Very kind, competent, and efficient. Not only were all my questions answered when I called to schedule my service, the agent made sure to look up my vehicle, let me know there was a recall, and scheduled time to address this. This saved me so much time and potential stress. The day of my appointment couldn't have been smoother. I'm so glad to have Lombard as a service center for my Bronco.

I bought my 2014 and 2022 F150 from Lombard Ford and since then I've had all my service completed by them. I've been very satisfied with there work and was always treated with respect. Lombard Ford has a great service department with highly professional employee's. I have and will continue to recommend Lombard Ford to my friends and anyone looking for a new/used vehicle.

I recently entered the market for a used truck. After visiting 10 or so other dealerships in CT and MA, including several of the “big” dealers, I found myself frustrated and unhappy with the sales tactics and general lack of customer service being provided. Enter Lombard Ford where Steve and his twin brother Jeff were exceptional from the first phone call. They were knowledgeable about the trucks, communicated well, and got back to me when they said they would. In person, the purchasing process was simple and clear. No games. A competitive list price from the beginning meant very little negotiating was required, though they still worked with me to get the deal I wanted. Mike in finance is a class-act. He walked us through every document and explained everything clearly, and the paperwork was completed quickly. This family-run dealership offers the exact customer experience every other dealer should strive for. Can’t recommend them enough. Thanks again guys!

Shady dealership. Do not buy a car there. The mechanic acknowledged the noise my car was making, said it wasn't normal and needed service. Once I brought it in, they tell me it's a normal sound and they won't be doing anything about it. Mr. Lombard has not returned my call.

I recently had an issue with my motorhome tire and called to have it repaired . They were very quick to service it and had a team of technicians to get this fix done . The service manager was excellent to deal with . I have had service done here many times with positive results . Thank you guys for fixing my issue . You guys ROCK !!!!

Lombard Ford has a great service department with very helpful, informative and kind people working there. On my last visit I arrived 24 hours ahead of my planned service...yes one complete day early. They never mentioned my error but took my car in and did the service like it was an expected service that day. It wasn't until I got home and realized my mistake that I discovered how kind everyone was. My new brakes are working just great. It is with pleasure I recommend this fine establishment.

Although I never personally purchased my Fords from Lombard Ford I have been a customer of there's for at least twenty five years. They do all the service and repairs to my mini fleet . I have always been treated as a valuable customer and friend. They always leave me satisfied and fairly treated as a customer.

This review is for Emma in the Extended Service Plan/Warranty department. I submitted an online inquiry and received a phone call shortly later. Emma took the time to explain the different options and coverages available. Plus my vehicle was eligible for another incentive. If you are looking for an ESP, these are your people.

These guys are running a scam. Going to file a complaint with ford corporate too. Took the truck in for an oil change besides the upsell, they pull a scam by bringing the two receipts your copy and their copy to the payment desk. They expect you to pay before seeing the copy. My girlfriend insisted on seeing the copy which had extra charges. She asked the check out window what are the extra charges for. The check out window says she has no idea what the chargers are for. My girlfriend takes our copy to the service desk and says “um i have a …” before she can finish her sentence the two guys start to talk and one says oh i think think i know what it is. The other guy says i bet you caught the error before she was going to finish her sentence. They then take her copy back and adjust the “errors” for the work. It is an obvious scam otherwise how would you know what the customer was going to say before she says it. I would say they are scam artist but to be an artist it takes skill. If you decide to use this dealer think twice and also check your receipts before paying. Can’t believe ford corporation allows them to operate. Their deceitful practices are what drives people from the brand. Total nonsense. We will never have our oil changed here. Would not be surprised if they go out of business. Was going to buy a new car while we are in the area. Guarantied it will not be from them. They should be ashamed of their actions.

I brought my truck in for warranty work. It took over 4 months to get it back and it came back with more issues than it started with. Then when I looked into the new issues my self I found all sorts of cobbled together wiring as seen in my pic. Some of this was fixed by a different ford dealer under warranty but they could only do so much.

Excellent experience! Steve was welcoming from the start and very patient as I was indecisive which model I wanted. Communication is on point 100%! I absolutely love my vehicle from Lombard Ford!

We recently purchased a Ford Ranger from Lombard Ford. It was without a doubt the best experience we ever had purchasing a vehicle. The sales staff at Lombard Ford are true professionals. They are very efficient and extremely helpful with every step in the processes of purchasing a vehicle.

I was fortunate to find Lombard Ford online for the purchase of a Ford Extended warranty quote. I was contacted by Mike Mans and he was extremely helpful, professional, knowledgeable about the warranties and had a willingness to work with folks from Texas. After researching numerous dealerships both by phone and online I found Lombard Ford and Mike to be the preferred dealership choice for my extended warranty. They have the best pricing, outstanding customer service and are great to work with. I will contact Mike in the future for all of my warranties needs, I just wish I lived closer to the dealership for future auto purchases since I have no doubt that they would be the preferred Ford dealership.

From the moment I got there I felt that staff were very attentive and friendly. And this was just before an impending snowstorm. At no time did I feel pressured to buy a car on the spot. Knowledgeable staff made me feel very comfortable and made my decision to purchase the car that much easier. Once the process was started they worked diligently to not prolong the paperwork aspect. On a side note, I had a flat a week later (a bolt I picked up elsewhere). They were gracious enough to fix it for me at no cost. Just adding to my overall feeling of my experience with them. I would recommend them to anyone.

When my dad took ill, Lombard was there with a vehicle and service I needed to run the farm. After my late husband's accident, Lombard found me the type of used vehicle he wanted and gave us the service we needed for our busy schedules. After my husband passed, Lombard continued and still does meet my needs. They do the best they can for their customers, and help them keep track of their service needs. They also contribute to local fundraisers and are an important asset to our local communities. I have done business there for over 30 years.

