had selected due to the exorbant amount they were asking. Honestly, my one visit there will be my only visit there.
I call and they have the parts. Prices are pretty reasonable. I even needed a vehicle removed, I called and away it went. Thanks to the crew who have knowledge for automotive parts.
