Edwin, Joe, and the entire team at Wilton Auto and Tire Center are amazing! After getting an unexpected flat on a Tesla they were able to patch it up and get us back on the road in less than 20 minutes on a busy Saturday morning. Wilton Auto has been the most consistent reliable service I have had. And the lobby is the nicest, and let’s be real l, that lobby is the part the customer actually uses.
Honest and very clear in all the service and repairs they make. Video and clear pictures of every step along with an easy link to view on your phone or computer. Easy payment and great customer service, these guys are top notch.

The team at Wilton auto and tire center are the best in the business. Their customer service is amazing, they were completely transparent with what needed to be done on my vehicle and did not try to sell me on anything that wasn’t necessary. They performed a complete inspection of my vehicle and even sent me a detailed report with photos of everything. I absolutely recommend Wilton auto and tire center for their excellent quality of work, their amazing commitment to their customers, and their transparency and honesty which gave me great peace of mind while my car was in the shop!
Recently moved to the area and was looking for an honest mechanic…so glad I found this shop through Google! They provided excellent service and went above and beyond with their customer care, even giving me a ride home so I didn’t have to wait around all day. Unexpected car issues on the highway as I was on my way home to a different state. Big shout out to Norine and the rest of the team for inspecting and fixing my car so quickly and getting me back home safely. Very pleasant and professional experience. Communication was excellent via texting and also phone calls.

Outstanding customer service and care. I had a flat and called area car dealers — no inventory; no interest in saying how long it would take to get my tires — no help. Wilton Tire & Auto told what they had; how they’d get my tires if they didn’t — they were all about serving me. They told me I’d be in and out within the day, and they were incredibly professional.
I highly recommend coming here. Customer service was professional and so friendly. I happily waited in the comfortable waiting area for my tire to be repaired and was out the door in 30 minutes. Definitely affordable prices and overall a very pleasant experience. I would give six stars if I could.
I cannot praise Wilton Auto and Tire highly enough. They are totally professional and knowledgeable. They understand customer service like no others. I arrived at 8:30 am on a Fri morning with no appointment and had only been there once, about 10 years ago. I had a worrisome rattling noise in the back of the car. I was distressed and walked into the office. They explained they were very booked all day and had no loaners - but then the manager said " give me 5 minutes and Ill take a ride with you, we'll see what's going on". We went for the ride for maybe 3 minutes , when he determined the back wheel was about to fall off and it was very dangerous. They immediately took my car in, worked on it, went out to get a part that wasn't in stock, fixed the whole thing perfectly and double checked all the wheels and I was out the door by 9:30. The bill was most reasonable. I appreciated being able to speak directly with the people who worked on the car who thoroughly explained what had happened. Service doesn't get any better than that .
