Since my last review, the owner contacted my roommate and told him at the end of last week. He would be on the phone with the insurance company Monday getting parts. That was this past monday here it's going on Thursday. Nothing has been done. We're trying to call the body shop and nobody's answering at the shop. So I contacted my credit card company that I used to pay the deductible and I PUT THE DEDUCTION $500.00 INTO DISPUTE. Now the body shop WILL NOT BE GETTING PAID!!!
SOMEONE NEEDS TO CALL TONY TONIGHT OR TOMORROW
I WELL BE BUSY MAKING PHONES AND COMPLAINS.
THIS WELL BE THIRD TIME FOR FIXING FALLING OFF PART ON FRONT OF TRUCK, FRONT END ALIGNMENT WAS MESSED UP ON IMPACT FROM ACCIDENT AND ALL THE INSURANCE AND BODY SHOP WANT TO DO IS NICKEL AND DIME GOOD HONEST HARD WORKING PEOPLE. WELL NOW IF THIS DON'T WORK MY NEXT STEP IS TO FILE COMPLAINT TO CONSUMER PROTECTION AND THEN TO THE DEPARTMENT OF MOTOR VEHICLES TO HAVE AN INVESTIGATION DONE. THIS IS TOTALLY RIDICULOUS!!!

If there was a no star rating this would be the time I would use a NO STAR RATING !! DESPICABLE EXPERIENCE! After they toke 2 weeks. I told them when dropping off TOCOMA that because of accident it's alignment was off. They told me after I picked up the vehicle that the alignment the 1st time when they put a in complete chrome grille, that was damaged on the front of my car and called it done. Thinking I was an idiot and wouldn't notice it. They had it parked and said it was done WHEN IT WASN'T, That time was w/ Pat the OWNER Then 2nd time Pat was on vacation and partner tells me alignment wasn't done after pat told me it was!! He gave me a B/S LINE telling me that the insurance company would not authorize front alignment, When there was front end damage by the wheel. Then, I asked them what the excuse was for a damaged front grille, that was missing Chrome all across the top. Edge, and they told me the vehicle was done. Had I not pointed it out, it would have been a problem, so they had to keep the vehicle for another two weeks to order a new grille and replace the new grille. When they should have done it right? The first time they tried to get over on us. Not thinking we would notice a damaged grille. Then, when I went to close the hood, one of the plastic pieces under the passenger side, headlight fell out onto the ground. When I told them what kind of shabby work this was they told me they fix it, but they have to keep the car, which meant I wasted. The day returning a car that didn't need to be returned Luckily, I still had the rental. Then, when we went back to get it, the second time. All looked well. I do oil change few days ago, I open hood up to do oil change. Then I close hood and the piece under the light on both sides fall off. Now i'm missing the one on the driver's side and one on the passenger side. This is really the worst body shop experience I ever had. To think that I thought that we would get better service because my roommate went to school with the owner and in fact, we probably got the worst service Imaginable, even though he went to school with him. I TOLD RAY I WOULD NEVER WANTED TO GO HERE !! NOW I GET TO TELL HIM I RIGHT AGAIN!

