My daughter had a tire blow out on her car. One of the lug nuts was stripped so we couldn’t put the spare on. Called Northeast and Zach was to us within 30 minutes. Extremely professional and courteous. Great customer service. Highly recommend!!
AAA call at 2am, MIKE was there in 15 mins hooked and strapped in 10 mins. I had blown my truck up in montville on 395. MIKE is the best driver I’ve had in 10 years. Keep up the great work and continue being YOU.
I was in 2 accidents same exact year make and model both vehicles both times 1st accident in worse condition then second. Both accidents around the same time of day, I was charged almost 3 times as much for the 2nd accident tow fee vs the first. Same mileage from accident to shop. They tried to sell me used parts for more then what they would sell the same part to my male friend. Do not trust them for any of my towing or scrap needs.

Horrible experience! AAA recommended them on my breakdown, I was going to tow to my house & find a shop but they insisted they could get me back on the road by the following Friday and take it to their shop. No communication at all, had to call them every few days and the story was always different, still they guaranteed it would be ready on the agreed upon date. Less than 24 hours before I was supposed to pick up, I called them when they opened, I was getting more & more nervous not hearing anything as the day approached, they were busy and said they would call back, never got a call. Called again 5 hours later, couldn’t get someone to explain exactly what was going on still and they told me to just get a new tow from someone else & pick it up!!! After 9 days of runaround and ZERO communication, the NERVE to get an attitude because I wanted to understand what was going on! Asked to speak to office manager or owner, first it was he was gone for the day… at 2pm? Then the next day he’s out on Friday… then called from a diff number was put on hold and once the receptionist realized it was me, “oh he’ll call when he comes in, he’s not in yet”….even tho they told me he was out on Friday mins before! Couldn’t speak to anyone to even see if my car was put back together to get a new tow! No customer service skills WHATSOEVER, receptionist just as bad as the service techs!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS if you expect transparency and communication while your vehicles serviced! No empathy at all, knowing people need their vehicle to work and you’re getting paid for a service! Idk how they stay in business, Im guessing big rigs and company accounts, but if you’re a regular joe your satisfaction DOES NOT MATTER TO THEM!!!Made a complaint with AAA as well, they should NOT be stamped or stand by a company like this! The reviews speak for themselves, lesson learned, TRUST THE REVIEWS!!!
Great towing and service experience! I went through my AAA membership to have a car towed from my home for repairs and every staff member was kind and helpful.
The worst! Had a vehicle blocking mines in a long parking lot. I had an emergency and that vehicle was blocking me. My husband called them and we waited for them for almost 2 hours. I called them again and the receptionist said she will call and see what’s going on with the driver. The driver calls my husband and says he wouldn’t be able to remove the vehicle until the morning. I was stuck in the middle of an emergency. This is ridiculous and I’m so upset. Y’all need to do better
Waiting for a tow truck to remove a car blocking my wife car for 2 hours for later been told that it wouldn’t happen until the next morning we having an emergency.

Wish I could give this place 0 stars. Super shady company, called for a tow and they damaged both my truck and my garage door by backing into it. Despite us witnessing it they denied any responsibility.

Had an incredibly easy experience today. Popped a tire and logged roadside help through my cars mobile app. Got a call immediately and they were on site in 20 minutes to quickly pop my spare tire on. Highly recommend!
My first encounter with them was absolutely awful the tow truck driver ended up throwing my key because he was too lazy to tow my vehicle another hour and half prior to “helping” and being rude to us before. The last time was great though I wonderful young kid came and helped tow my car in the freezing cold and apologized on his behalf and wished me the best of luck! Anyways do not recommend…
I never dealt with Northeast towing before, but I had my rear seal in my Chevy. Equinox had gone bad and I brought it down a screen chevrolet for them to look at they said it would cost 5500 to fix it plus I had to wait 3 days and get a run a car after 3 days. I called them back and ask them what the chances are that my vehicle will run after shelling out 5500$ and the girl told me about 50%, so I laughed at her and says, I'm going to have a tow truck. Come pick it up. I made a few phone calls
for prices and Northeast. Towing gave me a price that was incredible. They were done in three days they were absolute professionals and for being a triple, a member, I got a 10% discount. It's hard to find an honest mechanic nowadays, but I think I found one in Northeast towing
My mother and I were stranded at 3:00 AM with a dead battery while picking up medications at a 24 hour drive through pharmacy in Groton CT. We called our roadside assistance and they chose Northeast Towing & Transport LLC out of Norwich Ct to respond. Jamie was the responder on call...he notified us immediately that he was on his way...he arrived earlier than expected...he quickly organized the jump service...and above all was extremely polite and tremendously professional despite having to come out on a windy rainy night! I highly recommend Northeast Towing & Transport as an emergency responder for any technical breakdown, and if we had in fact needed a tow to a repair facility, I would have been fully confident in Jamie's ability to do so. I have had a few breakdowns over my years as a driver, and I have to say that Jamie provided the best emergency service I have ever had! Thank you Jamie for coming out in. the middle of the night to help us, we are very grateful for your service.
My husband and I started dating 10 years ago and decided to take a weekend trip to Mohegan Sun… as soon as we got off the highway our check engine light came on our car and it started to shake/had trouble accelerating.
