Brought in our son's 2010 328i with only 75K miles which had developed extensive engine issues given its age after bringing it to an independent auto center and the local BMW dealership both of who said the car was not worth repairing; Ivan did a thorough analysis and found the issues to be repairable at a fraction of the cost than what the other shops estimated; so thankful that we brought it to Ivan so we can now continue to enjoy driving it instead of going to the junk yard or auction!
Ivan was very accommodating to our driver's schedule as his truck passed through Danbury Saturday in need of a CARB inspection. We will definitely be calling on the MATIC team for more inspections and any other services we may need while in the area.

I was in the rest area in Danbury temperature was below zero didnt know i turn my truck off when i try to start it up its wont start so i call this guys they come out about 1h and i was up and running thank your guys.
I called Matic inc and 30 seconds into talking with Ivan, I knew all would be fine. My truck got hit and my radiator got busted. Ivan got the parts needed same day and booked us for an appointment in the morning. Super professional and friendly staff here. They provided us a tow so we didn’t need to make anymore calls. 10min after the truck got to their yard, they started working on it. I wish the state trooper towed us to their yard first. They got us all squared away and we can now get back on the road and to our family. To the guys at Matic inc, I say thank you and I am truly appreciate.

I had a very complicated breakdown on my semi truck and these guys at MATIC Inc Transportation & Dispatch Service really saved me.
My transmission would not shift, ABS wasn’t working, and the truck had multiple electrical and clutch issues. They diagnosed everything, fixed the wiring, replaced the clutch, flywheel, solenoid, main seal, air supply line, and made sure the truck was running correctly before releasing it.
What I really respect is that they didn’t just throw parts at it — they actually found the problems and fixed them properly. Communication was clear, pricing was fair for this level of work, and they worked fast even though it was a big job.
If you have a semi truck, trailer, or need real roadside or mechanical help, this is the place.