Slow with poor customer expectation management. I had two recent experiences with Lombard Ford Service. Both experiences took almost twice as long as expected. Had I known how long it would take, I would have arranged to drop the car off instead of waiting. The waiting area looks like something right out of 1975, with shabby uncomfortable furniture and ancient snack vending machines. A coffee machine, some new and more comfortable furniture, and maybe some pleasant music would go a long way to making the experience more tolerable. But the most important improvement would be better communication. Most people will understand that things don't always go as planned, but not knowing what is is taking so long creates frustration and disappointment. Managing expectations is probably the most important thing a service writer can do to keep customers happy and something Lombard Ford needs to improve.

Lombard Fords salesmen, financial department and service department are the reason I drive all the way there when I live minutes from another Ford dealership !!! Having a conversation every time there with owner Rob is always a plus.

Without question the best dealer experience I have ever had. From Mark Jones in sales to Mike Mans in Business and especially to Rob Lombard, everyone was totally competent everything was completed as expected. If you are looking for an honest dealer without all the nonsense I've seen elsewhere, this is the place to go.

Dropped my truck off for some service and a recall. When I picked up my recall was not done and my truck was outside parked in the lot. I had to arrange a ride so I picked up my truck and would bring it back for the recall. When I got home I noticed that they never rotated my tires but said they did on the invoice. I made a second appointment for a tire rotation and recall and spent my Saturday morning back at the dealer for this simple task. On Wednesday (first time using the truck since repair) my tire pressure light came on. My truck calls for 60psi in the front and 80psi in the rear and they had one front tire with 80 and one rear with 80, so they never properly set my tire pressure after moving them. I also truly believe they only rotated the drivers side and that would explain why everything wasn’t completely reversed. Management has been great but I feel like these techs are not following procedures, which is concerning on such simple tasks.

I bought my Bronco from Lombard. Pre ordered in July 2020. Received on Jan 31st 2022. I expected it to take this long, and everyone at Lombard was fantastic. Supply Chain issues, Covid, all out of everyone's control. They communicated through the whole process. Picking up was painless and smooth. The car is fantastic, Ford knocked it out of the park. There are many stories from dealers around the country charging huge markups on Broncos. Lombard kept the MSRP. They could charge what they wanted, but for my pre-order, they held the commitment. I would certainly recommend them to anyone. Truly was a great experience. Do yourself a favor. Give them a shot, and make buying a car as painless as can be. Thanks Lombard! I saw my dream truck on Carlist (F150). Sent an email to these great people and Barbara called me the next day. I took a drive way up there and the experience was nothing short of wonderful. Knowledgeable, professional, helpful, patient and dedicated crew helped me to make my dream come true. I have my truck in less than a week!!....actually, 3 working days. I am still blown away but the service and the experience of Steve and the crew. I even got to meet the owner who is a gem of a person, great man!! I recommend anyone looking for a Ford truck to take the drive and experience service at its optimum best!!

Lombard Ford is the best! And so is Dan!!! My mother in law has been going there since 1988! She referred me and I am so glad that she did! Dave and Dan are a powerhouse team! And Mike is also great! They made sure that I understood everything that was going on and being a first time dealership buyer this was so important to me. They made sure I understood every step and were very helpful with any questions that I did have! I was skeptical being a first time buyer and was amazed at the service and the humanity that I received there! 10/10 would definitely recommend :)

Good face to face experience, happy with the car now, required much more additional investment than expected for the amount of money paid. Will not be a repeat buyer. Update: 10/11/2020 Put 2,500 miles on this car (Total of 12K), car making a throbbing sound on the highway,, thought it was a front bearing. Turns out the issue was not bearings, but after Ford had the car for a week, they discovered the issue was 3 of the 4 tires had a flat spot. So add another $1,200.

I purchase a Certified 2017 Ford Mustang GT Convertible from Lombard Ford. They had the largest inventory of Mustangs I have ever seen. I made my choice on their website than spoke to salesman Steve Weir. Steve was friendly and professional, a pleasure to deal with, answered all my questions and always replied to my emails. I drove 1 1/2 hours to Lombard Ford and I was blown away. No tricks, no gimmicks, and no pressure. The factory Mustangs were pristine, my grabber blue GT had only 4800 miles and was loaded. I saved $12,000 over new. Then Lombard agreed to store the vehicle for me until winter was over. They also installed a performance exhaust for me before I took delivery. If you are looking for a Ford, especially a Mustang take the drive to Lombard. The Best dealership I have ever dealt with and this is my 5th Ford.

Whenever you are purchasing a used vehicle sight unseen, it is always a daunting and weary filled practice. Upon finding an online ad for a similar vehicle, I contacted Lombard Ford in Connecticut to inquire if they had a vehicle with my desired specifications. My call was answered by Barbara Dew, who was not only courteous and patient but also very diligent in keeping me abreast of her vehicle search results. Even after I informed her that I had several dealerships looking for the same vehicle, she was still adamant that she can find the car which I wanted. Several minutes later, she informed me that she had located the car within a new shipment of vehicles that Lombard Ford was getting and that even though the car was not in the system, she was sure it meet my qualifications. Surely enough, over a few days, we were able to verify the vehicle. Barbara was a god-send in this process. Every question was answered, every inquiry addressed, and all worries satiated. When it came to financing and registration, Mike and Mary were likewise helpful in explaining all my financing options, getting the paperwork to me overnight, and informing me of all the subsequent steps required to receive my vehicle. I am now the proud Georgia owner of the vehicle I have always wanted. Many thanks for Barbara and crew for their exceptional service.