Another wonderful experience at Unionville Autobody! Having five cars in our family, we are bound to "visit" UA at least once a year! So very thankful for this small town business I can trust and a business that is known in town, for decades, for their honesty! I wouldn't know the first thing about autobody repairs or a paint job but I do know I can put all my trust in Pat, the owner. He actually took the time to help me understand the process, which is not easy when dealing with insurance. My insurance tried to dictate the repairs but after speaking with Pat and his team, they worked it all out. Thank God because I would NOT have the patience like Pat and his team do. You can tell this business has integrity as EVERYONE in town refers them for their service. They are the "Go To" for the Valley! Solid 5 STAR!
They are phenomenal!! I can’t recommend this auto body shop enough! After calling several places that wouldn’t even look at my Volkswagen, they gave me a great estimate, were upfront and honest, and fixed everything within the exact timeframe they promised. They even completed a last-minute service I asked for. They did exactly what they said they would do — and my car looks better than when I bought it. I walked in nervous and unsure of what to expect, but they completely put me at ease. This is the only place I’ll be going from now on. I truly appreciate their work
My wife went to get an appraisal on her bumper at the request of our insurance agency. The man she spoke to told her at the start that the car would be a total loss before even giving it any serious look, then gave an appraisal that was found by other mechanics and auto body shops to be over $2000 more than it should be for this type of work. We will not be using them now or ever as a result.
What you need to know before you go. Call Ahead, this Auromotive Technical Shop is busy. WHY, because they are True Professionals period.
In for an oil change at 8;30 am out at 9:10. Cost, didn't even look, that's how confident I was/am with the service/experience. All said; Do It ~ SDM 10/2025.
Unionville Autobody is amazing! I hit a curb and knocked off the underbody cover. They fixed my car in less than 24 hours for a very reasonable price, and also helped my son (who drove me down to pick up my car) fix his twisted seatbelt. Everyone is very knowledgeable and professional. We’ve used them for years and have never been disappointed.
Unionville Auto Body was recommended by a friend. They are fantastic. I had a small accident and ended up with blue paint and a slight dent in my car. Unionville Auto Body fixed it in a matter of minutes. The car looks perfect. The dealership wanted $4,000 and would take a week for the same repair.

Took my car to be fixed. It took forever ordered the wrong parts and when the parts to came in after a couple weeks, the paint didn’t match. Nothing lined up horrible do not recommend this place to anybody bad customer service would not be a return customer Don’t recommend
They did some work on one of our cars. Excellent! I hope we never need to go back but if the need arises, we will definitely call Unionville Auto Body! They’re a great team.
I would NOT go here to save my life! The guy was rude and talked down to me the entire time. I asked about having an OEM widebody kit painted and installed along with the hood, and he said he couldn't guarantee the fitment and that he didn't trust aftermarket products. He was snooty and wouldn't take the time to listen or look that it was OEM. Too many red flags with this business, and he sure didn't seem to care either. Do not go here!
After (stupidly) damaging my Volvo’s front fender on some rocks in a parking lot, I called around to a bunch of auto body places (and kept striking out), but Unionville Auto Body should have been my first stop. It definitely will be the first place I go if need any work done in the future.
I ended up driving there unannounced to get an estimate and they were great. They were super friendly, talked me through what they’d be doing, we’re transparent about costs, and made it all super straightforward.
The called me to schedule the repair as soon as the part came in, and the work was done quickly and incredibly well. When I picked my car up it looked amazing. They didn’t say they had cleaned it, but it definitely looked like it had been touched up.
Either way, save yourself the hassle of tracking down an auto body repair shop and just go here. Thanks again guys.
You know, this is one of those places you avoid like the plague, right? No one wants to be in an accident. No one wants to deal with the hassles of getting their car fixed. Well, if and when you may need these guys; they are here to help and do a great job. Pat, Fred and Taylor are friendly and helpful and get the job done beautifully.

My 2011 Jeep.Grand Cherokee had a bunch of dents, dings along whole left side of car, and a scratch/schmoosh on back rear panel. Went to UAB, got a quote and a week scheduled for the work to be done. Everything was explained well, we came.in under the estimate, they had the car M-F and my car looks brand new!! I can't believe the difference. I had gotten used to it being old and looking old. I had underestimated how much I would love having a car that doesn't look junky. Everyone was so kind and down to earth at the shop. Appreciated the quality of work and treatment.
Did an amazing job on my car repairs and worked with my car insurance on everything. Honest, reliable and professional. I will be doing all of my repairs with them going forward.

i bought 2010 toyota camry for 4K, took to dealer for inspection.They asked 5.5K for maintaince and changing the parts.😬😬😬
i went to him, he checked the car and told me that the parts the dealer want to change will go for another 100.000 mile from today.No need to change.
Today i paid him 247 $, for the things needed to be done.
Absolutely honest man.i am moving from unionville in a couple of months later but will drive 1.5 hours to come him again for maintaince 👍
