Highly recommended. I had my car repaired here through my insurance and they went over and beyond of repairing not only the damaged parts covered by insurance but also another area of the car too (for the same price as my deductible).

These guys are unbelievably honest. I got a quote to remove scratches from my car, then brought it to Wilton Auto Body for a second opinion.
Before quoting a price, they wanted to see if the scratches could be buffed out. The scratches buffed out, no charge. They saved me over $1200 because they are honest. I HIGHLY recommend them. They have earned my trust and my family's future business.
They have done work on 2 cars for me and did an excellent job on both. The cars look like they were never damaged. They are friendly and did the jobs quickly. Very easy to work with.
John and Danielle were excellent and returned my car in a better state than it was when we dropped it off! My repair was done within a day, and the car is now in excellent condition - clean and looking like new. Despite issues finding parts and some delays, everything went smoothly and we are so happy with the job done here. Pricing was fair, and the actual cost was pretty much the same as the quote. Hopefully you never find yourself in a situation where you need body repairs done, but if you do then this is the place to go.

In a world where everyone seems to be on a razor's edge, these people are calm, considerate, helpful and absolutely know what they are doing. I hope I never need them again, but when I do, I'll actually be happy to see them.
They do great work and were super nice.. I even screwed up and they had to redo it for me and they charged me very little it's actually a long story but bottom line is they do excellent work!

Flawless repair of my car! Accident occurred the night before Christmas Eve. They took the car first thing Christmas Eve morning, and had it done the following Friday despite 2 holidays in between! Jennifer was super helpful and on top of thins. Would totally recommend!
This place is awesome! Seriously!!! Someone hit my car in a parking lot (and just left) leaving me to get my car repaired. These guys are fabulous. They got me in fast and fixed my car in under two days. Camilla even helped me drop off my other car at the train station! Wow. I called Mercedes and they told me to bring it to a shop in Fairfield. I thought if Mercedes doesn't even do the work then why take it there and pay a ton more. The price that Wilton Auto Body was very fair and I couldn't be happier. My car looks like new and with very little hassle. I can't say enough about how wonderful this place is. Oh, and they're super nice too!
I've had the opportunity twice to do business here recently. The first was when my mom's car was towed there at my request for repair and the adjuster ended up "totaling" the car, so no work for Wilton Auto Body. Then I brought my mom's "new" car to them for paint touch-up. John actually recommended that we do it ourselves to save money! Wow! John and his brother are both great to work with and so honest! I recommend them whole heartedly!
I was recently t-boned by a drunk driver, and took my car to Wilton Auto Body because they are a certified Gieco provider. The whole thing was a huge hassle because I was leaving for Europe for 2 weeks a few days later. I had it dropped off there and it was ready when I got home. They were professional, courteous, and did a nice job.
About a week after I got the car back, my client who was following me noticed that my brake light was out. I called up the guys at Wilton Auto Body and they told me to bring it in at my convenience and they would take care of it. In hindsight, it was probably unrelated to my accident, but they were incredibly helpful and fixed it on the spot at no charge.
I've had unpleasant experiences at auto body shops and mechanics because their customer service is generally lacking. That being said, I would highly recommend this shop for both their work and their service. To top it all off, my main contact at the shop was one of the owners, and he couldn't have been more helpful and gracious.
If you are ever in need of body work done on your vehicle or need of repairs after an accident, this is the best place around. Staff is very friendly and will work with you on any occasion or situation.
Unfortunately I have had to bring various cars into Wilton Auto Body for repair. Fortunately, they have always been terrific to do business with. Their workmanship is beautiful. Everyone I have contact with there is very helpful, pleasant and easy to work with. I certainly recommend them to all.
