I dont think you guys care about it but $29 dollar for a night parking is crazy. Shame on you we know that you guys are taking advantage of the location and you guys know that there is no other parking around the area. I wish someone will open a spot close to you guys.

Stay away from this place I had them do a front seal on my International Lone Star and one week later it was pouring out gear oil also when they put it all back together they put my brake Springs on wrong with screwed up my whole brakes on that axle I had to take it to the international dealer and have them fix it they even took pictures and we sent them to Travel Centers of America and they did nothing about this if they don't contact me soon I'm going to call an attorney because the international dealer said those brakes could have froze up and I could have died driving that truck so you guys better get a hold of me Travel Centers of America because we've got pictures and proof of everything of what you did have a nice day and if I could have gave zero Stars I would have

It used to be a 5 Star 76. Then changed to TA It has gone to a 0. Corporate? Destroyed this place. It was our family weekly stop for decades. Greatest Food, Menu, Buffet 5 ⭐. NOW? Fast food, Nothing "trucker" about it's inside area. Franchises, Corporate stained No more interesting items to buy. No souvenirs, Clothing, Truck accessories GONE!! We can't even stay to rest the night in shrunken parking lot for our Escorts. Or family without someone BANGING their door into your car! It's a Sodium, Junk food,Joyless visit. I went in today. Just to see if it improved..? Used to have Patriotic, Native American items in corner. Such a loss. I'll never go and keep on trucking by no matter how tired. Popeyes? Seriously? The Institutional buffet everybody loves must go out of area. No more buttery blueberry pancakes, syrup, bacon,eggs. All the franchises that are in there you can find literally almost a dozen of them just within a few miles the truck stop. I would absolutely not recommend anybody go here. If you were here back in the day even in the 90s you would know what I'm talking about. This was the best place in the entire I don't need to go to either as a family or is a driver. It is none of the above anymore. It's just another over glorified convenient shop and don't even get me going on the prices. And the very least it could have at least gone with shell gasoline. V93 specifically is actually very vital up in this part of the country. Anyhow the horse has been down and doesn't look like it's getting back up

This is why you can't get parking at ta. Local otr driver parking there truck in free parking. That's why I had to pay to park in reserve parkin

Fuel pump at the truck-trailer side not the regular car side, needs a lot of attention. This was the third TA station had the same issues Either the pump froze after proceeding the payment Or the pump stop pumps the fuel after certain amount of gallon And the staff responded so late to the problem. Why? I have no idea. But this is so inconvenience Other than that everything was like any other TAs

Paid ahead for a reserved spot $25 and all the reserved spots where occupied when I arrived. Nether Naishalee or the attendant were willing to provide any assistance. Oh and def pump was broken 1/5 avoid if possible 11/23/25 22:30

The pay to park has got out of hand, if you can make a spot somewhere out of the way, they wake you around 4-5 pm. You need to be in a spot so they can charge for parking. I won't be back as a customer. Getting woke up banging on my door while im getting rested to drive at night. This company is failing its purpose to hardworking drivers.

I frequently come by here because it’s in my route and I go to the reserve parking for my overnight. Let me tell you the best thing they did was get a new parking attendant!!. They had this guy that was there chubby brown skin his name is Sigfredo if you see him avoid this lot like the plague. He isn’t helpful at all. He sits on his cart and be on his phone all night then he comes buy threatening to call the police or tow you if you don’t give him $25 for a spot. I’ve watched him ask for $25, $20 $15 and even $10 cash only and if you don’t have it he will tow your truck and call the police. He drives by the thrash cans and leave them full it probably isn’t his job but come on man you’re in a cart and it’s right there in your face. I believe he is on vacation or gone because I haven’t seen him but he is by far the worst !!!!!!. The new guy with long braids and light skin didn’t get his name is very polite and helpful. I’ve seen him give alternatives to people who didn’t have the money to pay and he takes the thrash out too !!!.

Horrible truck stop. Most off the pumps are always broken. Parking lot designed by a 2 year old. And always dirty.

Came to this location for our six month DOT Inspection and were assured that it would only take a few hours. Almost seven hours later, we are still waiting. Excuses have ranged from ‘He’s out to lunch and will get you when he gets back.’ (He didn’t) and ‘He’s out for a roadside repair.’ (He came back but has to go back out again) to ‘We had a shift change and I don’t know what happened.’ So now we continue to wait since our day is already wrecked due to their lack of effort and concern. Do yourself a favor and avoid this TA at all costs, unless of course you already hate your life and feel the need to punish yourself some more.

We drive a camper and had left a message for the manager to ask about reserved parking. Didnt get a call back so we planned to skip this TA but after getting a late start we end up there and decided to park in the general lot for the night. We were immediately mmet and told it would cost $25 to park for the night. We left and went to the southington rest area - free and plenty of space. TAs loss since we would have eaten there and bought our daily snacks too.

There were a lot of parking spaces, so I parked my truck for the night, and the security guard came over 10 minutes later and told me that they charge a fee for the night. It is better to use the rest area 1.5 miles away for free to overnight.

I spent 450.00$ on fuel just to find out it's going to cost me another 25.00$ just to sleep. One of three suggestions come to mind. 1st. Get rid of the fast food and put restaraunts back in. 2nd fix up the ratty assed travel centers. And 3rd FINALLY repair the parking lots. At 25 00$ per truck at this place you should be able to accommodate all of this. At this ta alone, you are making 1000000$ a year. Time to fix some things.

