But other that they were ok and as long as you have all the right documents and info you shouldn't worry about much. The staff was helpful. My vehicle was stripped clean of my personal items and they helped me figure out through their excellent record keeping when and where it happened.
It was my first visit to the place with a friend to pick up a car. I was very surprised to see that the state allows them to put 7000 volts electric fence to secure the place. I am not sure if this even ok by state code.
