I came here the other day because my car key battery was low. I didn’t catch the name of the man that helped me, but I had a very good experience. He was both kind and helpful, he found the battery I needed and replaced it for me.
We came in looking to exchange a battery on a warranty and Tony helped us by upgrading to the more better version and now the warranty is for four years! They have good prices and help you avoid problems in the future.
I wasn’t even gon write this review but ima be petty cause I’m a local here n I came in 8:49 I get it yah bout to close but my car was extremely low on oil and I came to get some to do an oil change and they looked at me get out and walked to the back to hide from me until 9pm and the door was locked. Definitely not gon be comin back here.
Good selection of parts and tools with helpful, friendly staff. If they don't have what you need they're happy to order it or find you a store that does.
I went here recently for an oil change bundle and asked the girl behind the counter to get me the filter for the oil change bundle because the do not have the books to do it yourself anymore she gave me the wrong part number for the filter over charged me I the complain and got attitude why would she not say this isn't part of the bundle. Tried to get my money back and was unable successful only about half. Extremely disappointed probably won't go here again
Asked for help. The guy behind the counter was useless. The woman kind of tried to help. But she put little to no effort into it.
I left and went somewhere else!!
Parts mislabelled, Staff not helpful. They don't know their parts at all. When asked to find the matching part, they would say "you can return it if it doesn't fit". They will tell you they have 60 varieties in the back but they won't find the matching one for you.
Staff wasn't very friendly. When I walked in the door no one even asked if they could help me. They saw me walking around the store looking for stuff and yet they didn't even bother to ask if they could help!
Came in for my truck's headlight and asked the woman at the counter:
Me: hi I'm looking for a replacement lightbulb. Can you help me find the right one?
Her: (rolls her eyes) um yeah year make model?
Me: 2013 Chevy Silverado 2500
Her: ok so let's see tail light...
Me: no it's the front light
Her: (rolls her eyes again) ..the headlight...
Me: yeah
Her: H11 down that aisle...
I browsed around a bit, found my part, but decided not to buy it and just left.
She obviously was bothered to help me look for a part. There wasn't a line and she was just hanging out at the counter. On my way out she was having a smoke break. Maybe she was having a bad day? Maybe she gets annoyed when customers don't know what they want. Either way it wasn't a great experience.
This store is large and very well stocked. The employees there are professional, as well as very helpful. They had everything I needed to redo the lights and wiring on my 12 foot landscaping trailer.
I'd reccomend them for all of your automotive part needs.
***They do have plexiglass dividers that comply with the COVID safety rules.
Very pleased with the service. They had my order ready and waiting. Funny thing, when the xlerk brought my parts to the counter, I looked and asked where the other Item was and they said that I only ordered 1. So I checked my confirmation email and sure enough I did only order 1. So my fault I purchased another one. ?
I shop this location a few times a month and have had nothing but good things to say about the people that work here. When I come in, Richard is quick to say hello and help me with parts or questions. If they don't have what I need right then and there, they order it and generally have it within 24hrs. The other people in the store are good and dependable as well.
The guy behind the counter didn't even acknowledge that I was standing in front of him. Didn't seem knowledgeable about vehicles at all. I asked him to help me change a fuse and he absolutely refused, so I asked for a screwdriver and it took him over 20 minutes to find a simple regular screwdriver. Unbelievably LAZY & RUDE!
The employee's were not very helpful. They pretty much told me to try elsewhere for hydraulic lifts openers for my toolboxes. I went to O'Reilly. They were super helpful. Measured my old lifts ordered me new one's.
The staff leaves a ton of room for improvement. They are not mean. Most are just slow and lazy. I only go there on an emergency basis. Your phone will say there is a part.... It probably isn't there. I was there the other day. 3 different customers came in for pretty basic stuff. All were turned away and told to try Bristol. I wouldn't waste my time.
Nice young man named ZACK that works here was the nicest, polite, professional I have ever met at this chain. He helped me with so much patients. (So hard to find today) Thank you again Zack keep up the great work!
My boyfriend went there to get a thermostat hose and a lady that worked there said all they have is the hose in the back. So she cute the hose from a rem of hoses. He was very frustrated with her he told her 3 times that that hose wasn't going to work. It didn't have a bend in it. It was a heater hose. I will never be a customer from there ever again. She shouldn't even be working there.
This is my local store and I tend to stop in quite a bit. I never have a problem there. The staff is always knowledgeable and friendly. If they don't have the parts I need in stock, they get them in quickly.
Besides shopping here, I had an experience where my chihuahua ran into the parking lot and a young employee saw him and brought him to me when I couldn't find him. Above and beyond!
I called ahead, they had the wipers I needed, put them on fir me. Took all of 10 minutes. Everyone is polite, helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you guys!
