Waited a month to leave this review. Dave was awesome to work with. My plans changed a lot. He was very open to being available even though my schedule was terrible. He was honest, quick, and super chill. More importantly, the truck has been great! I would absolutely do business with them again.

Do Not Even Visit This Place! You Will Be Met In The Parking Lot By Open Hostility! So I called a few days ago to inquire about a truck, I finally got a chance today to swing by to take a look at them. I happen to have my dogs with me and took them out of the truck with me on leashes and began walking the lot. Before I could even get close to any of the vehicles, I was confronted by a tattooed man who told me to leave. I tried to explain to him that I was there to look at his trucks, and he told me he did not care! I also explained that I had bags with me and if my dogs left a mess, I would clean it up. Again, he said he didn’t care and told me to go somewhere else. Yeah, this is a place that would take care of you after a sale! I wouldn’t buy anything from this dealership. Anyone who treats customers like this has serious issues, and certainly does not care about anyone or anything!! So the response from the business was not an apology for treating a perspective customer with two dogs (miniature Dachshunds) like a burglar , but rather to justify their inappropriate behavior with irrationally based fears. Do a lot of people show up with dogs to do their business in the lot for some reason? Does this business assume anyone with pets can’t be a customer and must be there to just walk their dogs ? In any case, I did buy a truck that day, just not at Suffield Auto Sales. I had my dogs with me and was given an appropriate greeting. The salesman made friends with my dogs by petting them instead of assuming something was about to shoot out of them. He made a sale. Again, Buyers beware!

The vehicle was nice but had to spend another 2 thousand on repairs I was told were all set to get it to pass inspection. But overall people service was OK. In regards to your comment about being 7 months. That's not what I'm referring to. Because I have check engine light and gas cap issues right now that I don't know the cost to fix. I'm referring to the original inspection that I couldn't pass. I have receipts and failed inspection reports. I think the person that does your 101 point inspection can't count that high. I'm not going to blame it all on you but you should look into who does your inspections.

Bought a Silverado here. The interior driver door was held together with tape. He was going to replace it but supposedly could never get the parts. Even worse he had tied the spare tire up under the bed because the mount was so rusted (my had for not noticing it). I discovered that a couple weeks ago when my spare tire feel off the truck while I was driving on the highway. It spun across multiple lanes of traffic. Luckily it didn’t cause any damage.

Looked at a few different trucks to determine what I want. They all look good. Depends on what you want to spend. And Dave hooked me up with the 2012 Silverado. I love it. I looked at it many times to decide if that's what I want and it was. He had a few on the lot and they all look great.trucks are very clean inside and out.All of them. Still love my truck. No problems with it.

I’ve had my 2010 Silverado ltz for about a month now. The truck has been great and I love it. Dave Made the process of buying very easy. The truck has had no issues and I will recommend anyone to go here to buy a truck. I am usually not one to buy from small dealerships because they like to scam people. I have bought three used cars in my life and I have felt pushed by every dealer into every car I left with. Dave took an entirely other approach to this and was very laid back. He asked questions about what I wanted and didn’t want. Dave found the perfect Jeep for me and at a great Price as well. He stands behind his product and keeps his word!! Every vehicle on the lot was better than anything I saw at 10 other dealers in Ct, Ma, VT and Nh. Dave, the owner, is a straight shooter, professional, knowledgeable, great to work with as he is relaxed and not a pushy used car salesman, a cool guy that genuinely will talk with you outside the subject of buying a vehicle and has the integrity of a person that I would be friends with. When we came to an agreement on price, he extended his hand to shake on it which was sincere and concrete like the way things used to be when a handshake was considered more than a signature. Had a very bad experience with Dave that works here! Sold Me a jeep for my 16 year old son that has been nothing but problems!! Knowing it was for a young kid the breaks went bad after he was driving it for 20 mins and has been one thing after another since don't trust him!!!! You didn't fix the brakes and also Bill of sale didn't state as is I will be reporting to dmv tomorrow also you scamed me and told nothing but lies about the jeep idk who would in danger a young kids life by selling a jeep with all these problems especially brakes pretty low.. everything you sell is junk wish I was informed about you but I will let everyone know not to buy nothing from you!!!

I ended up not getting a jeep through these guys yet. However, if I need a used jeep I am coming back. Dave and his mechanic are incredibly courteous and knowledgeable. They are also very respectful of boundaries and I don't think I heard a single ounce of pressure in Dave's voice. The banks used are amazing and do provide incredible rates even for lower standings. I know I didn't buy one this time but if I ever make it back I will be purchasing from this seller. BEST USED JEEP DEALER OUT THERE.

First let me start by saying you’d be hard pressed to find a better used vehicle dealership. I contacted Dave on a Saturday night around 6. He responded in minutes and we were at the dealership on Sunday morning before noon. He assured me over the phone that I would not be let down and I had obviously only seen pictures. He was right. The vehicle or we chose was incredible as was the price. It was obvious that the rest of the vehicles on his lot were every bit as good as the one I chose. By 2:30 the deal was done. Not only is Dave a great guy, his staff are alike. Would highly recommend these folks if your looking for a quality used vehicle. Thanks guys!

If you’re looking to by a car from honest, reliable people this is the place to go! I was nervous about buying my first car after hearing so many horror stories about being ripped off, but Dave and Amber have made this experience a great one. I purchased a 2004 Jeep Liberty from them in January and it was in great condition. After driving it for a few weeks, I noticed some minor issues with the car and reached out to Dave. He had me bring my car in right away and took care of it under the 30 day warranty. The fact that they even offer a 30 day warranty proves that they have nothing to hide. Yesterday, I was having another issue and reached out to Dave and again he told me to bring my car in right away so that he can take care of it. I’m very happy with the customer service they have shown. They’ve made me feel very comfortable in dealing with them and I definitely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a used car. Especially a Jeep. When I’m ready to upgrade to a Wrangler, I’ll definitely be reaching out to them. Plus, Dave has a cool beard!

I purchased a jeep from this place and had an issue with brake lights not working and a transmission solenoid rendering the vehicle into 4th gear. The problems were fixed under the warranty. Dave had to utilize his network to get the problem fixed as soon as possible. Much help from Dave and the ladies at the desk. Very customer friendly! I would recommend to others and will probably do business there in the future.
