I love the workers there! They provide great service at a very fair price, and they're the only place I've gone to where I feel very comfortable and not feel like I'm being talked down to or potentially taken advantage of as a younger woman. I've been going to them for a few years now and they remember past issues I've had with my car without even needing to look at my info, which helps them take care of my car.
Single female traveling alone from Long Island to MA. Tire blew out, luckily close to northwest auto. John, the owner and his staff were a God send. They put on my spare and ordered a new tire which was installed the next day.

Terrible business, they believed my car didn’t have a “catalytic converter” when the computer said it clearly did. I have paperwork from THE SAME DAY DONE BY A DIFFERENT SHOP. This was for emissions, the company disregards your thoughts and knowledge on the car because they believe they are better than others. Below, I will attach a photo of the emissions done on the same day of this review by a different ship stating I have one. Would not recommend to anyone around, sketchy and uniformed mechanics who don’t know what they’re doing. I was also just informed that this company LET AN ILLEGAL VOLKSWAGEN GTI pass emissions with a straight pipe and not catalytic converter. Sad.
Had some transmission shifting issues, and failed inspection for check engine light. It wound up being a few worn out cables, Charles and crew were able to schedule and appointment, and complete the work on time, and at a fair price! I will be a steady customer going forward when I need something repaired promptly!
This place has amazing customer service! Charles helped us to get a temp tag in order to us to drive back home to Idaho. Very friendly, quick and professional. He helped us with all our concerns and had us on our way. We definitely will be coming back! Highly recommend!

I was told they would register a car that I had purchased elsewhere so I wouldn't have to spend the day at the dmv. I was in and out within about half an hour with a new registration and plates. It was simple and so much better than the dmv! The guy working was very nice, knowledgeable and efficient. The inside was clean and very nice as well.
I just had my car in for an oil change. Unbelievable promotional price, quick turnaround, and quality people both at the desk and in the garage. Impressed with the quality of the facility, and definitely left with the intention to be a repeat customer.
Just has my car worked on here, to have someone explain exactly what’s wrong and exactly what they had to do to fix it in common terms was great! Done in a timely fashion, and staff was great!
