Got stuck in a Lyft passengers driveway in the snow, AAA was no help but northeast towing and transport was literally out to my location within 15 minutes and had me back out on the road in no time. Also, their price was extremely fair and reasonable compared to some of the other companies in the area. Very satisfied with the service that I received. I just wish I remembered the gentleman‘s name who came out to tow me.

The person in the single cab Dodge small tow truck I’m 395 on January 8th was driving like A maniac. Weaving in and out of traffic, Tailgating and going 20 miles an hour above the speed limit. Completely unacceptable for a transport company. You need to do something about your employee.

Got stuck against a hill in a snowstorm with no hope of driving if unstuck. Mike trekked through 30 minutes of the New England snow to help tow us out and to our destination. Fantastic communication and efficient work.
I asked Norrheast to execute a long, technically challenging tow in the middle of a 2" per hour snowstorm. The dispatcher iI dealt with was friendly, professional, and set me up on the schedule far sooner than I could have expected. They put an alternator on my vehicle, and a week later, the alternator died. I took the vehicle back.
They said it was all set.There is a loose bowl on the alternator and they tried to charge me for it.
I started to get upset because they just put in the alternator a week ago. This was my first time working with them, and I thought this is what we're gonna be dealing with now. And I was never gonna come back.
Bruce realized he made a mistake. Took care of me. And gave me awesome discounts on other service. My family has six cars and I won't let anybody else work on it. But Northeast. Super honors people in very dark times.

I’ve been towed a lot. By far the best experience I’ve ever had. Picked me up wicked quick. Mike Boyle who picked me up had a clean and respectable truck. Got me where I needed to go and he managed to coordinate his crew around for me and others to be picked up quicker. Extremely appreciative when it’s 40 degrees out.
Boy Darien hooked us up with jumping this blue ford, kids a goat checked our battery health and everything. Jumped in the whip and turned this thing over instantly like he owns it. Absolute beauty some would say he's got magic hands.

The man that came to get my car open was awesome. Five stars five diamonds because he made me feel safe and reassuring me on the phone that everything was gonna be OK and I was gonna get my car open. My car was running for three hours and AAA called and said that they couldn’t send anyone. I called this place. They answer right away and send someone so I appreciate you Mike.
