Went to leave the job found I had dead battery nobody around! Just before 5pm went all the shops close up got hold of Ct automotive LLC nice lady came out and gave me jump start saved my bacon!
Ran out of gas on the highway then my battery died..Debra took my vehicle without trying to help me... All I needed was a jumpstart but she doesn't carry a jumpbox! So she towed my vehicle..
The next morning I called to see how much it was going to be to get my vehicle she hung up on me and told me she was sleeping! When I went to get my car the windows were down and there was snow all in my car!
My car needed a tow my insurance Co. could not find anyone and after my calling of 3 places I called CT Towing, Debra was wonderful!!!! Should have called her in the 1st place. Car broken down at awkward location at an intersection. Police called towing and CT auto showed up in 15 minutes, considering the distance it was like immediately hit the road after they received the request. Never saw any towing company did such professional and swift job. Back up, lower ramping, winch, and chain down, all happened so fast like no waste of any motion. Back to the shop got the issue fixed right away. Definitely recommend this towing service!
The driver was very professional. Called for a tow and was there in ten minutes this never happens. Very friendly quick and efficient. Would recommend this company to anyone who needs a tow.
Lady answered the phone very unprofessional, all I asked was for a quote over the phone a she couldn’t even give me an exact number she said she didn’t do the math. Very unprofessional an I would never recommend

Driving through town and our truck broke down in the middle of the main road. Submitted a claim through our insurance and the company they used told us 75 minutes before they could get there. Mind you our truck full of our kids, my husband, and I were sitting in the middle of traffic going both ways around us. A state trooper called Debra and she was there within 10 minutes!! Had the truck loaded and out of the middle of the main road in probably 2 minutes! She was so wonderful! We have used CT Automotive once before and will definitely use her every time we need a tow!
The owner is wonderful and friendly. As a firefighter, I’m Impressed with what they towed out of woods and embankments. Like that her shop is easy on off rt 8 making it easy to find and responds quick in the area. Highly recommend when your having one of those days.

Thanks to Debbie from CT Automotive for her genuine kindness when she towed my car. I was amazed at how quickly she got to me and had me out in no time! I would recommend her to anyone.
Watch out this lady will try and benefit from your loss. She told me my engine sounded "not good at all" not to mention she took it upon her self to tell me my car was not worth fixing. I tool it to get an estimate anyway and found what i already expected the engine was fine and the car was far from totaled. I believe she tries to get people to sign the title over to her company and make money off the cars in auctions.
