I want to give a huge shout-out from the rooftops to Dylan for going out his way today to make sure I got the correct breaks and rotors. I wasn’t sure if it was my front or back breaks and he was kind enough to bear the bitter cold to listen as I drive into a parking space. Dylan is a life saver!!! i recently went into lisbon auto zone looking for windshield wipers for my honda civic. i had no idea what i was doing or what to look for but as soon as i walked in the door i was greeted by a woman, i believe her name was Mckenzie. she was super kind and helped me locate exactly what i needed and answered all of the questions i had!! the customer service was excellent, i was in and out in no time. i will definitely be going back for all of my car needs going forward.

Went in to get a windshield wiper, and the guy was plainly rude for no reason. I understand it was early in the morning, but no need to have an attitude. I almost walked away Without buying what I needed, but then I’d be hurting myself. It’s Christmas guys, have a little compassion and empathy and try putting a smile on your face. Interactions like that kind of ruin your day
On November 12, I had an excellent experience at AutoZone in Lisbon Ct. The associate Robert Chabotte who helped me was absolutely helpful and incredibly kind. Robert was very patient with all my questions and I truly appreciated his professionalism. It was outstanding customer service from start to finish! To be very honest I did not even know there was a autozone in Lisbon near my job. It was so convenient not having to travel. The place was clean and neat. Once you walk in you are greeted and acknowledged. Definitely a place you want to do business with. Thank you Robert keep up the great customer service. Highly recommended!!
McKenzie (hope I spelled her name correctly) What an asset to the brand. I shop online and normally have things shipped direct to the shop however we had an emergency at 8:30pm on a Sunday night with one of our customers show cars leaking antifreeze on the showroom floor. A rare ACdelco lower radiator hose was needed asap. McKenzie answered the phone, said she verified the website info i gave her was correct, she had the hose in stock, the only one in Connecticut. I drove to Lisbon from New London and baddah bing, buddah boom. THE RIGHT PART, THE RIGHT STAFF, and a great smile.. Dayco part number 71311 was a direct fit. Promote, retain, and acknowledge her. These guys and gals are super helpful. They don't make anyone feel uncomfortable when they come in as they do understand that not everybody is up to snuff on what they need to do on their cars. Great job
Matt was great! I lost the windshield wiper during a snowstorm and was struggling to get my new wiper blade on. I randomly jumped off the highway and found Auto Zone in Lisbon. Although I was not a customer, Matt helped me out and I eventually ended up buying a wiper blade anyway. Great and caring service. I would definitely recommend this location
I've been in here 4 weeks in a row asking for a 3/8. In line fuel filter that you standardly stock on your end cap. And every week they tell me you'll order it and it'll be here on your truck. And then I stop in and it's not there and they assure me that it'll be on the next truck and I ask them to fix their inventory and all your people. Don't seem to know how to change inventory numbers so you never have any.I can't buy them from you. It would be very helpful if you could hire somebody who is not incompetent.
Came in to buy windshield wipers. The whole staff was helpful and attentive to me. Store was very clean and all staff was busy. I didn't know how to change the wipers so Devin offered to come out and help me install.
They sold me used brake pads once, another time I went to buy windshield wipers & the girl asked if my truck was 2WD or 4WD. Rob is cool, but other than him the rest of the employees I’ve met aren’t great
Horrible customer service! Went in earlier today to purchase a number of items. Two of which had defective aerosol nozzles. I came back less than an hour later and the guy at the register would not return/refund them because I did not have the receipt. I did have the card on me with which I purchased the products. He would not get a manager as he claimed he was there the longest. People want you to shop small business, but it is no wonder, with that kind of customer service, quite a few don’t make it. Needless to say, they have lost a repeat customer.
I stopped in to get a light bulb. Anything auto related is out of my wheelhouse. Devin assisted me & he was incredibly helpful! He told me what I needed. Then showed me where to find the bulbs; there were several options, and when I asked for a recommendation he easily could’ve taken advantage and recommended the most expensive option. THEN, he helped me replace them. But, he didn’t just replace them, he showed me how to do it! I really appreciate the extra time, his patience to make sure that I could do this on my own in the future, and the care he took to check and double check that everything was done right before I left. I had just gotten a new windshield wiper blade and was having trouble installing it. Alex came out to my car and took care of it. Very courteous and professional!
They put you in a hole and then they forget about you. I already been ahold. 3 times been put on hold. What's so important that I have to put on? Hold more than 3 times And then the hang up on you
Me and my fiancé went there to get a new battery, We tried installing it there bc the old battery was dead and needed to be jumped to start. A man named Devin M helped us get the battery and made sure we got the right one. Great guy!
My name is samthedingus! Had to change my brake pads for the first time ever. twas quite an adventure. But these guys helped me with every part of it; replaced any parts I got wrong, and guided me everywhere I needed to. Shout out to Devin and Carmen. I don't know much about cars so it's always nice to trust who I'm talking to.
I went in to get rotors and pads for my car and was immediately greeted by Carmen. I went to the Lisbon store today to purchase headlights. It was suggested LED's as they will last longer. He even offered to put them in for me. He took care of the customers coming in and managed to get my headlights put in. took him a mere 10 minutes at best. Great customer service to the store manager there. I'll be going back in the future..
The store manager was working alone it was fairly busy inside and he still managed to help everyone even installing parts in a friendly and timely manner. Good job Jonathan 👏