On August 31st the bathrooms were closed for cleaning. The staff refused to open one of the shower rooms so people would be able to use the bathroom. Every TA in the country opens one or 2 of the shower rooms for people to use the bathroom. The staff at the register said we would have to pay for a shower to use the restroom. The shop was excellent, got everyone in and out as fast as they could during the Labor Day Weekend. I brought them a trailer that was junkyard worthy and they brought it back to dot standard.

This is the worst TA mechanic ever I experience what happen was i had truck break down 25 mi way from this TA and i call the road side after 5 hours 32 min mechanic show up his name was Portz he come with appropriate all required parts he show up 9:43 pm and he open air dryer coz truck is not building air enough he find out the cause as soon as he open air dryer he don’t know how to install new air dryer he start to see instructions at YouTube after hour watching and cheesing YouTube he said I don’t know how to install new air dryer and he left and funny thing he left at 11:38 pm and another tech show up next day at 10:30am from TA. He is professional he his name is Dave he finish the work within 3 hours all good to go but his mager call me and said your bill is $2666.82 i ask why its so high prices for around 5:40 min Labour and parts he start making story’s and excuses and funny thing he add total Labour hour over 11 hour from yesterday his unprofessional tech mess up by the way his name is Dav. And After long conversation he drop down $2354.41.i ask him why you charging me since yesterday & he had lots of story’s & excesses in the middle of the conversation he is threatening me if you don’t pay i will send police. This is totally scamming truck driver i will bot preferred this TA to use any one. Once you call 100% they will trap you on the way. I have all videos and bills pic. Stay away from this TA PLEASE.

This TA is perfectly located for my weekly route, so I’m here 2–3 times a week for fuel and showers. Showers are a bit cramped but usually clean and open when I roll in around midnight. Fuel island and staff have always been solid. Parking fills up fast, so if you need a spot, get here early.

Very unpleasant TA. Showers are dirty, cramped and unpleasant, needing repair. Parking is inconvenient. The staff is very unfriendly. If possible, I will continue to try to avoid all possible TA on my way.

Asi sit here watching lot attendant walk around and drive his personal car and ride around in 4wheeler cart and not attending to taking trash cans and tempting them so now we drivers have to put are trash on the ground. Not cool ta

Please stay away from this super expensive TA, it makes no sense at all to me how fuel is damn near $6 a gallon!!!! Please stay away?? Fuel @ the pilot in Sturbridge CT or any Irving BEFORE heading into New York

It was ok for the most part Shower and rest rooms was clean. Didn't have to wait very long for shower. Also, I was able to park in a reserve spot. They wont allow you to double park & rest neither. Their Guys come out periodically and check the lot.

Bathroom was in shambles. There is a concrete block making it hard to get into one of the handicap spots. And at 7 am they did not have any fresh brewed coffee, there reason is it’s for emergencies only they have 1 bean to cup machine which bean to cup does not taste the same as fresh brewed coffee. That is just an excuse to be lazy and not keep and eye on the coffee station. Which they were also out of sugar and creamer in the canisters. We come into a place and spend $800 on fuel but yet they can’t have coffee and supplies or a clean bathroom then handicap spot is hard to get into. And don’t think about parking in a free spot Amazon has them all filled up with dropped trailers. Then when I told the worker all the issues he blew me off. So I said I’ll just call the corporate number and he said go ahead but it will not do any good they don’t run us.

The female bathroom is disgusting. There are stains and grime all over the stalls and in and on all the toilets. Every time I've passed through this reststop, it's an unpleasant experience.

Staff inside look gloomy. Every parking space is reserved or taken up by dropped trailers or trucks that look to have been sitting here for days. To park is $25. The showers are disgusting, hair plastered to the wall, along with toothpaste that has been splattered out of others' mouths. Toilet sorta looked wiped down on the seat, but that's it, needs a good cleaning. The shower is awful, hair and gunk all in it. If you can at all go somewhere else.

3 hours to change 1 tire on the trailer. The mechanics just waste time here. Another wheel they just couldn't unscrew, because their torque gun is not powerful enough. I wasted half a day here for only changing one tire!

It was a ok truck stop lots of pumps it had a poppies chicken and taco bell inside we had trouble parking with a trailer I was surprised at how many tractor trailers were there at that time of day. I got taco bell it was good. This place had a good selection of souvenirs and big truck accessories. I looked at there gps for trucks I'm probably going to buy one soon.

Laundry room is upstairs. Takes coin, card or payment through an app. $3 to wash and runs about 37 minutes. $3 to dry and runs 60 minutes. I was really surprised how clean the machines were, especially the washers. Even around the edges of the drum, no grime or mold. There wasn’t any soap build up or spills anywhere either. There’s a clean folding table just outside the laundry room. Thank you for providing a clean and working laundry facility for truckers because it’s hard to find a spot worth returning to.

Places not bad I get it star because inside you can get a Popeyes which is always a plus but I take a starter off because you won't got to be paying for parking now service isn't the best so I'll just give it in okay got to be careful when it gets crowded here cuz he can get a little difficult to get out because there's only one way out and it's by taking a left⬅
